Pros: "The gate agents were nice enough."
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for an hour without information as to why we were delayed. We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."
Pros: "The food and drinks on this Delta flight was much better than when I flew with them years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Good entertainment too. Saw two movies I missed in the theaters..."

Pros: "Delta crew & flight were excellent no complaints!"
Cons: "We were stopped by the Delta crew checking tickets as we got on to the flight. They let a party of 7 with a small child cut us in line. They even allowed another traveler to board with them. We were a party of 8 w/ 2 people in wheelchairs. They would not allow us all on & said only one could accompany them both. They were also very rude and unorganized."

Cons: "The weather was pretty nasty so we had to be re-routed to Cleveland to get more gas before landing in Columbus. It definitely wasn't the airline's fault, but it still was annoying. Thankfully I didn't miss anything!"
Pros: "Comfortable seats and incredible kind staff"
Cons: "No food, drinks, or entertainment. But it was an extremely short flight."

Cons: "No westjet checkin area and no signage. Staff didn't know what was going on."
Pros: "The crew kept it together even though the situation was stacked against them."
Cons: "The plane was really late, changed gates a number of times and switched from one terminal to another then back to the original terminal again. My understanding was this flight was a mess the previous week as well which says that something needs to be fixed. The temperature on the flight fluctuated back and forth from too hot to okay. You get the picture."
Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."
Pros: "Flight was very smooth, and crew would actually smile. Coach Sears very cramp."
Cons: "Poor intercom. Could not hear pilot's announcements. Gate staff not very friendly. Sears assigned while boarding...didn't know until then if my wife and I would sit together."
Cons: "Delta connect carrier not good for comfort seating and service. Would not fly them again. Would go to another airline iinstead."
Pros: "Booked as Delta but flew WestJet. Crew was amazing!"
Cons: "Only minimal snacks available due to shorter flight."
Pros: "suppose to be Delta but operated by West Jet"
Pros: "Flight was ok."
Cons: "Almost missed my flight. 1.5 hrs was barely enough to get through baggage claim, customs, baggage recheck, customs again, subway ride to Denver United terminal and sprint 30 gates only to make it 1 minute before the gate closed."
Pros: "Super sweet and helpful crew, comfortable seats, fast boarding."
Cons: "My overhead light was broken. I didn’t need to use it so it was no problem at all, but that’s the only thing I could think of"
Pros: "Good movies"
Cons: "They delayed the flight like 5 different times and then the luggage took over a half hour"
Cons: "Departing closer to scheduled time - lack of flight attendants causing a three hour delay is not great at all."

Pros: "The crew was really great. Arrived 25 min early."
Cons: "The snack was terrible. To sweet"

Pros: "food far below expectations. Crew was great!"
Pros: "The people in fayetteville treated my William well. Thank you fayetteville, and shame on you Denver."
Cons: "When we got to Denver there was no one to help William off the plane. We even called ahead of time to make sure someone would be there with a wheelchair. The captain of the plane had to help him off the plane. It was so sad. William was so embarrassed. When it was time to board still no wheelchair. He had to struggle to get back on."

Pros: "The crew in air Canada is awesome! They were really great and friendly. I'm impressed with their impeccable service even if it was a short flight to Vancouver."
Cons: "Flight was delayed."
Pros: "This was the first United flight I've been on in 10 years that was not full."
Cons: "There is no way to turn off the screens on the seat backs, so they continue flashing the same thing over and over. I counted 690 times between Houston and Vancouver."
Pros: "My seat"
Pros: "It was a long day with the delays which ended in a missed flight to Vancouver. Great service in providing accommodations and food voucher. Much appreciated. Made getting home a day later as I have another 6 1/2 hour drive to get home. Overall a good trip."
Pros: "Overall this was an pretty average flight. The planes were on time and the service was good"
Cons: "Flight was delayed because plane hadn't arrived at the gate yet from its previous flight."
Pros: "Other airlines that don't lie to you about which airline you're purchasing tickets with."
Cons: "When I buy an apple computer and pay apple prices, I don't expect to open up the box and find a PC in there. When I bought tickets with Air Canada, I expected to fly with Air Canada, not United. I don't know how it's even legal for you to sell me one thing, have me pay for it, and then give me another. My experiences with Air Canada have been fine. My experience with United was terrible. Their check in devices freeze and don't give proper instructions or feedback, and my tray table was taped shut because it was broken. The tape looked like it was a year old. It is not ok to fix an airplane with tape. This is terrible for both of us. Now you - Air Canada - are sharing in United's PR disaster because you've effectively said buying tickets from you might just be a bait-and-switch for buying tickets with them. Upon purchasing tickets "your" customers have no way of knowing what they're going to get. I'd much rather book with an airline that sells tickets for its own flights, or at least tells customers when they're buying something else instead of lying to them."
Pros: "again we flew business class"
Cons: "A waste of money for business class as it was no better than business class 30 years ago. Slightly wider seats with a little more room, but there was no entertainment and the food was awful"
Pros: "Was a breeze to board"
Cons: "No entertainment at all no music nothing"
Pros: "I made the connection flight, luckily, w the 5 mins I had"
Cons: "Nothing to complain about w the flight. All was well"
Pros: "Didn't have food so couldnt rate that section"
Pros: "Freeway traffic made me just miss the checkin time by a hair. I had an important meeting and was hoping there was a chance to still get on (40min before flight) but that wasn't possible."
Cons: "Didn't make it because United gave standby seating to guests terminating travel in SFO."
Pros: "Everything ,good services ,nice stafs and puntual"
Pros: "There were snacks & water provided."
Cons: "The flight was over 4 hours delayed, and the luggage took a long time to arrive, it was 4am, and then there was a taxi line and there were no taxis available and each one took time for each passenger."
Pros: "Nice free inflight wifi entertainment, small selection and need own device. Make sure to bring your headphones!"
Pros: "I was very late and the staff made huge efforts to get me through security and onboard!"
Pros: "I think is too much money that I have to pay for the second baggage"
Cons: "I think is too much money that we have to pay for the second baggage"
Pros: "Fly upnto Vancouver BC this time."
Cons: "We were trying to print our boarding passes and computer didn't recognize our bar code. United employees were trying to help us and they couldn't print it either until we approched counter. We didn't see that much of professionalism on United employees. At one point one of the employees told us to go back to Air Canada counter and I thought she was not trained properly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed over an hour since bags had to all be unpacked and then packed back into plane due to bags being stored improperly and not all fitting"
Cons: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."
Pros: "Everything was great"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "No leg room. A bare bones airline."
Cons: "Hasnt even left yet. 3 hours late"
