Cons: "Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!"

Cons: "They can make the seats more comfortable or fix them if they are broken. They can hire more professional employees. My iPad was stolen out of my Carry-on bag after Volaris forced me to check it in with them. When we landed and I collected my bag they forced me to check-in my tablet was gone."
