Cons: "We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding."

Cons: "Flight delay could have been explained better, boarded the plane and sat in for about 2:30 min, crew could have been more proactive but NO! Food especially thinking this dinner time in business class fare very small portions! Wi-Fi paid for full flight but it was turned off in the mid of the air!"

Pros: "The pilot did an awesome job of welcoming travelers and keeping them updated on the flight status."
Cons: "I sat almost to the back and there was not enough lunch by the time the crew made it back there so I had to eat breakfast instead of lunch."

Pros: "Crew was great. Paris to RDU flight is very convenient. Fair summer pricing overall for our special itinerary. Beverages, snacks on international flight were great."
Cons: "Specialty food requested - reduced sugar because there is just too much sugar in airline food generally. Pretty awful. Some kind of (I think) pickled cabbage and carrots slaw was inedible. Plain yogurt was awful, needed something! Nuts, just a little bit of dried fruit would help."

Pros: "The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking."
Cons: "My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have."

Cons: "I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag."

Cons: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."

Cons: "Because KAYAK reassigned my flight to airfare.com, I actually flew into JFK. Not my preference and the rebooking process was a nightmare. Very disappointed and I will not be using KAYAK ever again. So stressful."

Pros: "The Airbus A330 business class seating was more spacious and comfortable than the Boeing 767 I flew to Paris from ATL."

Cons: "No opportunity for seat selection. Seat didn't recline, no blankets available so whatever part I couldn't cover with my jacket was cold from floor up (so no ability to control source), so no sleep, bordering on hypothermia. Seatmate was huge and continuously overflowing into my space (even though he suffered more than i did). Will endeavor NEVER to fly any flight involving Delta again."

Cons: "Some flight attendants were in worse mood, they don't even smile. Communication was poor, and they did not even offer me a meal. I was ignored although I paid for the meal. This was very disappointing. Next time might consider, Lufthansa or any other airlines."
