There was nothing wrong with Aegean. We were very confused about whom to contact, since we booked with Kayak, then got shoved over to Underpricer and some other agency.
Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.

Almost as usual, half an hour take off dilay, on the other hand - the checked in baggage arrived as magic super quickly. By the way - why do you ask to rate the food and entertainment on flights without them? at least offer the option of "Not Relevant" or similar...

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Nothing. There was no flight. They cancelled the flight with no replacement about 9 hours before takeoff.
The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.
We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.
My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.
I flew in business a couple of months ago, it was great, tried again in economy, it is the cramped seat I have ever been into, for an overseas flight across the atlantic it is inhumane to put passengers in such cramped space. Other than that, everything ok. Took a second flight from Madrid to London, also economy and it was roomy and perfect.
I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
My luggage is lost and nowhere to be found, no response from airline
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
Sitting space was very tight, so eating was difficult. But everything else was good.
Need to pay for a cup of water. No food. Need to pay for headsets.
Everything should improve! Service like a low cost but prices like a premium airline. Crew in general with bad manners arguing for everything. You pay for priority access but then they use buses, so your loose your advantage to put your carry on first. That was the purpose for paying for priority. Bording is a nightmare, people accessing the plane for bothering doors, front and rear, no matter which line do you have.
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Without any prior warning, I was seated in a row just in front of an exit row (27F), and I had no idea that my seat would not recline. However, the person in front of me did recline her seat, reducing my space. And because I could't recline to regain some space, it was my WORST flight ever.
Terrible boarding procedures in Madrid. The airplane barely has any legroom and I am 68 inches.

Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
The flight was delayed over 4 hours. Business class is just slightly upgraded economy.
Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.
The check in was horrible. They randomly took my bags and charged me more. I won’t fly if I can help it again.
Did not enjoy this airlines. Charged for things they should not have. No room for comfortable seating. Charges for water!
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles
The airline gets you from one place to another in a reasonable time. Not much more you can expect.
I paid for priority (2 bags) and because I had 2 backpacks the boarding crew jumped to the conclusion that I had a non-priority ticket and had one bag too many. The person who spoke to me was quite rude and told me to leave the line without looking at my boarding pass that I was trying to show him. I queued to have my bag sizes checked - neither of them are oversized, in fact, either of them can fit under the seat in front of me but I paid for priority because I wanted to bring two. In the end, the same person had to speak to me and then said "you have two bags" to which I replied I had paid for them and when he checked my boarding pass he did not even apologize for the trouble.
Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late
Ryan air is a scamming airline. They advertise that you have to follow they baggage policy and their employees just do whatever they feel like. My most recent flight, i checked to large bags and just paid for 3 cabin bags and priority. Apparently, according to the staff, they knew the plane had too full in the cabin. This meant they had to target a select number of bags to into the hold. Now, a normal airline just offers to take your bag at the gate for you, it is their mistake. Not Ryan air, they just tell you the wheel of your bag sticks out 2 cm, we will charge you almost what you paid to check your entire luggage immediately, then tell you it’s on you. I would have gladly paid to check in the bags in the bag check in, where they told me the bag was good to go. Never using this airline again. I used to enjoy the quick direct flights but I will never use them again.
