Our seat assignments were mysteriously changed such that our boarding was delayed when they tried to fix it, but to no avail. It took more than 15 min. before we sat down. Then the catering delayed our plane for 35 min.
The best airline!!! Their customer service is beyond wonderful, especially over the phone.

It was fine. 2 hour delay due to mechanical issue. I understand issues will occur, just wish instead of Capt repeatedly telling us we will be getting off the ground “momentarily” they would just be honest and either say they have no idea-or it’s going to be a few hours! All in all FAs are usually pretty nice :)
the flight was delayed almost 3 hours and not one time was we told that it was delayed or why. I had asked one of the crew members why it was delayed, 20 minutes after the flight was supposed to take off, and was told that they had no idea what was going on and that they had not been told anything. this is FRIGHTENING!!!! No excuse!!
I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!
No TVs on a 5 hour flight. Plane had to refuel and then de-ice and Alaska rebooked us mid flight to a later connecting flight. We could have made our original / they could have held it for 10 minutes. No comp / no miles.
Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.
We were skipped when the snack cart passed and then the attendant said we weren’t . I am disabled and was in a row toward the back of the plane which was very difficult for me to navigate. Disabled people should not be forced to walk the plank.
My flight was delayed and I got back around 3.5 hours later than expected. I had to get a new connecting flight
Seat was too small for someone as tall as I am. I was behind an exit row making my leg room even less. There flights were delayed by multiple hours. Some weather related and others staff related. The plane was hot. Horrible experience.
WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.
Flight from Fort Wayne to Atlanta was the smallest in terms of cabin space that I've ever seen. A carry on I've used for 20 years BARELY fit in overhead compartment. I'm 5'10" and felt very cramped. Not the best experience.
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
The airplanes were so old and out-dated it was terrifying to fly on them.

Our flight gor canceled and there was no one to help us but told us to scan the qr code and fill the forms on-line. Very poor service especially we are tourists traveling to Washington DC for the 1st time.

Onboard staff was courteous, helpful, responsive and friendly. The boarding process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and disheveled. Gate agents were yelling instead of using the PA system, didn’t communicate the timing delay of our flight, and created an atmosphere of chaos rather than order and communication. As far as I know, there was no reason for their. I would hate to see how it operated under extreme conditions. I’ve never seen United Airlines operations in such a state.
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
I almost missed my connection in Chicago due to having to wait on a gate to be open I am assuming. Having to run from E terminal to C terminal and I barely made it there before they closed the door. This may not be the actual airline's fault it's crazy how there is so little time between flight especially when they are placed so far apart in the airport.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
It was extremely hot in the cabin the entire flight, vent air was worn
The Wi-Fi did not work, so you weren't able to watch entertainment on your own device. They did not have wired headphones so you couldn't watch it on the in-seat entertainment screen either. There was plenty of time to do a drink and snag service but the flight attendants chose not to.
Flight was great. On time. Pleasant crew and responsible passengers. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee or tea offered. It was a short flight but a coffee would have been appreciated for what the price of tickets are now.

The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
We had a 4-hour delay due to a maintenance issue. We boarded, deplaned, then boarded again.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
Passenger was too loud for the entire flight crew not once ask them to tame it …. Many passengers are uncomfortable including having headaches
The Mario was so helpful and provided amazing customer service however l have being waiting for a callback for almost a week now and have not heard anything further after l informed them l wanted to change my date of traveling because of my hospital appointment even send them proof and l was unable to use manag your booking on their website is a bit frustrating and l would appreciate an update on My request as soon as possible. And have called them times without numbers no response
There is no room, no gluten free options, or any free internet/entertainment. You have to bring your own tablet or smartphone because there are no screens.
April was the flight attendant in first class and was the most pleasant, cordial and efficient person I have seen on a flight in years. Good example of the type of people AA should hire to increase customer satisfacdtion.
Excellent accommodating crew at gate and on board. Baggage claim and gate checking were flawless.

I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.
Did not get to Ontario yet. Sitting on tarmac for 2 plus hours.
