I love having an opportunity to choose different the dietary restriction. Crew was very nice. I was watching movies & TV shows entire flight.
Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

My luggage was lost at some point during my layover between Chicago and LHR. I landed Tuesday morning, and did not get it until Thursday night. Ironically, the people at the ticket desk had added a “priority” sticker to my tracking tag.
The guy sitting in front of me kept pushing hard his sit against my legs… very uncomfortable
We departed early and arrived early The plane was clean and the crew was incredibly efficient another positive experience with American airlines for me.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit
Priority baggage, golf bag lost causing me to miss function the next day. Baggage in general in Charlotte has been a mess lately.
2 hour flight with no drink service from the bahamas?!! There was very little turbulence and the turbulence didnt seem to affect first class drink service. I understand that they may not be able to pour all kinds of drinks, but thye can hand out bottles of water at lease
They don’t offer food on the flight just water but when arrived on time and landed perfectly
They could give you a snack or at least something to drink during the flight. The flight was also delayed.
Poor poor, airline people are rude unfriendly and unhelpful, they need to be trained to be customer friendly and gelpful
I love bahamasair safety always blown away. They made my fears from travel so much better. Bahamasair #1 Highly recommend We don't just fly here. We live here Pilots and crew keep up the good work.
4 hour delay Noisy passengers Tight seats Missed connecting flight in Ft. Lauderdale
We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!
Very courteous staff at the gate and excellent assistance with my needs as a handicapped person on board. The flight itself was uncomfortable, with tight seating and seats they don’t recline, so be aware. The aircraft itself is old and worn, and it shook a lot and made a lot of noise, especially upon takeoff and at landing. But, hey it’s a short flight and it got me back home to Florida safely, so….
I feel that I was scammed by BahamasAir. Both on flights 202 and 207, to and from Nassau - Fort Lauderdale June 2, June 6. I paid for 2 full size bags and selected seats. On both flights they told me I had not paid for luggage or seats. I was charged $100 extra each way without seat assignment. BahamasAir does not participate in TSA Pre Check. Even if you have it you cannot use it. Instead endure long lines because BahamasAir will not pay their share of PreCheck.
Boarding process was smooth and easy. The crew was friendly and communicable and transparent about the delay at the landing destination.
Flight was delayed 7hours due to multiple planes having mechanical issues.
