Travelers with documents issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, or US Department of State indicating that the traveler is exempt from the restriction;
B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

I watched plent of other flights go to AVP and even to Allentown, no one could offer one of those options to me? Cold, compressed and miserable experience."

A woman with a two-year old had one of the malfunctioning monitors and was forced to entertain her child for nine hours without tv, movies or music. Similarly, on our flight over to London 10 days earlier, my husband and I were 2 of more than 30 passengers whose monitors never worked and we were forced to fly for 7 hours in the dark on an overnight flight staring at the backs of seats. It was miserable. The cabin crew told passengers they had begged the airline for years to replace the system but the airline refuses. Will not fly American Airlines transatlantic again."

Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."

Cons: "1. Comfort: the headrest on these seats is so uncomfortable! It just props your head forward and causes a lot of neck strain. For most short haul flights, this is not a big deal, but it really makes for an unpleasant journey on the cross-country flights. Also, the four-seat middle section is so poorly designed. There is no way to store personal items under seats without invading the space of your neighbor because the metal frame supporting the row of seats doesn't match with the seats themselves. 2. Entertainment: United could not support continuous streaming of movies/TV shows for every passenger. My movie paused and froze so frequently that I gave up on finishing it and then felt like I had wasted my time. The speed and reliability reminded me of trying to watch movies on a dialup connection. It would be so much better to just have the TV screens built into the seats. All in all, United got a bad batch of planes and should try to take this into consideration when working with Boeing/Airbus on the next order."

My day started out at 6:30am with one of your staff members rudely telling me I had to check my bag, which met all of the dimension requirements you put in place, because two notches on the back side of the carry on did not allow it to completely slide into the display. This women waited until you were halfway through the security line to call you back and make you measure the suitcase. So then you had to walk back through a long line and find yourself even FURTHER back in the line to get through security. She was so unprofessional- not compassionate, unpleasant attitude, and was all about making sure as many people as possible had to pay the extra $25 for a checked bag. The person I flew with is a military wife and you would not honor the free checked bag because her husband was not on the trip and this policy was not included anywhere on her flight documents. Again, the "customer service" reps were rude to her about this and she had to pay the $25 to check her bag. You do not believe in offering quality customer service or ensuring that we have a pleasant experience, you want our money and look to us as an opportunity to make a dollar. Never again!!!"
Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

He insisted and I finally logged on to my phone and upgraded my boarding pass myself in his presence! All he said was, "wow. you made out." Awful awful. The best (worst)? They actually checked in and boarded a customer with a Delta boarding pass (it was crumpled, the gal was young and was just trying to make her flight, she was a bit confused.) THEY DID NOT SCAN THE BOARDING PASS!!!!! She boarded the plane and of course no seat for her. More confusion as she now had to get off and make her way to the Delta terminal, resulting in her missing her flight. It was the same brilliant gate clerk who I dealt with earlier. Frontier admins will hear about this as this breach of protocol was a serious security issue. Will never, ever, fly Frontier again."

Different prices for baggage depending on whether you book it when you book the ticket or if you do it at the airport. Charging for a seat reservation is nonsense. Of course so free food, not even peanuts! I am so tired of being nickeled and died by airlines that I now will actually refuse to make certain trips unless I can drive. No other industry in this country treats its customers as shabbily as the airline industry."

Many passengers almost missed their flight from DIA to BNA, myself included, due to bag drop and check in being one line. The front desk crew was rude and unfriendly. These experiences definitely made me rethink flying Frontier again."

I might fly Frontier again, but I'll be better able to compare airlines by knowing what the bottom line will be. One other thing: Those tray tables are a joke. They couldn't even fit a business-size letter."

Cons: "Seats hard plastic and inhumanly closed together. Tray tables smaller than a car's sunvisor. I think Frontier should be called the Middle Passage airlines for how they pack us in. They make you pay for luggage, improved seat size, location, food and then ask you to tip your cranky flight attendant whom they seem to screen and select the most misanthropic applicants they can find. And then they try to sell you their credit card with a $69 annual fee. I watched and there where no takers."

Cons: "The airline takes cheapness to an extreme. You buy a ticket, but that doesn't buy your seat, so you have to pay extra for a seat. The seats are also the most uncomfortable seats you have ever sat on. They are basically a piece of plastic with leather wrapped around them and they do not recline. On the way to Portland I bought the cheapest seat, but on the way back I bought the more expensive... Exact same seat. You have to pay to carry-on luggage (costs more than checking a bag). By the time you buy a seat and pay for your baggage, you end up not saving any money so you may as well fly with a comfortable airline."

Cons: "I was supposed to leave at 3:20pm on Thursday March 24th. At about 10am I got an email saying my flight was on time. Then later I got one saying it might be canceled, and then I got one saying it was canceled. I called right away & was on hold for 40 MINUTES! I was at a conference so had to miss much of a session I was in which was very frustrating. Then I was told the soonest they could get me home would be Sunday evening - really?! They couldn't even help me with another airline. So then I asked for a refund & decided to just drive home. They gave me the refund but it was significantly less than 50% of my entire round-trip ticket. They said that was because the flight out to Omaha (that I had already taken) was a lot more than the flight back to Denver - again, really?! Also all their extra charges are ridiculous - charging $30-$35 to check a bag - even more if you wait to check it once you're at the airport; and charging even more for a carry on. AND charging you if you want to chose your seat?! Do airlines not know you're going to be bringing luggage?I will NEVER fly Frontier again."

In addition to that, being gauged for the cost of bags is insane when I was witness to the air hostesses take their own personal bags from the travel bins that should have been used for passengers. In fact, I am certain one bin was nearly full with just one air hostess multiple bags. Communication in regards to travel time was at the beginning of the flight and no other time and the temperature on board was near 80 degrees. Very uncomfortable. In future, paying for bags and seats could afford a better airline."
