Cons: "Alaska gate agents blamed us for our Supersaver tickets (that were not cheap) for the reason they had our young children sitting on their own in middle seats with strangers. It wasn't until I insisted it wasn't safe that they found a pair of two seats together so each child could be with a parent."

Cons: "I had selected a new seat when I checked in online but my boarding pass reflected my old seat and for a nearly four hour flight only offering snacks once and water a couple times felt like it should have been more. There were also people watching movies without headphones on a red eye and there weren't any crew asking them to wear headphones since people were trying to sleep."

Cons: "The fact I sat in a row with a 15month old little girl who could not say one word plainly. She yelled constantly and when her Mom would say no, she would start crying. Finally fell asleep thirty minutes from destination she fell asleep.?"

Cons: "The two gate agents were quite flustered by our 2.8 hour weather delay. When asked for information or options, one agent completely shut down and just stopped talking / answering questions. What the heck."

Cons: "The flight from Atlanta to Seattle Washington the flight attendants were very nice except for when we switch planes and from Seattle to Honolulu the flight attendant was very rude that would play a factor if I fly with Alaska again but with that being said I don't think anything would be said to the flight attendants about their attitudes but it plays a big part in your Service"

Entertainment required a download on own device, but was not well communicated and on board option was expensive to rent. Food seemed great quality, but I would y know because I wasn't about to pay the outrageous price."

Of those who had the half full glasses asked for more, the attitude came out, she would give them more with a snip. Of course those others she would gladly with a smile. I checked my suitcase in as we had a 'full flight' & never got my $20 voucher. Yet there was plenty of overhead space that I saw. So that was a waste of time on both counts."

Cons: "The new interiors on the 737-NG aircraft are fitted with vents which are pretty inadequate. They don't open very wide and then don't provide very much air at all. Headrests on window seats in the exit row don't move. No free in-flight entertainment. Since there's relatively no equipment cost to airline to allow streaming to personal devices, this is pretty disappointing."
