Three hour flight so snacks and basic drinks unless you pre buy as usual. Didn’t do my emtertainment as was tired after 23 hours of travel. You have to use your own device on US flights if travelers aren’t aware so if you only use your cell phone that can be small. Crew are great.
It was very good. I love flying with Alaska air.
It was very comfortable. Personal entertainment screens would, of course, have been nice. And the flight in Seattle was delayed, but... things happen. All in all, I like Alaska Airlines very much.
Worst part is being squashed in a seat ( I am not fat) and unable To get comfortable
Disappointed that there were no TV screens to watch a movie on the six hour flight. Disappointed that the plane did not have the right adapter to connect my phone and my iPad and charge them.
The kiosk for check in/bag check in. I liked the older version where you did everything on the kiosk (check in and bag tags). This time I needed to use my phone to check in and then scan the ticket from my phone to complete the bag tags. I didn't care for this new method. The older method was simpler.
Small dirty plane for a 5 and1/2 hr flight. No food no entertainment

Robert the flight attendant in first class made my first ever first class experience worth every dollar.
Cross country flight ... there was no entertainment system... for any flight over 4 hours there should be some entertainment. There were 2 drink and cookie services only (which is ok, but not special)
This had nothing to do with Delta… The flights were on time and flawless. The service was excellent. We purchased seats in (aisle/middle) comfort plus since this was a cross country flight. Unfortunately, the woman seated at the window was 300+ pounds and, as might be expected, covered up about a third of the middle seat also. there was absolutely nothing that Delta could have done about that… I just don’t know what the answer should be. If you purchase a seat, you should should be able to use the entire seat and not just the portion that someone else is not sitting/oozing in. Disappointing…there should be something that could be done….I'm just not sure what solution could be.
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
The Dekta Rep that checked us in was great. She's very personable, pleasant, and can tell she enjoys her job.
The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.
Smooth flight. Boarding was chaotic. Could not hear the gate agent over the intercom. People were lined up in the wrong lines. Groups one and two were told to board through line one and group 3 through line 2. All very confusing. Once in the air, the flight was smooth. There was no entertainment option on this aircraft, even though it was a larger aircraft.
The plane pushed back from the gate on time. However, it stopped on the ramp, and we waited for over 20 minutes before the aircraft pulled back to the gate. Apparently, something of importance had to be removed from the aircraft by the gate agent. I found this to be odd. The delay was not significant, but I felt that whatever was on the aircraft that had to be taken off, should’ve been done before we pushed back from the gate.

We paid extra for the seats with extra leg room. But we were not allocated the seats with extra leg room nor refunded the money we paid for the seats.
I liked all the informational texts. I always knew where to go and when .
Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
