Pros: "Staff was nice and polite and helpful to me. The plane is pretty much on time or little delay. The boarding is early but I guess it helps with getting everyone on board and be on time."
Cons: "There are 2-3 choices per meal for us to choose on the menu but some of the choice already gone by the time they serve us. I feel like menu is useless if we were forced to eat what have left."

Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Cons: "The seats were very uncomfortable, entertainment screen had poor picture quality, eggs were black, stank + inedible, long bathroom lines , a child screamed most of the flight, no internet, couldn’t change phone, checked bags damaged - handles ripped off!!!"

Pros: "Fabulous crew, good choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."
Cons: "Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Cons: "Even though we landed in Doha before our connection left ( barely-20 min)on Qatar airways, they would not hold the connecting flight for the 7 of us who were connecting. This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Pros: "A shorter flight after long one and a short connection in Doha. Amazing crew, offering lots of help with my baby, again plenty of food, quite tasty, we have been offered seconds and flight wasn't full :) this time in a bassinette row which was a bliss for at least some of the time."

Cons: "I checked in a couple of hours after checkin open but unfortunately I could not get my preferred window seat, got a middle instead. But still the leg room would have been ok but the middle seat (second row behind the bilkhead row) had the front passenger's entertainment system arranged across the footwell, not sideways, so it completely blocked the footwell and prevented any stretching of the legs. I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. I also found the seat bottom quite uncomfortable (not enough padding I think), butnghis could have been made worse by the footwell issue. Regards Neil"

Pros: "Very comfortable seats with lots of space and pillows blankets and other ammenities. It was a 13 hour flight and the staff came by many timea with drinks and snacks"

Pros: "The flight service was great. We had a slight delay on the way back to Doha from Heathrow but they made up for it by getting us through security faster so I didn't miss my flight to Tokyo. Overall the timing was excellent and I got home without having to fork out any extra money."
