Takeoff was late over an hour. Internet was not working. Landing was so hard I bounced in my seat.
Gate agent was extremely rude and yelling at passengers during boarding. Then onboard, a flight attendant was also yelling at passengers. Ruined the experience, Alaska is usually better than this.
I liked the flight. What could be done better is that airplanes should seat the passengers from back to front and not front to back.
The attendants seemed a little stressed, but were very nice. Boarding required taking a shuttle bus to the plane, which was weird and we were packed in like sardines. The internet worked great which was nice. The flight was quite bumpy, but that seemed to be a weather issue more than anything. I got where I needed to get, so overall it was fine!
Liked direct flight options. Boarding is easy. Assigned seats, plenty of overhead bin space. Smooth flights, crew was helpful and friendly.
Staff friendly. Impressed that she spray cleaned the seat when I voluntarily moved to another before take-off.
It was fine. 2 hour delay due to mechanical issue. I understand issues will occur, just wish instead of Capt repeatedly telling us we will be getting off the ground “momentarily” they would just be honest and either say they have no idea-or it’s going to be a few hours! All in all FAs are usually pretty nice :)
the flight was delayed almost 3 hours and not one time was we told that it was delayed or why. I had asked one of the crew members why it was delayed, 20 minutes after the flight was supposed to take off, and was told that they had no idea what was going on and that they had not been told anything. this is FRIGHTENING!!!! No excuse!!
I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!
No TVs on a 5 hour flight. Plane had to refuel and then de-ice and Alaska rebooked us mid flight to a later connecting flight. We could have made our original / they could have held it for 10 minutes. No comp / no miles.
The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.
Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
Nothing really it’s just the flight availability that hurts sometimes
WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.
Flight from Fort Wayne to Atlanta was the smallest in terms of cabin space that I've ever seen. A carry on I've used for 20 years BARELY fit in overhead compartment. I'm 5'10" and felt very cramped. Not the best experience.
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
The airplanes were so old and out-dated it was terrifying to fly on them.

Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.
I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.

Leaving at 7 when scheduled to leave at 4:20 - you tell me. Understood there was a ground stop. Then having to "reboot" the plane because of a lighting strike, also understood. But basically the flight was a "clusterf#$%".
Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.
Flight was great. On time. Pleasant crew and responsible passengers. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee or tea offered. It was a short flight but a coffee would have been appreciated for what the price of tickets are now.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
We had a 4-hour delay due to a maintenance issue. We boarded, deplaned, then boarded again.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
Flying on this airline is nothing short of a full blown circus clown show. On a recent return from my mother’s funeral, my only available choice from IND to PWM was American, which I hesitantly booked as I rarely fly them for many of the following reasons and never will again. I was booked IND-PHL-PWM totaling about six hours. The flight was cancelled due to NE weather. They rebooked me on a two stop flight IND-DFW (Yes DALLAS)-PHL-PWM, still all on the same day. After arriving in DFW, they continually delayed the DFW-PHL flight due to maintenance issues on the arriving flight. Finally it was delayed to the point that my PHL-PWM connection was no longer possible. They then rebooked me thru LGA with the short flight the NEXT DAY to PWM and offered to put me up for the night in NYC (or so I assumed). The flight DFW-LGA was then delayed so much that I asked to be put in an earlier flight with a lessor delay. Throughout this day chats with their AI assistant were useless as were subsequent chats supposedly with a real person(?). Only one customer service agent in DFW was actually helpful and appeared to care. Upon arrival at LGA post midnight, they issued me car and hotel vouchers in Trenton NEW JERSEY at a very old Howard Johnsons ONE HALF HOUR from LGA. The hotel was an $85, 1.5 rated hotel in a very sketchy area of NJ that I would have never voluntarily booked. As I prepared to catch the car back to LGA the next morning I received a text that my flight was cancelled. TWICE IN TWO DAYS. I went to LGA hoping to have AA book me on an earlier Delta flight. The full service line was at least 200 people deep, so I tried to reach a real person agent by phone. After 1/2 hours on hold I gave up and waited for my later LGA-PWM flight. It actually started boarding on-time, but only shortly after announced a maintenance hold. We were told it was nothing serious, just an adjustment to the Captains seat. Only one update was given while we waited 1.5+ hours for a “SEAT ADJUSTMENT”. Can’t forget to mention that on all of these planes the WiFi only worked on two. During that time at least three others flights in my area announced that they were overbooked and were taking volunteers before bumping people. Another flight to ORD announced a gate change and less than five minutes after announced that they were really not changing and announced for everyone to return to that gate. Can’t forget to mention that on all of these planes the WiFi only worked on two.🤡🤡

IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The ground closures and flight delays were unwelcome. I think the captain did what he could to manage expectations for the delays, but the stress level increasing in the cabin was palpable with every announcement. It may be obvious to those who fly frequently, but if the ground is closed for us to get to a gate, it's also closed for connecting flights to leave. Other passengers were so stressed they were rude. A bit further explanation could have helped.
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
Passenger was too loud for the entire flight crew not once ask them to tame it …. Many passengers are uncomfortable including having headaches
The Mario was so helpful and provided amazing customer service however l have being waiting for a callback for almost a week now and have not heard anything further after l informed them l wanted to change my date of traveling because of my hospital appointment even send them proof and l was unable to use manag your booking on their website is a bit frustrating and l would appreciate an update on My request as soon as possible. And have called them times without numbers no response
There is no room, no gluten free options, or any free internet/entertainment. You have to bring your own tablet or smartphone because there are no screens.
April was the flight attendant in first class and was the most pleasant, cordial and efficient person I have seen on a flight in years. Good example of the type of people AA should hire to increase customer satisfacdtion.
Entertainment was okay not because anything was wrong but it is a short flight so having no wifi is annoying but understandable. Crew was outstanding as usual
