The crew walked around the cabin many time throughout the long flight with drinks on their trays (not just the usual drink service) which was much appreciated. Overall they get a 10 from me! Then I was Told I couldnt Get a partial refund for the flight that was canceled to Wisconsin"

Cons: "Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors....."

Cons: "I know this isn’t Kayak’s issue but American Airlines literally forgot to put fuel into the plane. We were delayed for over an hour and luckily I made my connection in Charlotte but only because they held the flight and it was not full. Had it been full I would have lost my seat."

I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

When boarding, one pass failed scan. They immediately printed another without comment. While in line to board my friend noticed they changed her seat from 4D to 36F. We returned to complain. They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."

Pros: "Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced."
Cons: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

I call for the head of the cabin crew and she took 2 hours to come talk to me. I had to wait for here to come out from her flight nap in the crew quarters."
