Crew, food, boarding, deplaning. See my comments on the KLM section.

The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.

The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average

Delayed, then set on termac before taking off for 45 minutes. After landing had to sit on termac for another 30-40 minutes. Total disaster of a flight

Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best

The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.

They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked

Delta off boarded and boarded the aircraft quickly. Clean cabin and great gate and onboard service.

WiFi was not working. Flight was delayed in Paris as luggage needed to be removed from the plane that didn’t match a passenger on board. Upon arrival in Detroit the plane couldn’t get to the gate as the pilot turned onto a runway with construction in progress . We waited to be towed back onto the runway. We were almost an hour late causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights.

Internet connectivity still seems to be touchy on these flights, making it difficult to rely on it for getting work done.
