It is not so much I had bad experience with Singapore Airlines, but with Kayak and particularly Underpricer. My wife and my seat arrangements were changed some times after we booked our tickets and reserved our seats I February 14, 2026. However, after our arrival we realized that we were separated and sitting in different isles. Our return tickets indicated the same. Our several calls to your Underpricer customer care were useless as they cared how much they could charge us rather than actually help us. At the end they referred us to Singapore Airlines. If that was the solution, why did I have to call your Underpricer customer care. I will definitely erase your app from my phone and I will never use Kayak for future traveling. After all, there are so many agencies that I can use other than your company.
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag
I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.

Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Our flight from Detroit to LaGuardia on Thursday 8/20 was delayed from 555 to 910 due to storms and a ground stop at LGA. It’s never fun to be stuck at the airport but I thought the desk crew and captain handled it well and kept us informed. I especially liked how they referred to us as their “LaGuardia family.” I am a loyal delta customer and this is one of the reasons why.

The economy seat was much less comfortable for an international flight in terms of recline and moving space when food tray is expanded. The Linate Milano flight was delayed. Landed at Frankfort at 12:10. Then took the bus on the tarmac and the bus ride was about 20 minutes due to the airport traffic. Got off bus went to passport control, used the kiosk scanned passport, took photo and finger prints and proceeded to wait in line. I asked the attendant that I had a connecting flight at 12:50 his respond was you have to ask the other travelers in line to let you go ahead. There should be a better system. Passed passport control and the gate was at Z69 to the other end of airport. Ran there out breath, I was last person to board due to a mechanical:electrical issue plane took off 2 hours later. Lufthansa need to a better job with international connecting flight. A 1-15 minutes is not enough considering the doors typically close 15 minutes prior to take off. So the window is reduced to 1 hour with all you have to go through with a slight delay it is not enough time. The crew on the flight was excellent and received exceptional customer service.
Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.

Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.

My return flight from JFK to Portland Maine disappeared and it cost me $750 to rent a car and drive home from New York. I don’t even know where to start with who screwed up or what condor blaming the ticket sales or JetBlue JetBlue knows nothing. Everyone giving me the runaround. Gotta say the service all-around sucked.
