Pros: The flight attendant was amazing and tried to compensate for the other problems of the flight.

Cons: The air conditioner was broken so the entire flight was extremely hot. The plane was so small that the engine vibrated the seats the whole time. It was miserable to be on the flight.

Cons: The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system.

Pros: Great crew. Modern plane, excellent legroom with a payment of €100. I’m 194cm and could barely reach seat in front with my feet. Food very good, Bathrooms downstairs large and always was available. Entertainment excellent.

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Pros: Our tickets did not come with seat assignments. Some kind soul, (the nice young lady who checked us in at the airport perhaps?) assigned us two seats together near the front in economy plus. We really enjoyed those spacious, convenient seats! Also, the entertainment (movies) were free and recent.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. This was one of our best flights home from Europe with United.

Cons: The food was literally inedible. The breakfast of mushroom omelette and sausage was so unsavory, I could see the line where the outter “eggy” shell covered the inside, decidedly less eggy and hidden section. I had to stop eating it after 3 bites. Very disappointed with food quality.

Cons: The flight was delayed, cancelled then on again. Communication regarding the flight changes were very confusing and had guest running though the airport not knowing what to do. My suitcase was busted and destroyed.There were not enough blankets for everyone in the cold plane. Horrible experience.

Cons: Paid for particular seat within 2-3 rows of back galley as unaccompanied minor for my son. For his comfort, he chose an aisle seat. Flight attendants onboard moved him to farthest back row in window seat and he was not able to get out to use the lavatory easily.

Cons: CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available.

Pros: The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters.

Cons: Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint.

Pros: Crew was nice. The tv/movie technology was fantastic!! Huge selection of movies that made the time fly by, and very easy to use as opposed to my other flight over. Food was good. I love that you get tons of food and drinks (more food than I could eat actually).

Cons: I couldn't get both of my boarding passes printed in London so I had to get it from an agent in Minneapolis. I hate that it's so hard to get a seat assigned and a boarding pass before the trip.
