However when we boarded the plane and the cabin was closed, even I expected to depart close to our announced delayed time of 925p. But after a considerable wait and no word, finally we were told, around 940p, that we were waiting on 20 passengers and their luggage from a connecting flight. If that was the case to begin with, why board is early in the first place? Why not just tell us we’d wait till the connecting flight arrived for the rest of our passengers to join us? Instead, we waited on the plane, and even once the passengers were on board we THEN had to wait for their luggage AND the paperwork to be dealt with! A 1205a arrival became a 1a arrival, and then (no fault of Southwest Airlines), we had to deal with one luggage carousel pickup at Logan. It was a horrible end to a long night of travel."

I had to make new arrangements myself and the only option was to fly out earlier in the day and lose a day of sightseeing and time with family that I made the trip for in the first place. Cons: "If there was a less than one star that is what they deserve. SFO flight was late. They gave away my seat on my connection to Kalispell. They basically blamed me for being late and not being there on time. Two others from my flight were allowed to make the connection but told me that they gave my seat away because I was late. We all showed up at the same time from the late flight. I talked to 3 people including customer service and did not get a single “I’m Sorry”. Do they not communicate with each other when a flight is late and they have passengers for connections running late? They told me they don’t talk. The best they can do is put me standby for 9:30 flight and if I cannot get on that flight I have to wait until morning. My daughter is in a competition tomorrow morning and thanks to Alaska Airlines I’m going to miss it. I’m sitting here writing this review, paying for a dinner I should not be paying for and probably searching out a hotel room until morning when I can catch a flight. Unbelievable the lack of empathy."

Pros: "There was a huge delay due to weather. The plane didn't take off until almost 2am, however the crew kept everyone up to date and did everything they could. Upon arrival I had an apology email from Alaska with a discount, this amazed me as usually airlines don't offer you anything when the delay isn't "mechanical", and even then you usually have to complain. I felt this made Alaska's customer service memorable as they went above and beyond."

Cons: "At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!"

I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!"

This is Boutique's responsibility as the delay was due to "not having enough fuel to get to Denver." This should have been accounted for prior to the 10min before the flight was supposed to depart. I am incredibly disappointed with Boutique and the lack of customer service."

There were a couple of people on the plane that didn't know what to expect, in regards to noise and turbulence, with such a small aircraft. Sharing that information in advance would have calmed the nerves of many on this flight. Also the last minute notice of having to check your bags, though the website states differently, and the amount of time spent on the tarmac just waiting, made me 30mins late for my business in LA."

My flights coming in last week via Jet Blue were also delayed, causing me to miss my connection and spend a day in the airport. Hate this airline and will absolutely pay more to never fly them again."
Pros: "We upgraded to the “extra legroom” seats and they were so comfortable. The free entertainment was very nice and made the flight time pass quickly. The crew was friendly, attentive, and kind. We are looking forward to flying with them again."

Pros: "The flight took off on time and maybe even early and was early arriving even though it had to divert a little to avoid the hurricane. Everything seemed to run more efficiently because more extraordinary measures were being taken to keep flights running and on time. I was impressed."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very kind, welcoming and helpful. I didn't need much but watched as the were very accommodating to a older passenger who needed a lot of various things."
Cons: "It was just silly that I needed to fly backwards to Boston in order to get to San Diego and I am was disappointed that when I asked about flying on the earlier flight with open seats that I couldn't fly on it without paying a fee. I feel that it a frivolous thing and a bit greedy to charge an additional fee. Why would it matter which flight I am on if it had an open seat and I paid my fair already it shouldn't matter."

The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit."

Cons: "I didn't like that because I was in Class D, I boarded the plane after many people and there was zero space for my carry on- which contains medical equipment, and I was forced to put it below. The overhead compartments are teeny tiny, and when other people shove all their bags in there, there's no room for other people's single carry ons."

I also found there was not spray if needed for this sort of accident. Other issue - which is just a general is people who bring the big suitcases and people who have smaller cannot get it in overhead due to the size. Also the fees for a second bag is ridiculous and it was unfortunate that I had to pay as if I did not then I would have been over. either way....lose lose"
