No entertainment or food on a short flight, even in first class
Delayed flight, but there was good communication about the delay. The flight attendant saying over the intercom; ‘the ten people on their way to Maui need to contact me now or I’ll be very upset’ seemed overly dramatic and unproductive
Flight was canceled in good weather due to mechanical issue. Rebooked to flight to different airport in area that landed 7 hours after initially planned arrival. We had to jump through hoops to get taxi reimbursement given flight landed in different airport at 12:45 am.
The seat was comfortable, but I paid for upgraded seats and they did not state that there was no outlets for devices.
Our flught was rerouted to another airport 60 minutes from our destination. We were told we would get Lyft vouchers to get us to our original destination. We did get vouchers, but when we arrived at the rerouted airport, we realized the vouchers were for a Lyft ride from the starting airport to our original destination. We were lead to believe that once we arrived at the rerouted airport, we could use the voucher from there. Nope. So we got stuck with a $100, 1-hour Uber ride. The flight staff was annoying. We were seated near the rear, and for the entire flight, both attendants were gossiping about some drama on Facebook. And they weren't being quiet about it. The back dozen rows or so could easily hear their entire conversation. I've flown Alaska Airlines many times before and have never had problems. This was an awful experience.

It was fine. 2 hour delay due to mechanical issue. I understand issues will occur, just wish instead of Capt repeatedly telling us we will be getting off the ground “momentarily” they would just be honest and either say they have no idea-or it’s going to be a few hours! All in all FAs are usually pretty nice :)
the flight was delayed almost 3 hours and not one time was we told that it was delayed or why. I had asked one of the crew members why it was delayed, 20 minutes after the flight was supposed to take off, and was told that they had no idea what was going on and that they had not been told anything. this is FRIGHTENING!!!! No excuse!!
I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!
No TVs on a 5 hour flight. Plane had to refuel and then de-ice and Alaska rebooked us mid flight to a later connecting flight. We could have made our original / they could have held it for 10 minutes. No comp / no miles.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!
Our flight was delayed multiple times and then canceled at almost 1 in the morning. We are a family of 7, traveling with 5 young children. When the flight we were supposed to fly on finally arrived after waiting all day after an international flight into JFK we were informed our flight was in need of a copilot and once they located one we would take off. Then our flight was cancelled because the copilot was over his hours and they couldn't locate another. They knew before taking off from the previous location that the copilot would be unable to fly. They could have communicated the cancellation of the flight hours in advance. Once they cancelled and the pilot and copilot got off the flight, they joked about it. While there are understandably limits on flight time for pilots, they can still handle the situation in a professional manner. The late cancellation resulted in angry passengers that required police intervention in the airport. It also occurred so late and included other delta flights that after trying 15 different hotels, we were unable to secure a hotel room, they were all booked. No rental cars were available in the area either. We ended up staying in the airport with the 5 children. We made it home after 54 hours of travel with maybe 2 hours of sleep. Our luggage was lost and had to be claimed at the airport at our final destination. This was the worst trip I have ever taken and the worst airport I have ever spent time in. I met two individuals in the airport that were kind and helpful; Tonya Maingot Williams from the can we hel desk that worked to help get us rebooked and home, as well as provide us with care bags for our extended stay in the airport. The other individual was Danielle from Buffalo Wild Wings that was so very kind when we found a place to take our family we were traveling with to eat, all 11 of us and we were able to sit down together to enjoy a meal during such a stressful time.
My flight home from Knoxville, TN, included a layover in Atlanta. I boarded the aircraft in Zone 5 and although there was limited overhead space, I was able to put my 'backpack' style roller-bag above my seat. Unfortunately, due to continued bad weather, we had to deplane. There were many people who would have missed their connection, so they rebooked. When we were re-boarding, the gate agent welcomed zone 5 and then made an announcement: All roller-bags for zone 5 passengers and higher will need to be gate checked. I promptly pushed the telescoping handle in and held my bag like a backpack. I was able to bring it on board, which was a relief. Upon entering the aircraft it became apparent that there was easily 40% open overhead space. There were audible signs of angry passengers who felt duped into checking their bags when in fact there were noticeably LESS passengers on the aircraft and TONS of overhead space. I'm not sure what kinds of parameters are used to determine when to cut off roller-bags from being brought on board, but it seemed deceptive and underhanded to have so many people get stuck checking their bags when clearly there was ample room for at least one more zone.
Flight was delayed and then "they did not have time to load food". No snack or drink at all for 1.5 how flight. Somebody wasn't prepared.
WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.
Flight from Fort Wayne to Atlanta was the smallest in terms of cabin space that I've ever seen. A carry on I've used for 20 years BARELY fit in overhead compartment. I'm 5'10" and felt very cramped. Not the best experience.
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
The airplanes were so old and out-dated it was terrifying to fly on them.

The flight did not have its customary snacks during the flight. Apparently they were never loaded on the plane.
Flight was delayed 5 hours. Updates kept changing. Sears were extremely cramped. Very little leg room. Flight attendant was rushing through with drinks and hit me in the knee either the cart and didn’t apologize. They gave a 15 dollar voucher in airport which doesn’t buy. Much and it was so late that choices were limited.
I bought this ticket for my daughter. She had to pay for her carry on bag to be checked. My understanding is that transatlantic flights included carry on and personal item The nickeling and diming fo legacy carriers has stooped to an all time low. So sad.
Worst service- attendants dont want to help and sat us in front of bathroom
Have not had a flight out or returning to Norfolk that has not required maintenance, and a gate delay. Properly staff the crew so maintenance can be performed without last minute emergencies on each flight and there is enough staff to have gates prepared for inbound flights. Staff to ensure the safety and on time service vs. profit.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
Our flight was great with an unexpected upgrade. However, four days into our travel we are still without a piece of luggage. The bag tracker has not been accurate, the airline is not communicating with me or the luggage delivery service and no one is willing to take responsibility or guarantee any kind of support or reimbursement. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to easily shop to replace items as we are currently on a cruise. I have been very disappointed by United Airlines response.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
Flight was great. On time. Pleasant crew and responsible passengers. My only disappointment was that there was no coffee or tea offered. It was a short flight but a coffee would have been appreciated for what the price of tickets are now.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.
I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
We had a 4-hour delay due to a maintenance issue. We boarded, deplaned, then boarded again.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
Passenger was too loud for the entire flight crew not once ask them to tame it …. Many passengers are uncomfortable including having headaches
The Mario was so helpful and provided amazing customer service however l have being waiting for a callback for almost a week now and have not heard anything further after l informed them l wanted to change my date of traveling because of my hospital appointment even send them proof and l was unable to use manag your booking on their website is a bit frustrating and l would appreciate an update on My request as soon as possible. And have called them times without numbers no response
There is no room, no gluten free options, or any free internet/entertainment. You have to bring your own tablet or smartphone because there are no screens.
April was the flight attendant in first class and was the most pleasant, cordial and efficient person I have seen on a flight in years. Good example of the type of people AA should hire to increase customer satisfacdtion.
Excellent accommodating crew at gate and on board. Baggage claim and gate checking were flawless.

I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.
Did not get to Ontario yet. Sitting on tarmac for 2 plus hours.
