The team was very professional and friendly

Not that I didn’t like, but there was no entertainment and no beverage on this flight. Maybe add a “N/A” as an option in the survey. Flight was delayed, but we were kept updated.

There’s not enough room for boarding all of the passengers. No sitting only couple seats. All people boarding that flight in Moscow were standing crowded in corridor!

Atrocious legroom & my legs are NOT long; like being in a stress position entire haul. BRUTAL. Flown many airlines to SEA, this was so bad it shocked me. The food (every 'meal' was poor, gross all-around but the "bacon & eggs" ....the egg didn't taste like real egg, bacon left raw. Inedible. The one exception was the chicken breast, that was actually a good standard... but they never have enough for everyone, and the rest of the meal was inedible. Almost no snacks offered, variety of drinks non-existent.

1. Missed our flight connection in Chicago because of delayed take-off from Tokyo. We were forced to use another airline and we landed in NYC about 5 hours later. 2. ANA flight attendants were not very well versed in the English language. Very hard to communicate our needs.
Honestly everything went really well. Like the title say, it was easy booking, a great price, and I got some wonderful memories to bring home.
I did think about changing my departure time but the ticketing agency didn’t relly quickly enough so I was stuck. Luckily it worked out.
Crew was good, plane was clean. We left on time and got in a bit early.
Don't like the Comfort plus seats that have the dividers vs basic arm rests. TSA is a JOKE, got the random strip search where they pulled apart every nook and cranny of my personal bag and carry on item. Relieved me of my PLASTIC corkscrew that I've traveled with for 15 years. Almost missed the flight and I was there plenty early.

Was wearing shorts and flip flops and the A/C was on full blast which is at the bottom on the side so my feet and legs were freezing the entire flight!

We were in quite a long line to take off and when we arrived in bmore there was no one to manage the jet bridge and we sat for a little while. Seems like these issues should be easy to solve - you know when the plane is arriving for over an hour!

My flight was delayed on the way to Puerto Plata on 9/9 which made me miss an entire day and I was billed for a stay at the resort. I was booked to a crappy room in MIA that I had to get changed to another hotel. THEN my departing flight from Puerto Plata back to the US was delayed 2 plus hours (as was the first flight) due to a flat tire that had to be replaced. I missed my connecting flight and had to be placed on the next flight to DCA which was the last flight. This experience was the worst. I do not have a favorable opinion of American, of which I have flown this airline for years.
Haven’t gotten on it yet as I am stuck in DFW

The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see
The flight attendant and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Japan airport is updated with excellent facility and flight transferring was easy.
Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

People were allowed wheel chairs without a doctor'snote. 59 wheel chairs passengers is ridiculous. Make it a requirement wheel chair assistance required a doctor's note. And check hand luggage weight. Many bags excceeded the limit.
Had "summon the crew" light on for 40 minutes, no one showed up

Delayed flights and food service suck
There was nothing worth liking . Plane was dirty in side . Tray tables were broken. Used pillows without hygiene sealed bags. Toilets were missing basic supplies.
Crew was aggressive and impolite even with senior citizens . There is no point in speaking English with senior citizen of Asian decent. Making faces and giggling among themselves with a sarcasm.
Customer service excellent even though I was in the economic class they made me feel first class!

The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ...
3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course

She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.

No wifi, no movies, no power outlets. The budget airline I flew to Mexico (Volaris) was nicer.
Same as my trip to Japan. Crew was great, boarding was easy, seats were pretty comfortable, food was great, and entertainment awesome. Gave socks and toothbrush amenities, along with the normal pillow and blanket.
It felt a tad bit hot in the plane. No personal vents to adjust to one's own desire.
Space in economy seat was good. Huge selection of movies. Food was tasty. On flights to Frankfurt, Singapore Airlines may want to keep more sparkling water in stock, as Europeans prefer this to still water.
There was a smell in the plane when I first arrived like vomit. It may have been the cleaning supplies.

Service, staff, food, and comfort! Def the better Business class seats I've had. This was the A380 and, the first legwas a 770 but that was really great also. Awesome work Singapore Airlines
The service was excellent start to finish. I found the movie selection to be excellent on the plane and the food was tasty and above average for airline food, and the seats were comfortable.
Flight was delayed by 1h30min, so we arrived very late
Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !

The interface of the screens seemed old Need to anticipate the needs of the customer better For example, they brought me my special meal first, but I had to wait 30 minutes later to get a drink to accompany it. The food was getting old. Did not see any newspaper/periodical selection. That would have been nice.
