Check in was fast, the staff was helpful and nice. Simple streamlined process
The website was pretty bad functionality wise. It took me 2 hours and a couple phone calls to be able to online check in for my flight in advance. Then during my trip I was trying to look at what costs and fees would be associated with changing my flight and extending the trip. The website was hard to navigate and offered very little information
Courteous cabin crews, must be from Japanese culture.
On Feb.16, 2018 JL745 Narita to Mnl, flight was delayed, though it was constantly announced but not the reason why. Other than that, I will always fly JAL whenever possible.
If I could give the crew 10 stars I'd ask to give em 20 cause they wer AMAZING. So nice and polite i enjoyed my flight so much. They wer very attentive and always smiling. Simply lovely.
Despite all the security checks, it was easy to board even in group 4. :)
Food was just mediocre. Would be nice to see a menu. They didn't offer slippers and the eye masks for the long flight. Comfort plus seats were spacious not really "comfortable:

I did not like having my flight to Düsseldorf changed to flight to Frankfurt without being told of the change. That flight was late so I missed my connection to GVA- Frankfurt is a dreadful airport
Crew on board was good
United intentionally overbooked first class. Told me that I would have the privilege of taking an economy class seat for the same price I paid for first class. Then were stunned I was not thrilled with their generosity.

Delayed over an hour waiting on the crew. Seems perhaps common with this flight since I had a problem with the leg coming up earlier in the week.
Nothing was good about this airline with the exception of the baggage crew that finally helped me in Washington Ronald Regan Airport
My flight out of Portland was canceled and it took hours to rebook. I had to fly American Airline to Washington DCA where I roamed the airport at 9pm looking for someone from United. The crew in Portland ME told me the gate person would have a hotel for me.... The baggage crew had to help me.
I do like the Asiana airlines, they do arrive and depart as planned and they have a decent selection of food good service from the flight attendants. Pretty much, overall good experience in the plane
I personally can't say I didn't like anything in the Asiana airlines. overall it's been a great experience

Arriving on time even though it took off 45 min late
They lost all of our luggages(five pieces) and never attempted to locate them at LAX. Which were transferred from United airlines. It took eight contacts and finally reaching out to LAX office in 36 hours later, they located the luggages in 45 minutes. asiana from Inchon office kept on telling me that it is in LA office’s hand and yet they weren’t willing to call for LA office’s assistance. They were simply relying on the process which has been broken. Then upon the delivery, the driver informed us the severe damage in my tumi bag.
