We waited for one hour to deboard the plane after landing. That could be better
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

I had to go to the boarding counter for them to enter my return flight as it’s not with Avianca. There was a long queue as there were lots of people being called to the counter.
This low cost airline looks and fells more like a local bus. In a 6 hour flight not being able to recline a seat is torture. The only thing available with no charge is a glass of water provided by, mostly, rude staff. Our luggage didn’t arrive

Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.
Flight was in time, very smooth ride and surprisingly lots of legroom in the cabin so I certainly will fly with spirit again
The seats are the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in. Don’t believe I’ll ever fly spirit again!!
Speaker airport didn't work well, so we couldn't hear the boarding call but the plane was on time leaving and on time arriving took a while for them to open the door and there was a non-disruptive guy who was inebriated a few rows ahead of us. Overall the flight was good and we appreciate the on-time-ness
Bought round trip tickets. Ended up upgrading to first class. Both flights were new planes but hadn’t been equipped with WiFi and there were no charging ports at my seat despite it being new and first class accommodations.
Very uncomfortable seat. Hard bar under cushion. Flight had no solution except to walk a around at times

Prices for bags are extremely expensive and if you go higher on weight, the charge is ridiculous.

Plastic seat really hurt my back. Cannot even recline on the flight. Very hard to sleep on the plane due to terrible seats . Food and drinks were expensive and not very good. There were like 2 open exit rows behind me. My isle was full so I asked flight attendants if I could sit there. They told me it was a safety issue??? I think it more unsafe to have no one sitting there. In case of emergency, you’d want someone there to help.
