Cons: More information on how to use the complimentary Wifi in the cabin. I had the app and it helped me but it’s not immediately in front of you so the passenger can decide. You guys offer WiFi in packages and most of the other airlines do not.

Cons: While trying to get a gate pass to pick up our son from the gate Delta service makes it very hard to know where to go and get the pass and then they only had one person working at ticket assist. Totally unacceptable. Many managers walking around but no one actually helping.

Cons: Rather than pay luggage fees, people are bringing on their luggage and the flight ALWAYS runs out of space. Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues.

Cons: Food was awful. Didn't get my checked luggage in Manila upon arrival, was traced and left in New York JFK. Don't know who messed up with my luggage if Delta connection or China airlines.

Cons: By mistake I booked my ticket for the wrong date Called to change it, wait time was over 2hrs went to the delta app and it cost me $200 to do it. Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing

Cons: Plane was dirty when boarding and older than usual with a broken intercom speaker above us - squawking volume that rang every time the captain or seatbelt light came on. Staff were loud throughout this evening flight where everyone tried to get some shut eye. NOT kid friendly. overhead bins didn't fit the standard carry on correctly requiring everyone to place them sideways with wasted space and therefore not enough luggage room for everyone, crowding an already fully booked flight. A few more reasons why we'll never fly delta again

Cons: On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again.

Pros: Planes were nice and updated, screens, wi-fi, easy to board, on time! FA were nice and friendly. Delta terminal at Mia was easier to navigate than AA. Liked that they didn't charge for middle seat towards the front. I feel claustrophobic in the back but hate paying extra for seats up front. A long time AA Gold Member, looking forward to more Delta flights.

Cons: My flight was delayed by two hours leaving Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that delay I miss my connecting flight to Palm Springs. I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way.

Cons: When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines.

Pros: Mebbe UA learned its lesson after being skewed for a couple of customer horror stories. My domestic flight from MCO to ORD was entirely pleasant. The plane left on time & arrived on time. I noticed quite a few airport employees at O’Hare had a chip on their shoulders, as if they hated their job but needed it to live. There’s better jobs out there if you don’t like dealing w the public.

Cons: Our home was damaged, and we were without power for 6 days due to Hurricane Irma. We called the airlines repeatedly in an effort to cancel the ticket before the flight. They refused to cancel the tickets. Heartless

She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer.

Pros: United took GREAT care of me. I never departed MCO. They feared i would possibly be stuck in Houston until the next afternoon so they put me in hotel and gave me a food voucher to stay in Orlando. I am leaving to catch the first flight to Chicago this morning and make it to my final destination in time for my evening plans in Iowa. They turned a bad situation around for me. I love that

Pros: The main reason why I even flew United is that I was desperate to get my destination that day and they had the cheapest flight. It helped that the Customer Service Representative ( Liz at MCO) was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My experience with Liz has changed my outlook on the company. There are still humans beings working in United Airlines!
Cons: I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again.

I will NOT ever use this service and especially not the American airlines staff, crew or phone staff. This did not only affect my day poorly, but also impacted my family and disrupted my finances. Pros: The plane was punctual, and the captain got us home in less time than we expected. Excellent.
Cons: A couple degrees more of seat recline would not have bothered me from either end. I would not have felt intruded upon had the gentleman in front of me had another degree or two, and I might have been able to find a comfortable napping position that didn't leave me uncomfortable. We didn't eat anything on the flight this time, but the complimentary snacks on our other flight were tasty, and the Gin&Tonic was exactly what I needed. While we didn't pay for the in-flight entertainment, we know the entertainment is exceptional, and were only disappointed we were pinching pennies. Boarding was pleasant enough in Newark, but Orlando is a terrible airport, and people there seem very ill-mannered. Not United staff, just people in general.

I requested to at least be able to look for myself seeing as how my seat was in the very back, but they refused. Also, allowed many customers to store their personal bag ( their backpack) in the bins that were oversized which should have counted as their carry on, just allowed them because they wanted to. They should have made those individuals check their "carry on". Also limited snacks available by the time they were able to provide service to my area of the plane.

Cons: Our flight got delayed during boarding because specific items were not loaded on the plane that needed to be shipped with our flight. It had nothing to do with paying passengers. If the items were important enough they should have had a private charter complete the task.

Unfortunately, when we got to our seats, we realized our seats could not recline because they were in front of the exit row, which is understandable but we wished it would have warned us of that obstacle when we picked out the seats. I am also 5 months pregnant and so we felt that we paid more for what turned out to be a less comfortable flight.

Cons: Wheel chairs were not provided in time. We had to wait till airline emptied and still wait. Cause of lack of assistance for wheel chair transporters. Some had connecting flights, pray they made it there. The ones that came to pick us up one two persons for eight people could not do the job. So we were taken off air craft n put out in lobby, to wait for all to be off the aircraft and then transport, one at a time to baggage claim area. Transporters and stewardess did a very gd job. Just the lack of help. Air conditioner on plane was off, so even ten minutes of smell bathrm, is just too much when air conditioning is off. I got very congested and had to use the inhaler, after a couple of sneezes due to environmental allergies. On top of that, cleaning people got on to clean w chemicals, only to affect me some more. Now I stuffed up, feel horrible, nite was bad with asthma n allergies that could have been avoided.
