I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional."

Cons: "I am a 5'3" 125# woman who, unfortunately, had a middle seat assignment. The passenger to my right, on the aisle, weighed approximately 375# and took up 1/3 of my seat. The arm was not able to go down comfortably, and when it did it was not usable . The passenger on my left, window seat, was probably 6'7" and had to sit with a man spread in order to fit. I could not move and was extremely uncomfortable. The plane was overbooked so I was unable to move. Therefore, worst flight ever. Plus, I paid for a full seat and was only able to occupy half of it."

Altogether 24+ hrs of no real sleep. To add insult to injury, a Delta representative called and apologized, offering a $100 voucher or gift certificate. Raised expectation that they might actually do the right thing. I then received a Delta email that says "Your day just got better", except there was nothing but ads and enter to bid for things. Overall bad experience when I really needed them to get me home on time."

The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!"

Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

Cons: "The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates."

When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service."

Due to the delay I ended up arriving in Boston way later and had to take the last bus and boat to get to Martha's Vineyard my destination. its just frustrating planning it all out only to have your plans almost ruined because of a delay."

They told me they had no way of contacting the airline staff at the airport to assist us Completely unprofessional, poor customer care and inefficient. Just made it before the gate to the aircraft closed."

While there was nobody available to even tell us what was going on regarding seat assignments until 10 minutes before boarding, there were 4-6 United employees sitting in chairs right next to our gate chit chatting (being paid to do absolutely nothing), who couldn't even tell us what was going on (what a waste of resources)... Even the manager took 15 minutes to carefully set up the line walkways coming in to customer service... like it had never been done before and she had to reinvent the wheel."

After being told by a frontier employee that I'd just want to get in to the line to rebook on a later flight (9 hours later) I proceeded to speak with a momentarily vacant agent who, helpfully, printed and handed me my boarding pass. I arrived at the gate to a closed door and ended up needing to rebook anyway. I decided to just not go on the trip.... wasn't worth having to deal with Frontier 2 times in one day."

And when I went there twice, the woman hided under the counter after seeing me. I was shocked. The worker at Frontier was never professional and acted like a child. The service was terrible. I would feel okay if she could try to help me not to miss the flight. Instead, she had no willing to help me, and sneered me. I missed the flight so I had to buy a new flight ticket. I'll NEVER use Frontier anymore, and I'll recommend to people not to take Frontier. Workers' service is the representative of the company, and she was terrible."

Then the customer service reps at the Spirit counter were grumpy and completely unapologetic. They begrudgingly searched for other flight options at our request but, as expected, were unable to provide any suitable alternatives (because Spirit is the WORST). We ended up purchasing last minute tickets with Southwest, and I can confidently say I will never fly Spirit again (and will probably fly Southwest more because their staff was helpful, friendly, and fun, and their flights were reliable and punctual -- also also they let us move our flight to an earlier time coming home at no extra cost)."

When the plan dis start moving to the gate it stopped and the fasten seatbelt light went off so everyone assumed that we were in the gate (it was complete darkness and no one was saying anything) so people got up, got their bars from the overheads and line up to get off the plane. At lease 5 minutes later a very rude flight attendant started yelling over the speakers for everyone to put their bags away and close the overheads and sit down because we were not in the gate yet. Then she got up and stormed down the aisle and slammed the overheads that were left open shut. When we got off the plane the crew including the pilot had their backs to us and did not say goodnight or anything, like we were bad children .... HORRIBLE!!!!!"
