Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable seating, on-time departure and landing.Read more about Alaska Airlines
Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable seating, on-time departure and landing.
Pros: Check in and crew were friendly and helpful. Was in first class so of course was comfortable. Deplaning was quick and efficient.
Cons: This flight required taking a shuttle from the gate to an offsite location. The distance to the offside was rather far and we were packed in a shuttle. We had to wait for two more shuttles for passengers that were in delayed connections. Additionally, someone apparently filled the plane with too much fuel, throwing off the balance of the plane and we had to wait for some of the fuel to be removed. During this wait, in first class we were only offered orange juice or coffee. I realize it was a very short flight, but a snack might have been a good idea.
Pros: Crew was friendly, great entertainment
Cons: Temperature inside the plane was freezing cold, ran out of snacks & small bottled water for premium economy
Pros: Crew was very nice and professional.
Cons: Turbulence. Assigned a seat that doesn’t recline
Pros: Phone Plugs and efficiency
Cons: More drink options. It was a short flight, so we were limited, but we only had 2 options.
Cons: A baby on board was screaming and crying the entire flight
Pros: The crew was friendly :)
Cons: Not to the fault of our flight/crew, but our flight was delayed by about an hour due to another plane that needed mechanical attention and blocked the unloading/loading area.
Pros: Good crew
Cons: Late boarding, narrow seats
Pros: the seat was comfortable and the plan appeared to be clean
Cons: an entire can of soda instead of just 1/2 glass, entertainment system
Pros: The crew was nice and we enjoyed the inflight entertainment
Cons: The flight was a hour late and we almost missed our connecting flight they actually had to hold the plane for us
Pros: Premium economy seats were great.
Cons: Bring your own ear buds or headphones.
Pros: Friendly crew. Loved the chargers on the seat and in flight entertainment.
Pros: Great crew and they went the extra mile for their customers
Cons: Most uncomfortable seat I have sat in and 9 hrs made it worse.
Pros: Crew was friendly and beverage service quick. Really hot coffee the best! Great arrival time. I would consider flying Alaska Airlines again.
Cons: Alaska reassigned my seat to the back wall. Did not recline. Next to the restroom so an intrusive situation. Only 2 items available for PURCHACE on a 745AM departure. Alaska did not tell us baggage claim is in two different terminals or which terminal to use. Seems it could be better organized.
Cons: Plane was freezing!
Pros: Left on time, smooth ride, arrived early
Cons: Was in first class front row. I was offered only one drink the entire 6.5 hour flight. The flight attendant in first class never came around and asked if i would like anything else. The potatoes served with the meal were not cooked completely and they let the entire coach section use the forward bathroom so it was like sitting at the very back. Had to wait several times for several others before i could use the first class lavatory. They didn't turn off the cabin lights until very late in the flight so we could sleep. The flight attendant(s) in first class were not friendly. Wifi was horrible and almost not useable. Definitely not worth the $29 I had to pay. I fly this trip regularly and are almost always delighted but this trip was disappointing to say the least.
Pros: Flight attendants kind and understanding.
Cons: Mechanical issues making nearly an hour delay.
Pros: Crew great. Flight on time.
Pros: Movies were free
Cons: We were delayed for over three hours, then food was delayed after we not eating for hours and hours. The seats are the smallest seats I’ve ever sat in on a plane. Can barely fit a small carry on sized bag under the seat in front of me. Ran out of food less than half way through the flight. Offered zero compensation.
Pros: The attendants were really nice... flight was fast and smooth.
Pros: Everything was smoothe from the time I got to the airport from check in to boarding. Flight was short and pilot warned us about a possible bit of rough air before we ever took off.
Cons: Seats are getting smaller and smaller while prices are growing exponentially. These seats are even smaller than United flights, and they had next to no padding.
Pros: Comfortable seats & food was okay
Cons: Issues with payment as they said “due to booking through kayak” and it delayed my check-in and again when boarding... and then had to pay again in order to board the plane. They flight was then delayed an additional 1.5hr due to “emergency pieces missing”. They also lost my bag... and I’m traveling across the country with an infant.
Pros: New plane
Pros: This was my first time flying. Everything was easy to follow, and everyone was so nice. Great first experience.
Cons: We were on a very small plane, it was a little crammed but no big issues.
Pros: Alaska tried to keep us informed after technical issues forced a three-hour delay in the flight. This included communication, snacks, and compensation. Given the circumstances, the ground crew performed well. The cabin crew did a great job.
Cons: The technical issues, which caused a number of follow-on issues (over-fueling the plane), was preventable. But ultimately, they solved the problem and got us safely to Spokane.
Cons: Our luggage was lost upon our return trip. While helpful, they didn't automatically offer a customer service gesture discount without request. This was mentioned upon disembarking from the jet. However, the claim attendant did not mention it at customer service to my wife. I had to go and mention what was stated by the flight attendant. While waiting again in line, I observed that the customer service person did not mention it to the two families in front of me.
Cons: 3 times in the last 10 years i have had flights with this airline from portland twice an seattle once everytime they have some excuse about air crews an the flights leave 2 hours late after a long layover this has been a problem for a long time if i knew the right people like in the faa to call i would . honestly i seriously recommend to do not fly this air line to spokane unless you are desperate .once ok twice wait a second three times two different citys there is something here an it need fixed yesterday
Pros: Awesome flight.
Pros: Got me home.
Cons: Weather and pilot delays kept us in Seattle about an hour and a half longer than we were supposed to be. 1120pm flight actually left at 1am. Tried to find an earlier flight once we knew it was delayed the first time. No other options and then it delayed again. Part of travel I suppose and the crew was nice, just was ready to be home.
Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: We went through very serious turbulence. The landing was very rough.
Pros: Everyone was so friendly.
Cons: MY BAG IS GONE
Pros: Useing both doors for loading and unloading
Cons: Getting roasted by the sun because there were no window shades. I was covered in sweat and there wasn't a dry spot left on my shirt. Why aren't there any window shades?
Pros: Complimentary cookies
Cons: Very rough landing; felt like wheels would break off. Original flight delayed over an hour. Replacement flight had to wait for a crew from another plane.
Pros: um...I got home?
Cons: Ugh where to start. First my flight from Oakland was delayed an hour, and while they did rebook me a flight (with a 3-hour layover in Seattle), they couldn't keep me in a first-class seat and didn't offer anything to compensate for that. This was my first time (and probably last time) treating myself to a first-class flight, and I was kind of looking forward to that seat...although I understand if flights are full.. When I arrived (an hour late) in Seattle, the gate was shown as N2, about ten thousand miles away from my debarking gate in the C section. After walking halfway there, I stopped at an Alaska desk to AGAIN verify info and ask if someone could PLEASE CHECK and see if I could keep my first-class seating, since I PAID for one originally and the delay was airline-based. They blandly told me the flights were full and everyone had checked in already, and then mentioned that the gate had been changed BACK to C section, so hike back another 5000 miles to where I started. Wait three hours. I did check in at the gate as well, yet again, to beg with my best smiley-face and see if the girls could find me a first class spot or put me on standby, since I PAID for it. They said, sadly, no it's all full and checked in. Wait and wait. When I finally did board, I noticed that the info board said that "two upgrade requests" had been filled. What? Seriously? Is that MY FIRST CLASS SEAT YOU JUST GAVE SOMEONE? *frowns slightly* Walked through the already-seated first-class cabin, noticing that TWO OF THEM are empty. I was seated in the middle between a regular dude and this woman who is apparently running her company and having a conference call loudly on her phone, right in my ear. So yes, we understand: She's important. After sitting for a few minutes, I finally buzzed an attendant, who finally arrived, and asked her AGAIN, if she could please check if there any first class seats open, because that is what I PAID FOR and I'd appreciate finishing my trip as it was origanally booked. She said she'd check. AND THEN DISAPPEARED FOREVER. Never did see her again. A few minutes later, yet another attendant walked down the aisle with a clipboard, checking for open seats and I'm thinking she's coming to tell me that yes, there's been an opening and one of those 2 empty seats is mine and please go ahead and move. But no. She walks on by and says something about adding more standby people to some empty seats. I'm literally biting my tongue. Then, before I can say anything, these TWO GUYS come flailing down the gangway and bail into the two lovely EMPTY first-class seats in front of me. *scowl* I'm sorry, but unless they were late getting to the plane, and those were actually their seats (could be true), this whole thing was handled very strangely. I never fly first class anyway, and I understand delays and full flights, but it would have been nice to have anyone even attempt to help me finish my trip in the class that I had PAID FOR.
Pros: The check-in was easy.
Cons: Flight was delayed from GEG -> PDX Before departure, the pilot announced that the flight would be "very bumpy" and so they weren't going to have drink service at all and the flight attendants would stay seated for the duration of the flight. This made me very nervous for the whole flight. However, it was hardly bumpy at all. I arrived tired from getting all worked up over nothing. On the way back to Spokane, the pilot announced before departure that the takeoff and landing would be bumpy, but once we got up to altitude it would be smooth. The reality was totally the opposite. During takeoff it was quite smooth, but then there was so much turbulence at cruising altitude that the pilot came on to say they were cancelling the beverage service halfway through for safety reasons. And then it smoothed out before landing. I thought it was a bad experience on both counts. Why even bother making a prediction about flight conditions if they are so changeable? It only sets people's expectations and then they are disappointed or unsettled.
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: Flight was on time and everything went smoothly.
Pros: Landed safely.
Cons: Extremely long wait before takeoff. If the plane hasn't been inspected and readied for take-off why board passengers and make them sit in the cramped uncomfortable seats?
Pros: Everything went exactly on schedule, all good.
Cons: Captain said they were expecting heavy turbulence, no service that flight. It was actually one of the more smooth flights I've taken in the last 20 years. I guess it's hard to know exactly what to expect weather wise.
Cons: 30 min delay
Pros: Crew on flight was good. We left late but made up the time in flight.
Cons: We purchased 2 one way tickets and were given confirmation of purchase. When we arrived at airport to check in we were told we were on standby only. If we could not get on the flight then the soonest we could fly out was 48+ hrs away, arriving in Seattle at 2 AM on Monday morning. we had no one available to pick us up, we live 1 hr away from airport. After many announcements and many incentives offered 2 young ladies did give up their seats and we could get on. The flight went well but we were extremely upset with the promise of confirmation and the obvious overbooking. It probably is what many airlines do but not good customer service was given to us. We often fly Alaska but this was a bad experience.
Cons: The customer service representative at the counter was cold, without a smile, and not having much eye contact while providing service and answers. That makes it an unpleasant experience while I needed to get a boarding pass.
Pros: booked flight accidentally at pm hours instead of am hours and alaska airlines fixed it friendly and for free and im happy of online service and availability
Cons: it was all good
Pros: Flight was ok. But the important thing is that Alaska was really accommodating in putting me on standby when I arrived at airport early and the standby process was very smooth and efficient.
Pros: Everything was great. I was on a regional flight so I didn't try any food and their was no entertainment but everything ran very smoothly. Very pleased.
Pros: Small airplane
Cons: No food
Pros: Nice and short!
Pros: This was the last leg of a 34 hour journey home from Indonesia for two of my adult children and myself. From the luggage check in counter to the flight attendants, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
Pros: Crew was attentive , quiet flight
Cons: More food choices
Pros: Delta is great and made everything easy and comfortable. Loved having the middle seat open. Flight attendants did a wonderful job! This is a great nonstop flight!
Cons: Do not like the high baggage fees!
Cons: Boarding announcements were hardly audible. We chose comfort seats for extra payment but that still did not turn out to be comfort class. Seat classes are confusing. No temperature was taken before boarding.
Cons: Everything was great and went smoothly.
Cons: Love delta. Everything was excellent
Pros: The crew was helpful but left you alone unless you needed something.
Cons: Travelers who have already had covid need to stop wearing masks!
Pros: Clear announcements, nicely stated mask rem8nders, center seats open
Pros: Very clean, kind w mask instructions, like boarding back to front
Cons: Broken tray table literally off its hinges and unusable.
Pros: Crew was friendly and very clear about masks.
Pros: Very clean and safe. Practicing social distancing. Provided hand sanitizer wipes and snacks in a bag
Cons: When disembarking the plane there should have been more organization for social distancing. There shouldn’t be people standing over your trying to hurry and get off the plane. Everyone should stay seated until it’s time for your row to get off. None of the flight staff made people do this
Cons: Turn on the lights before landing graduallyb- noone likes bright fast - too nasty;
Cons: Nothing. Perfect flight.
Pros: Entertainment was great , also being able to watch live tv. Cabin crew were good
Cons: Be on time , delayed for an hour
Pros: Very friendly and professional.
Cons: Better options in economy for food
Pros: The Crew
Cons: No AC...
Pros: The crew was light spirited. Took the angst out of the long stressful wait
Cons: Punctuality. Flight was 2 hours late
Pros: Lift off and landing was excellent
Pros: The crew was nice!
Cons: It was a good expiriance traveling with delta!
Pros: Crew was good seat comfortable
Cons: Better snacks
Pros: The crew. The option of movies! The plane ride.
Cons: Didn’t give us seats together
Cons: 1. Board the plane from back to front! It is ridiculous the way it is currently done. 2. Get people to announce boarding who speak CLEAR English. 3. Further limit carry-on luggage.
Cons: I had a small window for my transfer and Delta gate agents, knowing I was on the way to the gate, closed the gate early now I'm stuck in Detroit for the night at low end economy hotel.
Cons: Flight was delayed.
Pros: Not very crowded
Pros: Boarded fast
Cons: Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying
Pros: Plane was clean and updated
Cons: No negative opinions
Pros: I didn’t
Cons: There was an issue when taxing to the runway and we had to be towed back for repairs. The problem was as we waited there was no AC for too long. The staff was also very unfriendly. 2 times they hit my seat with their cart. I was just not a great experience
Pros: Going by and come Ming back Atlanta check in desk was the rudest Laziest most disrespectful emoyees I have ever came across . Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion.
Pros: The staff was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Having the Delta app made everything relatively easy for me with the up to minutes updates on flight and baggage status.
Cons: I didn't like the long lay over, considering I found a gnetleman that was also going to BWI, but he was given an earlier flight. I am grateful for being able to get a cheap ticket for same day booking, but the gentleman also booked the same day as me.
Pros: Departure was right on time and we actually arrived 15 minutes early.
Cons: The inflight monitor worked but none of the data (GPS altitude or speed) was working.
Pros: The pretzels
Cons: Our return flight had no TV screens :-( And no blankets ...was freezing as we got closer to nyc
Pros: crew was professional and seats werre comfortable. flight departed late but arrived on time.
Cons: nothing to say.
Cons: You had me check my hand luggage with expensive items that did not arrive.
Pros: The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too.
Cons: Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service
Pros: Flight was faster than expected, comfy seats, check in was fast and easy.
Pros: The flight was on time and the crew was extremely friendly
Cons: Early morning flights .. the People are not aware and awake
Pros: Above feedback is for the MSP to GEG flight
Cons: Flight was changed. Missed an important event
Cons: Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!
Pros: What I USED to like was the no hassle, no problems getting the tickets right through landing on the tarmac.
Cons: I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service.
Cons: Nothing special - just ok - tight leg leg room was expected - no entertainment at all - wifi very slow and couldn't load a book for my almost blind father - just ok
Pros: It was smooth sailing all the way
Cons: The people sitting next to me thinking my space was his space too
Pros: My aisle seat on the first flight
Cons: No entertainment
Cons: Our flight was delayed by an hour, which didn't really affect me, as Detroit was final stop. However, there were a large amount of people on the flight with connecting flights coming into Detroit. I am POSITIVE that several of those people missed their connecting flights as the flight attendants and crew did not allow for them to leave the plane first. As people seem to be so self-centered anymore, the attendants should have announced that people were not to leave until all passengers with connecting flights had left the plane. Very sad that people can't use common courtesy all by themselves, but as they can't, it should have been enforced by the team on the plane.
Pros: Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable.
Cons: I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology.
Pros: The Delta cookies that were offered as a snack
Cons: I don't understand why there's always a lack of space when the flight is full. Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system.
Cons: I don’t think so. Thank you!
Pros: timing and services
Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: Need better snacks on American.
Pros: Comfortable seat, chargers and device holders at search station, very clean and great leg room.
Pros: Miami based cabin crew were nice, but they sat in the back of the plane and talked to each other then whole flight. Pretty unprofessional. Chicago based crew from start to finish were fantastic.
Cons: Miami crew from checkin to boarding were rude, demeaning and unhelpful in this extreme situation. Really rude, particularly the gate boarding pass girl. Haven't you learned your lesson about being rude to passengers yet? I won't be choosing AA again. Your loss, I fly a lot.
Pros: Boarding, departure and arrival were on time
Pros: They seated my husband and I together. The flight was smooth.
Cons: I’m always in Group 9
Pros: Seating had more space, the crew very relaxed and good humour as well as professionalism.
Cons: Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft.
Pros: Seat was ok because we paid more or has a “status”
Cons: Nothing has changed and nothing will-services is nothing to write home about, with yr little pack of pretzels-i am happy to get safely to my destination and that’s all that matters
Cons: Chicago to Venice flight was amazing. We were in premium economy, although the seats were larger it was hard to sleep in them, we all felt it needed some back support in order to sleep better. Crew was fantastic, would fly AA again internationally
Pros: Customer service
Cons: The planes having chargers and the WiFi working
Pros: Crew were amazing despite all the delays throughout the day
Cons: The weather lol
Pros: Wasn’t horrible.
Cons: Would have been nice to be on time. Not packed so every single seat was filled. But it was as expected which is the best we can expect.
Cons: We had a very rough landing into Fort Lauderdale on 3/29/19. Pretty sure we had a new pilot. It felt like she was going too fast and didn't slow the plane down enough as we were descending d threw on the brakes feeling like the plane wasn't going to stop. Very scary! Return flight was much better.
Cons: The delayed flight was an issue, this caused me to miss my connecting flight. Punctuality is very important to me and should be to your airline.
Pros: Aircraft looks brand new and it had ton of entertainment videos, games, tv etc.
Cons: Why did you remove T-Mobile!?? It was the best, bring it back
Pros: Flight attendants were helpful
Cons: My seatbelt was installed incorrectly.
Pros: Because the flight was delayed the captain and crew did everything in their power to get us to Charlotte without any more delay than there already was.
Cons: Only issue we had is that the flight was delayed, other than it was an okay flight.
Cons: The airline left my luggage behind at dfw
Pros: Boarding is orderly.
Cons: Why aren’t seniors and parents with little kids allowed extra time to board? You have to pay for WiFi after the first hour? No kosher options for purchase in the food menu, clearly not looking out for all Americans.
Pros: I like everything .
Pros: Leg room in coach
Cons: No movie selection
Pros: TB honestly I can’t say I liked anything about this particular flight. So nothing.
Cons: My flight was delayed by two hours leaving Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that delay I miss my connecting flight to Palm Springs. I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way.
Pros: The crew was friendly and informative. They were very helpful. The
Cons: The seats were uncomfortable. They were hard and so narrow I had to sit crooked in the seat to keep from getting banged into by the service carts and every person going by to the bathrooms. I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot.
Pros: Great service
Cons: Canceled flight. Moved us to another flight IN ANOTHER CITY. Changed our second reschedule flight gate from one end of the airport to the other. NONE of the walkways worked. Total unorganized mess - this airline is run like idiots are running it! Very challenging as I have CHF.
Pros: Clean boarding area.
Cons: American airline agent who checked us in at the curb side asked for the money. Will not use curb side check-in.
Pros: Arrived ahead of schedule.
Cons: Some crew were not very welcoming (smile).
Pros: We had our passes available on our iPhone to assist the boarding process. Very enjoyable trip with the crew and we plan to fly AA again in the future.
Cons: At the beginning it wasn't clear the flight was operated by AA, but it is a failure of the British Airlines broker who sold the tickets. We almost missed the flight
Cons: Seats are getting more and more uncomfortable
Pros: Despite the boarding process, the on-flight crew was nice. The seats were comfortable. Also, I like the in-plane sockets and entertainment screens.
Cons: When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines.
Pros: The seats new
Cons: Had to pay for upgrade in order to get a seat. The seat didn't even have extra legroom. Did not get early boardingveitger and I'm even a an advantage cc program holder!!
Pros: Nice trip...no stress
Pros: appreciated having enough room for my knees not to hit the seat in front of me
Cons: I believe the flight was delayed due to weather. This resulted In my seat being given away on my connecting flight.
Pros: plenty of leg room. very little turbulence. fight staff was very professional. staff was very responsive to assist me in finding my passport which I had left on the plane after I had left the plane and gotten to my connecting flight.
Cons: I wasn't pleased with the snacks. I recommend changing to different snack options; perhaps fruit snacks or nuts.
Cons: The seats even in first class were so old the springs were stabbing me in the back. No entertainment system. American Airlines is ALWAYS late. I was delayed 5 hours. Food is horrid. Rating applies to all American flights I've been on.
Pros: Everything went very smoothly & I plan to book more trips on Kayak in the future.
Pros: Flight was on time. Landed early.
Cons: old plane. first class sat in front of me was broken and kept reclining into me
Pros: American Airline flight was on time, actually, early departure and early arrival. Crew was friendly and helpful, and I arrived safely. There was room overhead for my carry-on. And I got a great deal thanks to Kayak.
Pros: Crew was excellent on both legs. Pleasant, accommodating. Good overhead storage space. Free tv was nice although I didn't watch it.
Cons: Cramped! I'm 5'2" and could barely get my underseat bag in and out. Very late boarding and departure. Don't like the glass of soda and they don't hand you the can but that's just me. And, of course, we boarded very late.
Cons: No space in the overhead bin for my section because they were filled with bags that were much bigger than carryon size.
Pros: On time, pleasant experience.
Cons: A couple of slightly bumpy patches due to weather, but it was tolerable.
Pros: On time, good serv in first class.
Cons: Delayed over 6 hours for a two hour flight. The only compensation provided was to offer a cup of water. Sad
Pros: The crew was great and the first class experience was what I expected
Cons: The plane was late, there were no boarding group lanes set up at the gate so even though I had first class seats and priority boarding I had to make my way through a large group of people in an unorganized fashion to get on the plane.
Pros: Non combatants.
Cons: Screaming babies who’s parents let’s the run around, people listening to movies without head phones
Cons: Super small and crowded flight, no safe distance whatsoever. A particular older flight attendant was cranky.
Cons: Way too crowded on the plane
Pros: crew were great.
Pros: United Airline is lying to its guests. United advertise they will be middle seat between pesengers and we board a packed flight today. United is irresponsible and putting pessengers at risk of covid-19 exposure! This is unacceptable. False advertising - people paid for social distance on the plane bit encounter the opposite !!
Cons: United Airline need to be HONEST! United broke my trust. United need to update its message online and be honest - that they only care about profit during this pandemic!!
Cons: Pitch very small.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio
Cons: The inbound flight was so poor and with mounting delays we lost trust in United. We gave up our first class tickets for last minute southwest
Cons: Poor flight. Attendants didn’t turn on the a/c until plane was at altitude then would periodically turn it off.
Pros: Everybody was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and the flight was great.
Cons: I volunteered to gate check my instruments (which I NEVER do because it’s not my hobby, it’s my livelihood). When I did, I made very clear that I’ll ONLY do it if it’s handed to me at the gate when I arrive. It CANNOT go into baggage claim because it’s 2 $3000, left handed, vintage Paul McCartney basses packed in one bag. The gentleman assured me that I’d have it handed to me upon arrival. It isn’t designed to go through the rough handling of people I’ve never met or trusted. So I got to Denver and waited at the gate until someone told me, “oh no that’s gonna be down in baggage claim” Needless to say, I’m scared to death and I don’t even know where $6000 worth of instruments of mine, is right now. I wish people would communicate when they promise things.
Pros: made it home safe
Cons: Boarding protocol. we were traveling together and were placed on opposite ends of the aircraft. very cramped seats. would prefer not to fly them again.
Pros: There was no in-flight entertainment. I like when the planes have the TV's so you can watch.
Cons: no aisle seat
Cons: Had to pay for Direct TV.
Pros: It was perfect
Cons: I was very cold!
Pros: Nice service
Cons: Plug by me didn't work
Pros: Nothing really stands out as exceptional
Cons: The snack mix... that was absolutely disgusting. It was an Asian-style snack mix and I was just hoping for something like pretzels, or peanuts. Not a ball of wasabi
Pros: Boarding, friendly staff
Cons: One of our tv's didnt work on the flight. All flights should have free movies. Flying into Florida we were able to enjoy a movie but on the flight back home everything (even a regular tv channel) had to be purchased.
Pros: Excellent food service, fast ground crew and comfortable seats. On return we were diverted due to weather but Customer Service kept everyone informed and was on top of everything.
Pros: Professionalisam, friendliness and smiles of United stewards.
Cons: We weren't accommodated when asked to be seated next to each other.
Cons: Seat wouldn't recline and I was having a broken leg in a cast I had to keep straight
Pros: Not much. I'll fly Spirit when available unless you update personal item measurements.
Cons: Personal item smaller thanSpirit. Please update to reflect Spirits new size allowance. Despite careful packing I was disappointed that I had to pay $50 for bag check. Two weeks ago I flew on Spirit with the same bag and had no problem with their size allowances which are just a bit more generous than United. I had purchased the bag precisely for this type of flight. An extra 1/2 inch would have saved me the $50.
Pros: Safe landing in windy conditions.
Cons: Air-con failure delayed departure. No complimentary food or OH. Poor legroom. Nothing
Pros: Our seats weren't changed on us, as it was going to Florida
Pros: Nothing at all literaly
Cons: Walked in with 45 mins to spare my girlfriend took JetBlue we got there at the same time they put my girlfriend on united put me on a flight a hour later on stand by I didn't know what this meant I don't fly often come to find out the man at the front basically just screwed me they tell me there are no more seats I need to go on a flight that was originally for 5 but delayed to 6 obviously now I am upset I am admittedly easing my voice who wouldn't to speak to a manager a man tells me to come down or he is getting security and I will be removed I say once more I want a manger he gets security THEN GET THIS THAT WAS THE MANAGER LOL who just did not want to help because he is lazy and dosent like his job then when 6 30 finally rolls around the temperature in the plane had to be on 80 at the end of my flight my shorts were soaked in sweat DONOT EVER FLY UNITES EVER
Pros: Would never fly this airline again felt like a number / a sardine in a can
Cons: Staff was awful and acted as if they were just going through the motions and didn't listen to me
Pros: I didn't like anything
Cons: They say I miss check in by 1min. There was no more flights to NY. I told them to connect me to Bradley in Connecticut, they say no they can only get me flights on. My original destination. In which they don't have any. They send me all the way to Newark. So i had to find my way to NY then to CT. The TSA officers that work at this airline are awful. Overall experience was horrible. I would give it zero stars if I can.
Pros: Timely boarding
Pros: The people that work for the company are good, professional...But: No leg room if over 6'; Everything extra $--water, $45 for a CARRY ON! $59.00 membership to save $9.00 off your bag; can you do the math? YELLOW advertising is just to make you hungry--but no food!
Pros: The flight was quick and painless
Cons: Yeah, it was a bit frustrating trying to rush and hustle from gate to gate with how many times they changed the location!!
Cons: I was in Group 5, and by the time boarding was complete with group 2, there was no more room in the overhead bins for carry on luggage. This meant that Groups 3-5 needed to gate check carry on bags and then pick them up in the Baggage Claim at ORD. This added unnecessary time to the end of my journey. I'll look around at other airlines before I fly United again. Jet Blue, on the other hand (from ORD to FLL) was great!!
Pros: Asked why is there no leg room to even move your legs or drink a glass of water without hitting the person next to you . Response you can upgrade for 50$ be semi cramped. I'm not a big guy 511 180 this was the worst I have ever flown . If you where lucky to fall asleep the attendants would hit you with cart. Not once not twice but 4 times .
Pros: There was nothing good to like about this leg of my trip.
Cons: I paid for first class and It was the worst flight I have ever been on, sat in the plane at the gate for over an hour with a huge women that was brought up to1st class from economy, she smelled, she was a lush. There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue, and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight.
Cons: We have been members of Star Alliance for over 20 years with millions of miles in the book, and though I have avoid flying with the US companies of the Alliance, we too United round trip to Miami via Fort Lauderdale, flying down I was surprised that with the short flight the in flight entertainment was not free? We paid extra for extra leg room and exit seats, though what was left was given away free, which felt a bit unfair for those who paid in advance extra? Most traumatic was on the return trip, at the gate as we were removed from our prepaid seats, due to the fact that the ground crew checking us in asked us abruptly weather we could assist in the case of emergency, I replied, "Yes", but my partner was confused and did not understood the question nor the context as to what or why she was being asked! As I tried to explained that she was German and that the question had confused her and didn't primped reply, the crew stope us from boarding the flight, and demanded that our seats be changed for someone who could understand English! We explained that we both understood and spoke English perfectly well... But no one was going to reason with us and quickly removed us from our seats and had us put into the back sectioned which was without extralegal room and proceeded to give our seat out to another couple who volunteered... Without charging extra... It was appalling their behavior and unreasonable gestures towards their customers and at that a Gold member of the Alliance. We will no longer book flights with United no matter what comes, even if we have to fly around the world to get there pay triple etc. It felt a hint of racism and with the state of things, I do hope others take heed in consideration of flying with this airline. Thank you
Pros: crew, takeoff, landing and flight were good on each flight. no complaints there.
Cons: from COS to FLL: first flight was late taking off. connecting flight was on time. this is a bad combination. i was literally seconds from missing my connecting flight, and that was after sprinting from one terminal to another. captain on the first flight announced that takeoff was delayed because they were waiting for flight charts to finish downloading. really? WELL THEN GET THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE *ON TIME* SO THAT PASSENGERS DON'T MISS (OR NEARLY MISS) THEIR CONNECTIONS!!!
Pros: Late, very late. Kept saying 20 minutes, just 20 more minutes. It was over an hour and a half late. Poor communication. Lost my luggage and blamed it on bahamas air even though it got stuck in houston.
Pros: Please do a better job of keeping your customers informed about cancellations of flights in the event of a storm or emergency...
Cons: No one try to reach out to me let me know my flight was canceled I had to find that out on the day I was supposed to travel
Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: On Friday I was unable to fly to Fort Lauderdale Florida due to airport close due to hurricane. United Airlines refused to refund my money even them knowing there was no way I was able to use the ticket because I never made it to Florida. Airline companies are bunch of thiefs.
Pros: The crew was very courteous and I lost my boarding pass and I was so worried but when I got off my first flight there was a rep for united at the gate who told me how to get a new one it was awesome
Pros: I like the prompt service at the receiving end.
Cons: That everything needed to be hurry up when there was plenty of time to do what needed to be done. I was given a ticket for some one else together with mine. ...
Pros: The crew was very friendly and helpful
Cons: The person I sat next to talked my ears off the whole flight lol
Pros: Friendly stewardesses, and decent leg room
Cons: Terrible experience with my baggage and your company's customer service, or lack thereof of.
Pros: United flight fine but only one TSA person working and one security line open for hundreds of passengers. Many including myself ready to miss our flights. Poor coordination between airport, number of flights scheduled and AirPort personal working.
Cons: My seat was randomly switched from my first selection and I got a horrible seat and was unable to regain my original seat selection. Very uncomfortable seating. The staff was nice, but not overly friendly.
Cons: A caramel waffle is definitely better than salted pretzel sticks but the airline should at least offer chips or cookies.
Cons: Horrible company
Pros: No they weren’t professional at all
Pros: The flight went very smoothly
Cons: A glass of water without using a credit card.
Cons: I am just disappointed
Cons: no covid protection
Cons: Didn’t let me in on the plane and plane wasn’t boarding yet they made me miss my flight
Cons: At checking the machine wasn't reading our passports and then we also got charged for luggage at security while the desk rep said that was not applicable.
Pros: I like the wider front seats. Plenty of room and comfortable
Cons: On the return trip I wasn't able to purchase the wider seats since they are only 8 of them. I sat on the third row and it was quite uncomfortable even for a small person like me
Pros: Crew rude
Cons: Bad service
Pros: The seats were comfortable to me.
Cons: There wasn’t any entertainment, not really a lot of space, tray to put food or your laptop on was really small.
Pros: The speed on boarding
Cons: The timeliness
Cons: I caught COVID from the other passengers. They were obnoxiously drunk, vulgar, and distinctly terrible.
Pros: Crews was courteous , boarding process was easy , pilot kept us informed along the journey
Cons: Hospitality, comfort, fees for everything
Pros: Crews friendly
Cons: More choices purchases
Pros: It was a quick ride
Cons: Not charging passengers for a drink that should be complimentary
Pros: The seats are certainly not comfortable.
Cons: Spirit could have tried to do something to mitigate what seemed to have been an "objective weather" delay.
Cons: Too crowded given the current situation
Pros: Purchased upgraded seat. Did not recline, which is a miss. But it was soft.
Cons: Check in kiosk was a fiasco. After completing the process, the machine spit out a receipt indicating I require an agent for assistance. While in a long line waiting for Agent assistance, one of my party tried the kiosk again out of desperation. This time it worked. When asking a representative why work the machine worked the second time around, the representative said that “sometimes the machines don’t work, no real reason.” Frustration for no reason. Secondly, of the two bags our party checked, one of them did not make it to our intended destination. The Asheville airport, our destination, does not have a system to check the progress or location of checked luggage. Completely inept system and service.
Cons: We got delayed like 5 hours the crew was rude and the seats were uncomfortable
Cons: Spirit airlines is the worst
Pros: I liked the crew and stewards. All very nice and helpful. The flight was pretty smooth and nice touch down. Not too bumpy.
Cons: I ordered a water and the steward forgot and I had to remind him. The seats are a bit cramped and there is no entertainment options to speak of. There should be WiFi in this modern age.
Cons: I was pissed I had to sit at the airport for over 6 hours due to delays!! Missed my meeting in Seattle as I was supposed to arrive at 12:50pm! Horrible experience !!!
Cons: Horrible food selection. 5 hours late
Pros: Got to my destination on time
Cons: Have to pay extra for everything, even a glass of water
Pros: Good price
Cons: No free snack/drink for a 6 hour flight. No WiFi
Pros: Nothing at all there was horrible every time you ask somebody to help you they pull it you to someone else then they wait all day for someone that didn't even show up the service sucked the people were nice but the service sucked
Cons: The fact that I had to pay for my room when I save money to go to Peru and I had to pay for my room because they told me it was a g import then they told me to go to the 8 then they told me to go to f then I had to go right back around and go back to H which took me hours to get through the checkpoint then when I get there they tell me that my planes gone when they said they call me I looked on my caller ID I had no phone this phone call from no Airline needed in my wife now she's in Peru by herself and I'm stuck in Fort Lauderdale Florida and she's all the way in Peru then I have no way of getting to her now y'all told me I got to wait till Wednesday to come it's ridiculous
Cons: Flight was late by an hour. This then caused us to have to wait over 2 hours on the plane to be able to get off. US customs was backed up with flights that should have arrived after us. This caused us to miss our connection. The connection time for us was 3 hours and we still missed that flight. They then suggested that it was not their fault and that they would get us on the next flight on the next day at night. We decided to get our money back and bought a ticket with Southwest Airlines instead. They lack in taking responsibility for their mistakes. Their employees don't care and continue on as if nothing is wrong. Our whole flight missed each and every connection. we are all here with Southwest ready to fly out in a couple of hours.
Cons: As we were landing the pilots seemed to have lost control of the plane. People were screaming. I've flown all over the world on a lot of different airlines, and this was by far the worst. The aircraft was so small and packed it felt claustrophobic! Not worth the small difference in price.
Cons: Worst airline ever!!!!!never ever again!!!!!
Pros: The customer service was incredible. I knew what I was getting in to regarding no entertainment, smallish seats, etc. but I did not find the seats uncomfortable and brought my own entertainment. I will travel with Spirit again.
Cons: I was a bit late getting to Newark, but I only had a carry-on, so needed to grab my boarding pass and just get through security. When I finally found the Spirit Airlines counter in the basement, their electronic kiosk wouldn't work. There was a huge line, so the Spirit employees ignored me. I could not get my boarding pass, even though I would have had time to get through security and run to my gate!!! I had to buy a separate flight on United so I could make it to this wedding. Any refund would be appreciated! Spirit Airlines is horrible!!!
Cons: I spoke with a customer service rep and requested to cancel round trip from Seattle to Las Vegas; I was told that they had to be cancelled separately, so I did this and was told that both were cancelled and because I had called in a timely manner I would not be charged. This transaction was friendly and helpful; however, apparently not completed accurately. Three weeks later: Only my one trip TO Vegas was cancelled; my return flight home was not. When I again called Spirit, Jenki (sp?) answered the phone and told me I hadn't cancelled in enough time and would be charged for the trip and could not cancel the return leg home. I protested and was told they would review my phone conversation. They did not call me back, but I will be calling again later today to see if I can get credit (although I don't want to use them again in any case). Very disappointed with the service.
Cons: My fiancé and I tried to change our Spirit flight from Fort-Lauderdale to Plattsburgh to the next day due to a cancelled connecting flight taking us to Fort-Lauderdale. The Spirit agent we spoke to said there were absolutely no other flight option for us, and did not offer to help. Thus, not only did we not make it back to Plattsburgh and lost our seats and money, but we had to rebook a brand new expensive flight. Needless to say, we are very upset with the lack of customer service we received from Spirit.
Cons: I bought this ticket directly from spirit. They scheduled my connection such that it would have been impossible to make. Apparently this was an "unforeseeable circumstance", so I was offered no accommodations even though there were no alternate flights available until two days later. The agent I spoke with changed his story about what could be done every time we spoke, and when I requested a refund, he was unable to print a receipt or any kind of confirmation paperwork or email whatsoever to prove to me that my ticket had been refunded. He was also unable to tell me the amount of the refund. I simply had to take his word for it that Spirit would process my refund for an unknown amount within 5 business days. Needless to say, i have doubts. This was absolutely unacceptable. I was forced to pay for an alternate flight on a different airline, and pay for an airport hotel for the night. I am beyond furious with spirit airlines and I have received unimaginably terrible customer service.
Cons: The price of the flight was relatively inexpensive, however, after paying for a second carry on, checked bag and overweight checked bag (40 lbs not 50 lbs), this flight was WAY more expensive than other carriers with the same luggage. The bag fees were never explained during the booking process. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours due to other Spirit delays to Ft. Lauderdale, thus, instead of paying hotels and rebooking Spirit customers, Spirit decided to wait until every passenger boarded -- not caring that customers were missing connections in Denver. The ticket agent in Ft. Lauderdale was a right miserable so and so. I'll never use Spirit again.
Pros: The flight crew were very nice and professional
Cons: The check in process was horrific. Their website was not working so I was forced to spend more to print my boarding pass at the airport. I had no idea Spirit was going to be so uncomfortable. I really think a disclaimer in large print should be available prior to booking with them. Something like Attention: the flight you are about to book comes with very small, unpadded seats crammed closer together than most airplanes. You will be physically touching every person you sit next to. Even if you are a skinny person. The seats do not recline there is no Wi-Fi or on board entertainment. You will be nickel and dime to death so that in the end you won't actually be saving as much money as you tjought.
Cons: It was a terrible experience!!! Stinky way to end a vacation!! From the moment we entered the terminal, SPIRIT handled everything poorly. They had 5 agents working to handle 5-6hundred passengers. There was only one agent walking the floor answering questions. He was nice enough to me but in his frustration, he was very rude to other passengers. People were getting nervous that their planes were boarding and they still hadn't checked their bags. This caused people to try and cut in front of other people in line and of course those passengers became angry. After finally getting through that mess, we got to our gate in a different terminal (which was also confusing because our boarding pass said terminal 3 which we went to first only to find out that we needed to go to Terminal 4 to check in and then walk over to terminal 3 to board). Once we boarded the plane they told us that the computer system was down so they could not put in their flight planes so they let us off the plane. We re-boarded the plane and finally landed home around 2:00 in the morning. By the time we got our luggage and drove home (20 minutes) it was 3:15. Overall Stinky!!!!!
Cons: I know for a fact that I will never take a spirit flight again in my life and neither should you. I was supposed to leave Fort Lauderdale on Saturday at 11:30am. The flight kept being delayed until 6:30pm when passengers were finally told that it was cancelled. The runaround that Spirit gave us was absolutely ridiculous - literally. Due to the plane still being in Fort Myers and not being at the original gate they made us change to 3 different gates -E2, E7, G10- various locations within the airport. I am talking about one side of the airport to another. Finally, at the last gate 10, the plane arrives at 1pm but there was mechanical difficulties that had to be repaired. We boarded the plane at 3pm once the plane was fixed. We sat on the plane for 45 minutes before a Rep came on the plane to ask for 4 volunteers to give up their seats. Four people leave and another group of four people board. Captain tells us that they are searching for luggage and once that's finished we will leave. An hour later, still seated in the plane the Captain apologizes and says that he will let us leave the plane to stretch our legs because Laguardia has not cleared the plane for take off. At this point it is close to 5pm. We wait another hour and half of Reps saying they don't have info because apparently now there is a weather concern in NY that is causing the delay. I immediately call my husband to ask about the weather and he tells me it was sunny, 60 degrees, and it rained for 20 minutes. I get a feeling that Spirit is about to cancel this flight and even ask the Reps- they all say no the flights not being cancelled. After another hour and half wait they make the grand announcement that the flight is cancelled. If you thought that was the worst part of my day, think again. After chaos breaks out from the passengers we are told to find customer service at gate H5. Another trek trough the airport we reach customer service who is a lone Rep with a line wrapped around the corner. After waiting another hour to speak to her, she tells me the earliest flight Spirit could put me on is Tuesday night (remember it's Saturday night). I ask if there is a way to get on to other airlines and she tells me that it isn't spirits policy to find me any flight home. They could only reimburse me and I would have to book my own flight home. I leave the line and start searching for flights and it becomes clear that flights are booked going to NY. I eventually book a flight for the next day on United that leaves out of Miami airport, connects in Chicago and lands in Newark. I took this flight that was 3 times the cost of the Spirit flight, with connections, an hour and half drive from my house just so I could end the Spirit nightmare. Moral of the Story: For your sanity, to be treated professionally with consideration to your time, take any airline other than Spirit.
Pros: See above
Pros: The flight to Fort Lauderdale was outstanding in all respects, including carrying on our bags.
Cons: The Spirit check-in for the flight back (2/27/17#616) was degrading, confused, and expensive: the worst ever in a long experience flying worldwide and our last with Spirit. After making them aware of a hip transplant, we were directed to the wrong location eliciting an rude expletive; redirected, we were told our carry-on was too big and charged $50. to check it. I had carried it on at Logan and with Delta 2/8 and 2/10) and many other airlines before. On board people all around us carried on bags similar in size to our checked bag.
Pros: i like the assigned seating, i makes not rush to get on the plane first because ur seat is ur seat.
Cons: seemingly all the rows of seating are too short. i'm only 5-11 tall and my knees were constantly against the seat in front of me. i sat in the middle seat on row 22. the lade next to me sat on the isle and even her knees were hitting and was uncomfortable. at one point the person in front of her leaned his seat back and it was all completely in her space, make her extremely uncomfortable. we had to ask flight attendant to ask the man to put his seat up some to give her some more room and comfort.
Pros: On the opposite side of the helpful/friendly spectrum -there was one employee who heard my story and offered to let me use one of his free flights if I was charged for some reason. He waited while I went through the ticketing process again. That was VERY generous. I wish I had taken his name down.
Cons: Did not receive a notification that my gate had changed to an entirely different terminal and I missed my flight. There was no way to even know/find where my new gate was located. They only had one Spirit employee at the gate that was on my ticket and she was busy checking the people in for another flight. Ladies at the correct gate were not friendly or helpful. Paid $200 to stay overnight in a hotel and I missed a day of work. The check-in/ticketing area for Spirit was a madhouse.
Pros: Safe transportation at a great price.
Cons: The Spirit web site was not functioning properly when I tried to check-in for my flight and get boarding passes. I tried repeatedly to do this in the 24 hours prior to departure without success (and wasting a lot of time). Then later, while waiting in the long line at the airport to check my bags, the employees at the counter announced that their computers just went down. For 30 minutes increasingly agitated customers waited for the computers to function again so they could check their bags. This computer failure resulted in a late departure. For my return trip, again, IT competency at Spirit. Again their *&(^!&@! web site wouldn't work get me to the page to print my boarding pass.
Cons: Planes were dirty and were charged for carry on which I found to be a bit ridiculous. The money you save on the ticket ended up going to pay towards luggage so it would have been better going through a nicer airline. Planes really had nothing to offer as far as comfort. On the way home the plane had a 2 hour delay and no real customer service was given to a accommodate for the inconvincoence. Also had an issue with the luggage keeping us in the airport way longer than needed. Would not fly with spirit again
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Staff was okay. Airline charges $65-100 for a CARRY ON. Most ridiculous price I have ever heard off. I had a backpack as I was pre-warn by an employee before I left for the airport. One poor lady had a purse and her laptop bag and they told her they would have to charge her 65 dollars. You will be chargered to print out your boarding pass and will only allow you to check in online and print boarding pass if you sign up for their site and promotions. This airline makes it blantanly obvious they are all about the profit.
