During the flight, the only refreshments provided were crackers and soft drinks; no substantial food was offered despite the international route. Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta. The airline did not hold the connection, and we were informed that the next available flight is not for another 24 hours. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for us as a resident of New Jersey.

Mechanical Delay of over an hour with multiple gate changes. Entertainment system down for rejuvenation.
First class is comfortable. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax compared to coach.
Same experience as the flight from Norfolk to Atlanta where people are boarded in zones that don't make sense. People behind you on the plane will get on before you and they take the luggage space on your row.
I was happy that I was able to get a last minute flight but unfortunately my seat was a middle seat. Even with Delta Comfort I wasn't comfortable
two hour delay and the Delta representative on the PA system was unable to understand

The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
Never got on it. Was re-routed through Detroit and am still in airports 12 hours later waiting for my connecting plane to arrive.
Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service

Found that the plane used for this short flight is smaller and therefore the seats are really squeezed tight.
It was the most un-special flight experience in my life.

Flight boarded from Gate 159B, the farthest gate in the LAX Bradley Terminal. While the flight operated on time, the first class cabin attendant made no recognition of my being an Advantage Executive Platinum member.
The ticket price are reasonable, however, they can do better with the price on the luggage. Overall, I will continue using spirit.
Everything was terrible. Flight was delayed several hours, crew was abrasive. Stuck on runway for over a hour. There was an argument between passengers that nearly turned into a fight while waiting to exit plane, crew did nothing. Took nearly 3 hours to retrieve luggage at baggage claim. Lost an entire day of vacation. Will never fly spirit again under any circumstance
They cancelled my flight last minute, forcing me to rebook with another airline.
It was smooth sailing snags we had a really smooth landing and a great flight!
My experience with spirit was horrible I had to spend a extra $100 to check in my bag when I already purchased my ticket even when I got to my gate to get my seat the attendant didnt say anything until I was boarding the plane..also to make matters worst I been flying from Florida to New york and Florida to Atlanta often this was my 4th trip to Atlanta with the same bag and never had this problem till yesterday so im extremely upset and I wasnt even giving a reason for the change the attendant just gave a attitude and wouldn't answer me at all
Once again, the staff seem to think they are above the customers and treat everyone with disdain, belittling people.
COMMUNICATION!!!! The issue was a crew shortage, which means you knew in advance the issue. Instead of notifying people in advance, we're finding out an hour before the flight it's canceled. You rebooked people to more flights you knew wouldn't get out. You ended by taking part of my party to a completely different state and leaving them there. The next morning, you still have no way to get them to the original destination and they ended up missing an important event. We came out of so much money to check bags multiple times. And on top of all that, the staff in the building seemed to not care and were fairly rude. Overall, just go on and fold and quit making promises to people to get them places when you know you can't. Shoutout to Delta for doing a great job at making it less painful (for those of us who made it).
The flight was cancelled without prior notice. I was inform as I was checking in. No hotel accommodation nor any simple explanation as why it was cancelled.
The flight was on time, the crew is friendly, and the seat was nice and wide compared to some other airlines. (the KAYAK survey should allow for the response, not applicable, because I did not have any food or take advantage of the entertainment)
It was good. It will be nice one check Baggage cost and picking seats were free.
