Flight departed early and arrived early. Excellent, orderly boarding, ample legroom. Great crew and a very smooth flight.
There is no food or entertainment in this flight. Service was excellent.

Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.
It was awful. The communication between corporate and the crew on the ground left more to be desired. The crew even said that Corporate was waiting on answers because they themselves didn't know. Every hour, there was a new excuse. I also understood that passengers were angry, but the crew should have done a better job at crowd control. There was a racial exchange between passengers that could've been avoided has the crew acted sooner.

Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.
Incoming flight was delayed, delaying boarding. It then took 30 mins to take off. Took 20 mins to get to a gate because they changed the gate last minute, crew weren’t ready so there was no one staffed to work the jet bridge. Boarding was so disorganized as is usual with American because everyone just stands around the gate regardless of boarding group.
Mechanical issue delayed us 2hrs and then once we landed sat on tarmac for 30mins because someone left a vehicle in front of the gaye
Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Old equipment, needs upgrade and seat comfort. Internet didn't work 75% or the time.
UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
