Cons: "flight left without 1/6 of the passengers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"
Cons: "Provide earphones or headphones"
Pros: "Everything except the delay was fine, not extraordinary."
Cons: "7-hour flight delay. If this was a European flight we would have been entitled to at least $250 for our inconvenience. We were not offered anything to compensate us for a 7hour delay, which was ridiculous."
Pros: "Nothing. They lost the plane so we couldn’t even fly out"
Cons: "Finding the plane"
Pros: "Very helpful and professional crew, despite some pretty snarky passengers. Seemed to go out of their way to accommodate everyone."
Cons: "Bigger seats would have been nice, but these were okay. Changing planes at JFK was tight due to late departure from Atlanta, but it worked out. Overall, no complaints and I would fly Delta again given the opportunity and choice. Thanks!"

Pros: "The crew was super friendly and professional. Enjoyed the reworked safety message before take-off."

Cons: "Broken plane. Why not take better care?"
Pros: "The crew was good. Now fast but good."
Cons: "The food was pretty basic."
Cons: "No delay"

Pros: "They did get to reschedule me on both my flights, but lost my bag."
Pros: "The gate agents were nice enough."
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for an hour without information as to why we were delayed. We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."
Pros: "Nice employees and service"
Cons: "Seat room"
Pros: "I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful."

Cons: "Not enough searband leg room"
Pros: "I was rerouted."
Cons: "No one would reissue me a ticket for the next flight. Delta and West Jet kept saying the other company should do this, and in the end no one did and I had to purchase another ticket."
Pros: "The boarding didn’t take long at all. The staff and crew were very pleasant and polite. Everything was done in a timely manner."
Cons: "Well you get what you pay for so I’m not really complaining here. The economy seating was a bit cramped. I’m 6 foot and it was not comfortable for me. I can only imagine how it eould be for people taller and bigger than me. Flight was too short for meas. Snacks were good though."
Pros: "The flight attendant in Delta Comfort/Main Cabin was very nice and made for an excellent trip. Smooth ride and on time. I like that!"
Pros: "No complaints. A puddle-hopper to a yes."
Pros: "All that one would want."

Pros: "Great flight!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed over 2 hrs, as a result, I missed my connection, had to stay overnight at a hotel"
Pros: "Plenty of entertainment options Frequent meals and snacks Attentive service from flight crew"
Cons: "Boarding process was slower than anticipated One of our bags did not make it"
Pros: "Comfortable seats and incredible kind staff"
Cons: "No food, drinks, or entertainment. But it was an extremely short flight."
Cons: "Three hours late leaving Paris. Missed our connecting flight to saint louis. Not much help from Delta."
Cons: "The flight from Las Vegas was delayed for a very long time, and then diverted to Huntsville, Alabama, because of weather in Atlanta. I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."
Pros: "Everything was smooth. Short flight, but they offered us refills on drinks, which I've never experienced before. Polite staff, great flight. Thanks!"
Cons: "No westjet checkin area and no signage. Staff didn't know what was going on."
Pros: "The crew kept it together even though the situation was stacked against them."
Cons: "The plane was really late, changed gates a number of times and switched from one terminal to another then back to the original terminal again. My understanding was this flight was a mess the previous week as well which says that something needs to be fixed. The temperature on the flight fluctuated back and forth from too hot to okay. You get the picture."
Cons: "Delta connect carrier not good for comfort seating and service. Would not fly them again. Would go to another airline iinstead."
Pros: "Booked as Delta but flew WestJet. Crew was amazing!"
Cons: "Only minimal snacks available due to shorter flight."
Pros: "suppose to be Delta but operated by West Jet"
Pros: "Timing and Service"
Cons: "Space between seats too reduced"
Cons: "Seated in rear of plane and no food was available when served."
Cons: "Delayed 2 hours. Pilot said we were about to take off, sat in plane for another hour before we even moved."
Pros: "Smooth, nice flight. Excellence service, they tried to make up for the late pioltes, allowing to broad befriend they arrived."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour, because the pilots were late. Not only was it delayed over an hour, but the flight itself was postponed twice because they knew they had a problem with scheduling."
Cons: "DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES DURING A PANDEMIC. They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all."
Pros: "Jason the flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable and pleasant. I was a bit sad saying good bye to my family but Jason’s upbeat-positive energy brought so much happiness to my day. Exceptional employee! Thank you for hiring such a kind spirited person!"
Cons: "101% satisfied with the flight! No issues!"
Pros: "The staff was friendly, the available entertainment was good, and the seats were reasonably comfortable."
Cons: "Our final connecting flight was late because the plane and the crew had not yet arrived at our airport before we were supposed to start boarding. The airline did not announce this until we were scheduled to start boarding. We had to go to a different gate and wait nearly two more hours for our flight to depart."
Pros: "The crew serving the plane didn't look like they wanted to be there. Somewhat abrasive. The entertainment was poor and not very easy to access through your mobile, Iphone and Ipad. If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. I have to say that on the return segment (ORD to SFO), I was not that impressed."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "CREW WAS GREAT AT BOARDING GATE AND IN FLIGHT."
Cons: "LEFT 30 MIN LATE, DUE TO CONNECTING FLIGHT."
Cons: "Full flight, but exceeded expectations"
Pros: "Entertainment is great."
Cons: "Late and long flight, so bring your own food. Nothing to purchase"
Pros: "The seats were decent for a domestic flight. Everything was timely."
Cons: "More food. Better entertainment."
Cons: "No window at the window seat"
Cons: "Didn’t make the flight because of previous flight was delayed"
Pros: "I was with Japan airline and they were amazing crew and amazing service with very good food"
Cons: "The seats and entertainment could have been better"
Pros: "Very attentive crew"
Cons: "Boarding gates"
Pros: "the food was great, and they served dinner right away so passengers could get some sleep before arrival"
Pros: "It was 3 hours delayed"
Cons: "Fly in time"
Pros: "Crew was polite and tried their best to be helpful"
Cons: "I could not check in online before the flight and when I got to the airport, there was no way to check in with a Nexus card. Then they took a while to find my information. Then when I went to board the flight, I only had a Nexus card so they were reluctant for me to board."
Pros: "Flight was smooth. The flight attendances were pretty efficient."
Cons: "That the gate agent didn't put my request to board early seriously. I asked to have early boarding because of an injury and she didn't call me up early to board. I had to do it on my own."
Pros: "Getting from A to be safely"
Cons: "Being so delayed that we had to sprint to make our connection flight. Starting a transatlantic flight with sweaty armpits is never fun for anyone involved, us or our seat neighbor"
Cons: "Pilot or co pilot never spoke once. Was as if there was no pilot"
Pros: "Awfully rude flight attendants Took multiple buses I guess American doesn’t pay good money to the airports"
Cons: "Never flying again with this company"
Pros: "Great seats in first class"
Pros: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Cons: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."
Pros: "eh, mediocre but usual service from a US airline. Just enough to get you from point A to B, but you’re exhausted once there."
Cons: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding process was pretty quick."
Cons: "The plane had one of those aggravating screens on the back of every seat. I turned it off AT LEAST EIGHT TIMES and it kept coming back on, first to try to sell me on a credit card offer, then to show me previews of movies I wasn't going to watch on a 5 AM FLIGHT that was lasting 75 MINUTES. I finally tore a page out of the AA magazine and wedged it against the screen so I could actually sleep without it constantly blinking on and disturbing me. Next time, I'm going to smash the screen. If I want it off, leave it off."
Pros: "Let me sit by myself. Sweet"
Cons: "80 minute delay"
Pros: "An airplane is an airplane. Yes, they can be uncomfortable, but the cabin crew will really make or break a long flight. The crew on this flight was fantastic."
Cons: "Delaaayyyyyed due to a broken latch on the main cabin door. Scary."
Cons: "Worst flight with AA so far, service is getting worst and worst"
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "efficiency of terminal and flight changes at Dallas-Fort-Worth excellent. valet service and complimentary checked standard carry-on bag."
Cons: "Didn't know about close connections and terminal changes until printing boarding passes. Snack offerings are minimal one almost all airlines for regular fares. a tiny wafer cookie or about 5 mini-pretzels are not very impressive. I wold much prefer peanuts to pretzels--an option would be good. The gate of outgoing flight to Bloomington kept changing on phone m messaging shortly before takeoff , about 6 gate changes in 10 minutes. Confusing!"
Cons: "Plane had not been cleaned"
Pros: "Everything was on time and comfortable."
Cons: "We didn’t have food service because of turbulence. But that wasn’t the crew’s fault."
Pros: "Good food, kind staff, free booze"
Pros: "Crew were relatively friendly"
Cons: "No notification that boarding was delayed No in seat entertainment Older seats were not comfortable"
Cons: "The seats are so uncomfortable"
Pros: "The AC was set at the right temperature, not too cold, not too hot, just perfect! We got to the destination sooner than expected!"
Cons: "Pay to seat next to my husband, our seats were separate before check-in. Not happy about this."
Cons: "Wifi was not working in the airplane unfortunately. You could connect to it but it was not working at all for anybody '"
Cons: "Flight was canceled, so our young family had to spend the night in the airport because they couldn't give us a decent option to get back home. Second time we have had problems with AA"
Pros: "So great to see the flight attendants help a family (not my own) make sure that a child could get to the toilet even though it meant a brief delay before we could take off. so helpful."
Cons: "The plane was very outdated and the food was poor. Flight attendants were very rude."
Pros: "Good free entertainment. Thanks."
Cons: "No good free snacks. Only free drinks."
Pros: "Helpful attitude of crew"
Cons: "would have liked to be able to power up digital devices."
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "The plane was older than me. There was no personal in flight entertainment on a daytime, 8hr 49min long-haul flight. Further the old "TV" six rows ahead of me was playing something I could barely see but the Audio system was broken for the whole plane so it was torture that the TV was even on. American Airlines needs to send modern equipment. This plane was unaccepatable by today's standards."
Cons: "Luggage did not arrive with us"
Pros: "It was good fly can't complaint the attention was great"
Cons: "When I was flying to Arkansas from NY they didn't give anything to eat"
Cons: "They squeezed me into a new plane after saying there was absolutely no way for me to get home... hmm."
Pros: "Flight was good,"
Cons: "American (Alaska was a code share) did not tell us which terminal this flight left from. It was a sattelight terminal which required a long slow bus ride. Carrying luggage up and down stairs. The deplaning experience was such I would avoid the only nonstop to our destination."
Cons: "Too many levels of passengers"
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was pretty rude and quite short with passengers."
