The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."

It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area."

Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."

The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

It creates enormous crowds of people jockeying to be near the tiny lanes for when their number is called 5 or 10 minutes down the line. AA needs to reduce the number of boarding groups, lengthen the lanes, and provide more of them. No other airline boards this way. That's because this boarding method is stupid. Unsurprisingly, our plane took off late because they couldn't get everyone boarded in time."

And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together."

Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people."

Cons: "Seeing as this flight was cancelled and we had to wait as two elderly people until 3pm the next day to get another flight and American Airlines would not compensate in anyway. I would say that we will never fly American Airlines again nor will my family. This was not the only delay or cancellation because of American either. We spent 48 hours traveling because of delays and cancellations and still American would do nothing for us. I'm 66 and my husband is 72 (who also has had back surgery for five slipped discs) and we had to sleep on concrete floors and had very limited money to buy food. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would encourage everyone to not travel with them."

When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."

We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."

Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable."

Cons: "Someone was sitting in my seats and instead of making him move they made us move and tried splitting up my wife and 6 month old child about 4 rows apart. The air started blowing very hot air about halfway through the flight. Everyone was sweating and it was better to just turn the air off completely then keep it on. They tried taking care of it which helped for 5 minutes and then it started blowing hot again. Also the WiFi would kick you off after about 30 seconds and then make you go through a login that takes like 60 seconds. Needless to say... this was the first time I haven't flown Southwest in years... and with the kind of experience it's no wonder why it won't happen again any time soon."

If a friend hadn't told me that I needed to check in online, I would have preferred to check in at the counter. Not knowing what baggage prior to packing, I needed to change my carry-on to a checked bag. So I looked on the Internet for a customer service telephone number, which I found, but it's the wrong number.... Very frustrating!!!! At that point, I wished that I didn't book my flight with Frontier Airlines. Then I had to pay extra money to choose a seat, pay $2.00 for a drink . I definitely know that your customer service is bare bones, and the low price for a flight comes with annoying high price to pay. I will certainly think twice before flying with Frontier Airlines again."

Heard there was 2" less leg room since last modification Seats don't recline at all. No radio/TV ports in seats, because they had no TV monitors at all on the plane. Only snack food that was free was the water. Personally, I'd rather have the airline be upfront with all the things you have to pay for. Doubt I fly Frontier again."

When we arrived we had to sit in a holding area waiting for a gate to open for nearly 3 hours. Waiting on the ground is not nearly as comfortable as the uncomfortable flight. When a gate finally opened up we hurried to baggage claim where we were shocked at the lack of service. I have never seen so many bags lying around everywhere. On our carousel there were 7 flights... 7. Hundreds of people were waiting on bags and not a single piece of communication from frontier. 2 hours later we found our bags arriving on a carousel on the other end of the baggage claim terminal just by walking around waiting. Absolutely worst flight experience ever. Friends don't let friends fly frontier."

My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

Although I should have arrived earlier; TPA was very slow this Sunday morning, I arrived at the check in desk 38 minutes before my flight, had no bags to check in, there was room on the plane when they called to check, and instead of trying to help me board my flight they immediately started trying to sell me another ticket to fly the next day. I overheard that there was several people on stand by, yet it was upsetting that they immediately tried to sell me a ticket for the next day and didn't even try to let me board the plane. I won't fly Spirit Airlines EVER again!"

I told her that was assenine seeing that it would take another hour. The system finally updated. She was able to offer me a flight not on Friday at all but Saturday afternoon/evening. Taking over 30 hoursaway from my vacation. I asked to have my money refunded. They obliged but couldn't refund the 40 some dollars from the 3rd party sight which I booked through when clicking book on kayak. My whole weekend was ruined. Horrible."

Without giving me 2 seconds to apologize, a 2nd tall male crew member barked, "WE WILL GET THE FAA TO FINE YOU RIGHT NOW IF YOU DON'T COMPLY". I felt hurt, and sat down immediately. I was in no way trying to be aggressive, rude, it was a pure honest mistake that the seatbelt sign was still on. I would have happily sat down and said sorry the first time but I was verbally attacked. During the flight, I overheard the female blonde pilot complaining personally about how she individually didn't like certain passengers for their nationalities. I can go into further detail as I have the names of the crew members."
