B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

Cons: "When I got off the plane and was waiting for my stroller and car seat to be brought up from the cargo hold, I received the car seat first in good condition. My stroller, however, had the clip busted off that connects the car seat to the stroller and cannot be replaced. So my entire travel system is now unusable. I know this happened on my transfer from Houston to Denver because I had to use my stroller when I got off of my flight from West Palm Beach to Houston and the entire thing was in tact. This is extremely frustrating because this travel system is $450 and is now unusable. And what's even more frustrating is that these items have to be gate checked and are given "special handling" tags when they are checked. The clip that was busted off is a pretty substantial piece so my stroller had to have been handled extremely poorly in order for this clip to bust lose."

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Pros: "First id like to say i got a cheaper rate on Kayak then i did on United Airlines website savings over 100 dollars. Id also like to say thank you for hooking me up with economy plus seats that include outlets to charge your devices. A+ in my book i even got an exit rox on my way home all to myself! Definitely will be using Kayak in the future."
Cons: "The United Airlines staff inside O'Hare. All but one were very rude to me for no reason. Maybe thats just a Chicago thing to have an attitude with everyone but im pretty sure it was just these 2 individuals."

Pros: "When I landed in Denver, I needed a wheelchair. The gate where I landed was a LONG way from the gate where I needed to board for my flight to Billings. The person wheeling me didn't think we'd make it to my gate on time----she practically had to run!! As we passed an agent, she asked if they'd call ahead to let them know I was coming. The agent told her they wouldn't hold the plane for me if we didn't make it. I don't know if they did, but I was the last person to board. Thank God!!!!"
Cons: "The person wheeling me to my gate to Billings couldn't find anyone on a cart who get me to my gate faster & on time. I feel that more of them should be available to those of us who need to go such a long distance to our next gate. We barely made it in my wheelchair and had I had to walk that distance, I NEVER would have made my flight to Billings. Also, agents should be able to contact a gate to let them know that a person is having difficulty getting to their next gate!!!"
Pros: "The flight itself and the crew were fine."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by weather but still on time for us to make our connection. But boarding was delayed. Finally, the gate agent announced that they were repairing an overhead bin door. This took approximately twice the announced estimated time. Even so, we arrived at the gate with enough time to make the connection, which was 4 gates away. Did the crew ask people to let those with close connections get out first? No. Did the crew or gate agent communicate to other gates that we had arrived? No. We got to our connecting gate 6 minutes before the scheduled departure. They had closed the door and would not board us. Two people from our plane made it to the connection, so they knew we were coming. But 5 of us who were seated a little further back arrived minutes later. We made it onto a later flight. We also adopted an elderly passenger in a wheelchair, who would have been left by himself at the next gate for 3 hours by United if we had not taken him with us. We all got on the next flight, but only with some work."
