Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
I don't like when I asked the hostess to give me another drink .. she said ok and never gave it to me and when I asked her again she said we are landing .. I was fasting and I break it at 8:06 pm I asked for water and some ginger ale because I have sore throat and coughing didn't stop for the whole trip
My flight 366 was delayed 4 hours & then boarding wasn't heard by some of us. Had to go to hotel & miss part of work the next day. Really wish things could've been better. Would like response.
The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.
Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."
The flight got late and then were told its early And I literally had to run terminals after Finding out that my luggage was still missing. It's been two days and I haven't got my luggage yet
Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)
A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.
Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great.
There was an announcement made after takeoff that due to "turbulence" no hot beverages would be served. That is just unbelievable! I spent a good amount on a ticket and you mean to tell me that you won't serve coffee due to turbulence?? Turbulence is staple of every flight. What an excuse!!! American Airlines stinks! No tvs on any of the flights too.
