This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on."

The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro! Pros: "for a 9.5 hour flight, the seat was actually pretty comfortable. The A330 is definitely more comfortable than 767. While the food sucked on my outbound flight from atlanta to london, the food on the amsterdam to atlanta flight was pretty good. there was a lunch, a snackbox and then a hot snack before landing. There was plenty of beer to drink so that made the flight better."
Cons: "first, the entertainment system was busted. you could use the flight tracker and play games, but couldn't watch any movies or tv shows. They only told us about this 5 minutes before boarding. There was wifi so you could stream shows to a tablet, but that assumed you had a tablet and that it was charged because the usb ports on the nonfunctioning entertainment system were, you guessed it, nonfunctional. Fortunately we had charged tablets and were able to stream some shows but they kept buffering and locking up because the gogo wifi wasn't working very well. About half the flight attendants were friendly but the other half obviously didn't want to be there. The last half hour was pretty bumpy due to remants of a hurricane in the area. The person behind me was frantically looking for a barf bag but we found out that most of the seats didn't have them. So that could have been ugly. I flew delta for the skymiles but based on this trip I will either fly on their partners (virgin, klm, airfrance) for reduced mile credit, or choose a different airline."

Cons: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

The gate agent said I need to check one bag, even though I could show that the laptop case was within the specs for fitting under the seat. When I tried to argue with her, she said, "One of your bags is going to be checked--which one is it going to be?" Bad attitude."

When I called ahead of time about it, a United employee told me it was "do-able". We barely made it, even with riding on the skycap's cart. If I hadn't had that cart ride, I would definitely have missed it. Reasonable layovers would be more helpful."

My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

I had to take another flight that landed at Ontario so I can make my appointment on time. Will NEVER travel with United again!"

Pros: "The crew overheard me offer my scarf to the lady next to me because I noticed that she was cold, and a few minutes later they offered her a blanket without us even asking for one. We were both so shocked that they knew what we needed before we asked for it."

I should have pay for an exstra suitcase 60 dollars so i gave the receptionist my credit card. Yesterday I got my credit details i saw an extra charge of 400 hundred dollars !!! I am so mad and im waiting for you to cancel it and recompense. I hope it will be soon before i involve a layer and require you. My phone number is +97224518838."

I was rescheduled on a flight home and was forced to sit in the row in front of the bathroom by the window. Likely the most cramped seat on the aircraft. I literally could not sit upright with out my head striking the wall. To top it all off they lost my bag. After hours of wrangling with the baggage folks it could not be located in their computer system at all. I was told they could only reimburse for $3,500. Needless to say I had some expensive camera equipment in my checked luggage and was not too excited about this reimbursement cap. By some miracle the bag ended up at my home destination. It was off in the corner of baggage claim. No tag on it, no one standing around it, no one knew anything about it. I just happen to walk by it on my way out of the airport. Horrible experience. I think I’ll stick with the other airlines in the future."

Cons: "Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!"

My kids got a sandwich that was Jalepeno style sauce . It was too spicy for them to eat. If i had Known by the flight attendants (by them re assuring i knew Of the spice on the sandwich ) or by being told ,about the menu earlier , I wouldnt Have ordered it . Cons: "After getting off the plane we had to take a shuttle bus to the terminal due to the large amount of planes landing at the same time (but that’s not the issue), the problem was that while on the bus, the pilot assumed I couldn’t understand Spanish and began to make demeaning comments about a “certain kind of people” (as he put it) referring to gay men. I understand that may not be the way the airline feels about the LGBTQ community; however, the pilot is the highest ranking member of it for this particular flight making him the “image” of Volaris while wearing the company uniform. But the rest of the crew was very nice."

Cons: "Negative legroom, some rows were full others empty, cabin crew couldn't care less about passengers, never even offered me a beverage or food (even though I would have refused due to excessive fees for everything!), most announcements were in Spanish even though the flight originated in San Francisco. The worst part was the seating being so tight I could not put my knees in front of me and I had to endure the entire flight in pain. I would never have been able to get out in an emergency because my legs were twisted like pretzels and they were in cramps with circulation cut off. Why is there no law against passenger abuse like this? Why should I pay extra just to be comfortable for a few hours? I'm 6'4" and not that giant but these seats were sized for children. Cabin crew never tried to reseat me in one of the numerous empty rows yet they allowed others to sleep across the empty rows. They saw how unsettled I was yet ignored me. Why don't they distribute passengers evenly instead of filling some rows and leaving some empty? They charged me $50 to carry on my bag saying "We're not allowed to have carry on bags." Unless I paid $50 and then carry on bags are fine. Checked bags were $30 but with expensive electronics in my bag I was not going to risk it to the baggage handling crew with their knack for destroying bags every day. I will never fly Volaris again, no matter how inexpensive they are."
