My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.

4 hour delay. So our flight schedule mass up. Your worker told me you should rebooking myself. I was very angry. Latam Airline always get the money more through any way. But They have no concern passenger.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day

We traveled with two young children, and it was not possible for our family to be seated together. No one offered help or assistance to organize seating so we could sit with our kids. In the end, we managed to find two seats in Economy so I could at least sit with one of them, even though I had originally paid for Comfort+. In summary, I had to downgrade my seat just to be able to sit with one of my children, which was very disappointing
I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money
Latam may be the worst airline in the world, far worse than even the lowest of low cost airlines in the USA. I wasted hours trying to PAY THEM TO CHECK A BAG! Then they misled me at the terminal, sent me through the wrong security line, the list goes on and on... Just absolutely terrible in every way. Avoid at all costs.
The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.
I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.
My biggest complaint is the comfort. I am not tall and there was no legroom. It was very uncomfortable. During my transfer in Sao Paola, the flight was slightly delayed so boarding was confusing because there were no instructions in English.
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Food was very bad Crew was not so welcoming. Chairs was so uncomfortable

Door to door, the crew and staff were amazing. It was a stressful travel day with delays, but they were focused on customers and doing what they could to get us to our destinations.
We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!
Seats are uncomfortable and my impressive barely 5’10” frame meant my knees were touching the seat in front of me. My 5’3” sweetheart found the seats equally uncomfortable The crew were transactional. The food edible. The entertainment manageable. The boarding process efficient. The experience okay.
Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class
AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.
Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.
The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.

Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.
