One of the few non-stop flights between Seattle and Philadelphia. Convenient times for my travel needs

There are 9 boarding groups some of which have no one in them. I don't understand why. Seats don't have screens for entertainment so you have to use your own device to. Make sure you have extra batteries since there is no power to charge on board.

The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant.

Plane was late arriving from California because of mechanical problems. Then we sat on JFK runway waiting to take off. Pilot said we'd be taking off in about 9 minutes. A half hour later we took off. In the middle of the flight a loud horn went off in the cabin. It lasted for about 20 seconds. It was really quite alarming given the earlier mechanical problems. No explanation ever given.

The flight was very smooth, even the landing and take off. Cudos to the pilots. Liked that we were given a pillow and blanket (FREE). The food was good and the crew was pleasant. I loved that we had FREE movies and TV programs to watch with FREE earphones.

The seating is AWFUL for economy section. For this reason I will never take a flight over 2 hours again. A nine hour flight is sheer torture!!!! Plus I was freezing the whole time, even with a jacket with a hood, two blankets, two pillows. Just a horrible situation.

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for over 2.5hrs because of “Misterious tape on the plane found by ground crew” Then we sat watching plane after plane take off before us because of traffic. There was no phone charger on the seats so with all the delays and me trying to notify everyone at the Wedding in Santa Barbara (my final destination) it made it difficult to reach everyone. I paid extra to fly straight in to Santa Barbara because this after there was a Bridal party Wine tour which I am missing. The next flight is at 4pm and I have all the Wedding dresses cholis/Sarees. I asked even for a Rental car at Customer service so I could get there by 4 at least instead of 5-6pm ad they said “Oh we don’t do that” I understand mechanical problems or weather delays but don’t say you found Tape randomly on the plane that you need to check out and then sit in line on the tarmac for another hour+ It’s extreemly upsetting and disappointing. If my Luggage for whatever reason does not arrive on my now later flight to Santa Barbara I will be beyond disappointed AND will have disappointed the Bride and 4 other of my Best Friends.

The crew is nice. Pilots are knowledgeable. I had a dog behind me on his or her mother:s lap. It was kind of scary and not hygienic.

To start, the plane was delayed due to inflight crew getting in late which is fine.. but our departure time never updated and the attendants were transparent but never mentioned a new time. After onboarding we got stuck on the tarmac due to traffic. Flight took off with turbulence to start and finally after 45 mins we got bottles of water. I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. I was offered neither and we only received chips 1+ hour into the flight. One of our TVs broke and the crew wasn’t helpful in an alternative... Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status..

Crew was nice

I love Alaska Airlines, normally. The staff on board was wonderful. I love that you can print everything at home, check in is a breeze.

I was very angry that my seat was changed without asking me. I always thought book my seats when I buy my ticket and I always pick the same seats. I like to be near the wing. I try to get the window seat in Row 20. They, without asking, moved me to the second to the last row, by the bathrooms. Needless to say it ruined the flight for me.

Did not use any these. The crew was very friendly!

Sat in the last row of the plane. Could hear the toliets flush all the time. Too much traffic at the bathrooms!

I liked how efficient and how much they attempt to make the flight comfortable very polite staff and very clean flight

Over booking and very cramped regardless of how hard the flight staff tried to accommodate

They left our laggage out in the rain at some point of our trip and the contents of our suitcases were soaked. Ruined a dress my wife had planned to wear to a wedding because the red suitcase bled through to the dress. Underwater, etc was soaked. The extent of it we didn't realize until unpacking the suitcases later. Totally disgusted they could have left our suitcase in the rain uncovered (or perhaps dropped them in a puddle).

Held at gate and there was no driver for the carousel waited at the airport for hours for CAR SEAT. My back is aching cause I stood there carrying my child. There was no communication from spirit. Horrible horrible horrible

Flight from Narita to Kaoshiung was great, as usual, with JAL

Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again.

Is not only the most convenient airport for our flying, but we always have a good experience. Loyalty paid. And we are AA clients for more than 25 years. .

I would like if they offer a better quality of drinks (wine, Prosecco) in first class. Now they can buy a French wines for a great Rices

Good experience. Brought my own entertainment. Comfortable seats for economy cabin. Friendly flight attendants

I called United within 24 hours after booking and was told my flight could not be changed, but I was able to cancel for a refund. I said thank you and was told I would be refunded on the card I purchased with. Never refunded me!! Guess they never canceled my ticket?! Thanks, never booking with United again.

The Delta staff in the Augusta airport seemed to have a hard time with getting people boarded - the instructions for what zone was being boarded and who could take what baggage or who was going to need to gate check bags was... not good.

Flight from Narita to Kaoshiung was great, as usual, with JAL

Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again.
