I paid for the WiFi and it didn’t work during the whole flight

Great experience, staff and crew were very professional, friendly and helpful!

The ticket I purchased through Kayak did not show up in my Alaska Airlines app, and neither of the codes given to me worked for online check in. I've never had to show up to the airport at 6am wondering if I've been scammed. Cheap flight fare or whatever does not play well with airlines and I will be wary of using Kayak in the future.

I was standing in line to use the restroom. A First Class passenger wanted to use the restroom after me, but Jaques made me wait on Flight 3418 from BOI to SJC on December 12, 2025. I felt this was inappropriate and rude.

The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.

this was the THIRD time in four Alaska flights that were 2 hours late. Only one was due to weather. The intentionally posted each flight as only 1 hour and 55 minutes late so that they wouldn't have to give out vouchers. And then the flights all ended up more than 2 hours late. Makes United look like a premium carrier.

I’ve been flying Alaska Airlines for over 30 years & The boarding personnel letting us in the plane were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Seemed the plane was over booked & they took THEIR mishap out on my son in law… Treated HIM like absolute garbage to the point our family will not fly Alaska after our trips are complete this year. Sad. We loved Alaska until that experience. I hope others never see the same behavior
