Cons: "Rowsofseats way to close together. Way to hot in plane until we reached 10,000 feet."

Cons: "Long line at ticketing. Delayed boarding and departure. Not really clean. Cramped"

Cons: "SC recently changed their baggage policy and the line at 6:00a to check a bag was from one end of the terminal to the other. I’m sure they’ll get it figured out at some point but they had to pull people on flights leaving within the next hour from the lines in order to get flights out on time. Terrible experience, no apology, no explanation."

Pros: "The Security at both Logan and Minn. where first class. Suncountry had its own section which allowed for a quick and efficient security process. The food options, though paid for, are reasonable in price and much greater in variety. I do wish they had some free snack options."
Cons: "No entertainment, well they had hand held devices you could rent but that was not ideal. The room in the seats was the worst in the industry. I am 6' tall and I could barely fit my legs under the seat in front of me with a small bag there. For the price it is well worth it and I would do it again for a short flight but nothing of length."

Pros: "We had several people with disabilities on the flight including one lady who was blind traveling with her guide dog. The flight attendants were amazing with all of the people who needed help. This included non-English speakers. One flight attendant accompanied the blind lady to her bus connection to make sure she made it. The other attendants kept him apprised of their transportation. It was really amazing. This group of people worked well together, and they supported each other and the customers incredibly."

Cons: "In short spent 6-plus hours over 2 week period on hold waiting for customer service because their computer system would not allow any changes or updates online. Could not add contact information or TSA Pre-check information (had to call); could not choose seats (had to call), could not check-in online (had to go to airport extra early and stand in line even though we were not checking baggage. Could not get anything from website without calling and sitting on hold for: minimum 25 minute and maximum was over 2 hours on hold and got disconnected after the first hour. Based on my conversations with agents, this was because of a changeover to NEW IMPROVED website! Ya right. None of their existing bookings at the time of the changeover (at the end of May) and some bookings that were made after that could update info, get seats assigned, view updated info, or check in online. Total BS! They were aware of these issues and did nothing to correct them. This should be cause for a class action lawsuit. Unconscionable! Will never fly them again due to their incompetence."

Because I couldn't select my seat online, they put me in the window seat in the exit row for free. Boarding was smooth. Took off on time. Staff was incredibly pleasant. Landed early. I've had nothing but 10/10 experiences with Sun Country!"
