Pros: I think it was the cheapest flight I've ever had domestically. It was also one of the best flight experiences I've ever had domestically. I became a big fan of Frontier today.

Cons: EVERYTHING. To mention a few, they charged me $59 for the carry on bag. Also, they charged $20 for the seat.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours and then 2 hours before departure flight was cancelled. They offered a refund or a seat on next flight. Next flight was 3 days later. Then was told it would take 3-5 days for refund to come. How am I supposed to book another flight with out that money??

Cons: They charge an arm and a leg for seats and carry on! $100 tickets turned into a nearly 300 flight. It's bullshit

Pros: Plane was late in arriving so boarding was delayed. Took off 1/2 hour late, but landed on time in Miami.

Cons: Snack offered by American could be better than some dry cookies. Especially for Diabetic passengers.

Pros: Wasn’t a full flight so middle seat was open making it more comfortable. Smooth ride. Good crew.

Cons: TVs weren’t working so they had to re boot mid way through, all movies re started so had to wait or re watch the parts you did already. Also my screen cut out several times and had a green hue.

Pros: Good people working, all seemed nice. Even if some of the experience is less than spectacle, you know what to expect on spirit.

Cons: Boarding: can't check in online early, if you are going to assign seats then why use zones, either board from the back of the plane by row or go by zones, but it's silly to have a seat number and still deal with zones. Can't pick a seat without paying, that's just silly. Block off the seats that need to have an upcharge and then let people pick seats if they want, it just keeps people happier and costs you nothing. Other: you should not ask about food or entertainment since the food on the plane costs money and most people don't purchase it, especially on short trips like this one. And there is no entertainment available, so asking me to rate it is pointless (plus if there was entertainment, I'm sure that would just be another purchase item). Seats: are mediocre at best

Cons: I fly Spirit because its cheap if you dont check luggage. I've never departed on time. My return flight was "cancelled per my request" the day before boarding. Spent an hour explaining over the phone to poorly trained customer service reps that i did not request that change. I am currently sitting at the gate to board at 5:32 for this same flight that was scheduled to depart around noon.. Delayed twice. Got a $50 voucher if any reader wants it because I will never use this airline again.

Pros: They clearly explain you may only bring a backpack, so this airline is for young low maintenance people taking a short flight from the weekend or something. Anyone complaining about baggage fees is irrelevant because they explain to you 25+ times about buying carryon luggage separately if you need it. Even when printing out a boarding pass they reming you again, its impossible to miss the warnings if you are literate, yet I still see people at the gate acting clueless when they are asked to pay for their carry-on, stupidity or rushing is not the airlines fault. Now why do I think this air line is better than JetBlue? They are 1000000x less harassing. someone needs to buy JetBlue flight attendants a sudoku book or something so on the early morning or late night flights they don't have to keep harping on the intercom every 3 seconds and waking you up. Frontier turns out the lights for the majority of the flight and the intercoms are quiet and you can actually sleep on their planes unlike any terrible JetBlue flight. If you travel often as I do, this is so important to me and I would never book JetBlue again for how aggravating they are. Even frontiers online booking process is simpler.

Cons: On the flights the Flight Attendants could have been a little nicer and did not know they charge for everything baggage fee are to High.

Cons: All in all, we were delayed about 45 minutes, but it's how it happened that was so frustrating: There was an inexplicable pause in boarding, which was obviously a delay that was never communicated on the airport terminal displays. Then after we boarded, we were informed that the bathrooms weren't working and anyone who needed to go would need to get off and then we could leave when they were back - another delay. Then we were told the bathrooms would work we took off, so some people went back to their seats. Then the story changed and the bathrooms were not going to work and be locked for the whole flight, so a bunch of people had to get back up to deboard the plane. Keep in mind, this was a late evening flight to Orlando, so plenty of tired kids with small bladders aboard.

Pros: The fare was reasonable. The flight was on time. Boarding was quick. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable and would not recline. So small. Baggage policy is impossible. For passengers who did not check the website before the flight it was a surprise to be hit with a carry on baggage fee. The airline is only good for extremely short trips when you don't have to bring anything but a change of underwear.

Cons: As if the fact that our flight was delayed for two hours wasn't enough. The crew was rude and less than understanding. I could only watch annoyed and disgusted as a pregnant woman stood with her more than grumpy child on her hip for more than 20 minutes after asking for her stroller. Then only to be threatened by spirit airlines staff that if concerns and anger were voice to flight attendants you would be thrown off the flight. Honestly spirit airlines are the worst excuse for an airline and will never see another penny from me. You might as well save the money that you would pay their ridiculous baggage fees and put it towards flying on a reputable airline.

Pros: Flight cancelled. Only options are refund or wait four days for the next available seat. No assistance with accommodations, rentals or alternate airlines. Was left completely stranded. Horrible ordeal. Never again Spirit. Spirit has no spirit.

Cons: The idea of being charged $9-10 dollars if you don't pre ck in but rather ck in at the airport is absurd! The $9.00 Club which actually costs $59.00 is mis representation and misleading. A $45. Fee to carry my own carry on is ridiculous! My $140. Cheap fare ended up costing $285. Dealing with Spirit Airlines was frustrating from beginning to end. I will not fly with your company again. I fly frequently for business.
