United Airlines combines the ORD layover with CLT, Washington Dulles (IAD), and Reagan National Airport (DCA).

  • Can I reschedule my missed flight with no penalty?

It doesn't matter if you're 15 minutes late on an American Airlines flight. The airline automatically places you on the next available flight without a charge. But you must arrive at Green Bay–Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) at least 15 minutes before the flight for a second chance; otherwise, you'll be a no-show passenger. Call the airline's customer care number and explain if you have an uncontrollable delay. When on standby, you'll board the next flight for free.

  • Which seat will I be assigned if I get an instant flight upgrade?

Seat assignment by United Airlines depends on confirmation priority and availability. When your flight upgrades automatically, you'll get the nearest available spot to the front section of the cabin. However, if you request a seat change, they will do their best to accommodate you. Remember that Basic Economy tickets do not qualify for upgrades.

  • Am I eligible for online check-in?

You can conveniently check in through the American Airlines app if you have already booked your flight or a seat. The option is available 1-24 hours prior to departure. The only exceptions are unaccompanied minors, travelers with pets, firearms, or weapons.

KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from Green Bay to Orlando Airport

  • An extra few inches of legroom makes all the difference when you want to work or relax on a flight from Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) to Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you frequently use this route, buy the Economy Plus ticket for a whole year from United Airlines. For each trip, you will be assigned a seat at a spot where it is easier to deplane, earn premier points, and customize your flight to suit your needs.
  • Consider the United Airlines Premier Access package for priority boarding, check-in, and baggage handling. You are assured of an overhead storage bin since you will be among the first to get on board with your kids or companion. At the screening points, follow exclusive, less-congested security lines. After landing at MCO Airport, grab your luggage before most passengers. Mileage Plus, Presidential Plus, Star Alliance Gold members, First-Class, and Polaris (Business) Class passengers automatically qualify for Premier Access.
  • United Airlines will secure comfortable seating in your reserved flight class if you need onboard mobility assistance. Request extra legroom and space for mobility devices or adjoining seats for your special assistant 24 hours before heading to GRB Airport. The airline will give you an aisle chair to access the plane and a movable aisle armrest if you can't use a fixed armrest in a row.
  • Airlines look at several factors to determine your eligibility for an upgrade. American Airlines considers your AAdvantage status, requested upgrade, ticket class purchased (booking code), and the time of booking. Elite members receive the highest priority. The higher your ticket class, the higher you rank on the upgrade list.
  • The dynamic seat map of United Airlines ensures that families with kids below 12 sit together at no additional cost. It is only available on Basic Economy tickets but not Economy Plus, Polaris, or First Class. If you cannot find a side-by-side in the same cabin at the time of booking, you can change to another flight with adjacent seats.

Did not know my son and I had different seating arrangements. He was fine, but it was disappointing.

Flight was canceled, and no effort was made to help with rebooking, no hotel vouchers, no car transportation and minimal food voucher and most places for food were closed by the time the voucher was given. Waited for 3 hours for bags. Simply the worst travel experience I have ever had

Food was surprisingly good but the WiFi was not great

this crew didn't care much. bumping carts into seats more times than i care to remember

Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.

Everything was fine except the entertainment was not working for half of the flight.

Easy boarding with an extremely kind attendant. Seats were spacious and we had 3 seats for 2 people so we could stretch out. Comfortable air flow and very attentive and hospital attendants. Bathrooms and food were the only negative. Bathrooms were so small you could hardly get in and close the door. I don’t think an obese person would fit or a person with a movement disability. Food was the trending food for flights, nonexistent. We spent $40 getting sandwich and snack at airport for our 6 hour flught.

At first, we were on the runway for about an hour, literally. The Captain did explain that the Control Tower just had a change shift (sounds like an unrealistic excuse) and then that we had to change a runway. A regular economy seat is made for 12 yo twiggy. I understand Delta wants to push for an upgrade, but after sitting in a Comfort seat and in First class. I would say First class is not worthy of my money. The landing was delayed because of the weather in NYC, I don't hold that against Delta, of course. The Captain did alert us to that upon takeoff in Vegas and again as we reached NY.

No one fussed at me about my pap machine as a 3rd pice on the plane. Boarding was pleasant and smooth. The boarding agent in Anchorage was a fun character- he could be in a movie. :~) The on-board crew were downright pleasant. No militant attitudes on Delta. Like all planes these days the seats are too narrow for standard Americans and at 5’2” there is barely enough leg room. I don’t know how tall people fold themselves into the seats. But that’s nothing specific to Delta

I am very bothered by the events today. I can't believe the flight attendants allowed someone to take my seat and made me move. It was embarrassing. I was in the right. The lady just didn't want move. I can't believe delta would allow this to stand and disrespect my rights as a passenger. The lady complained about her leg and that she couldn't move. Firstly somehow she was able to make it to row 24. Not sure how much her leg could have hurt. Secondly, I'm in plenty of pain myself. I just finished chemotherapy a several weeks ago. My body is constantly sore. Yet deltas flight attendants didn't appropriately protect my rights. In the end they found me a seat on the plane but I want to understand how delta can operate this way. They in essence allowed a bully to get their way.

It was delayed instead of departing at 9:20pm, we departed at 11pm… putting us in Columbus after 2am! It was awful. Had I known about the delay, I could have spent some time in the United Lounge… I was starving because I started my journey in Budapest… so I was exhausted and hungry. Plus I had to make new arrangements to be picked up at the airport in Columbus, instead of midnight it was 2:30 am after getting luggage and out of airport. Not feasible. I would have just stayed in Chicago for the night and gotten a morning flight.

Not a great experience. We paid for the upgrade for premium economy seats and seated ourselves in very comfortable seats. Someone came along with the same seat on their boarding pass. The aircraft had been changed and as a result we were booted out and sent further back to small uncomfortable seats. After complaining we were moved to emergency row seats, which gave us more leg room but the seats don’t recline. For people in our 70’s we found having to sit upright from California to NJ very uncomfortable. Not sure why they chose to move senior citizens instead of the two people that were allowed to take the more comfortable seats. Not happy.

I liked the choice of lemon ginger tea. I think stewardesses can be more considerate of older people needs.

It was great, I’m very grateful for the pilots and crew flight attendants for everything.

Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely

Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.

The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.

The woman gate agent in Phoenix was none too sympathetic about my check-in process as I am relatively new with using apps. I almost did not get on because she said I did not check-in. I thought I had via Kayak where I purchased a very expensive ticket. Lesson learned but to be told I may not get on as a matter of factly was difficult to hear.

Overall a very poor experience - booked premium economy tickets but due to last minute flight delays , all my itinery went for a toss and had to fly economy class with no access to lounge or any compensation by united airlines to make up for the flight delays . i had expected better experience than that from united.

Boarded plane and then delayed 1.5 hours while on the plane

Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.

This flight never occurred because AA couldn’t get their act together.

During service there was a garbage/beverage spill near our seats that never was cleaned up. On a relatively short flight when we’re fortunate enough to actually have in flight movies available, the flight attendants pitching the AADVANTAGE credit card shouldn’t talk for the last 10 minutes of the flight so that we miss the end of the movie.

Waited on the runway for takeoff for 2.5 hours. Air traffic rerouted us. The plane didn't have enough fuel, so had to go back to the gate. Had to wait for a new pilot. Should have landed at 5:22. Didn't land until 9:10. Trash flight.

The boarding was pretty easy. However, the first class seats are not lay flat as other airlines (like JetBlue) has and therefore sleeping was a challenge.

Everything about the flight was lovely…We left early, arrived early, cabin crew were efficient and helpful. Flight was easy and most pleasant.

Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board

Fine. On time, cabin service was fine, bag arrived. All good. Flying into DCA so did not collide with any helicopters, which is also good. Horrid incident that could have and should have been prevented.

Standard. No different than a discount carrier on a short trip.

The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines

Tight! Seats are not designed for those of us who wear extra-large clothes.

The non-stop flight from Grand Rapids was excellent. I neither expected or needed a budget flight and Allegiant made the trip easy and for an affordable price, Arriving at the Mesa Airport (AZA) is a delight compared to the international airport. For our return flight, we were able to arrive 75 minutes before the flight, return the rental car, check our bag and make it to the gate in plenty of time. That would never happen at most airports.

Easiest flights I’ve ever taken. Plane was comfortable without overly crowded seating.

Terrible. Still have not received the refund from them. They sent it to some account that I don't even know. Spoke with costumer service and they are unable to help.

I didn’t like it at all. I miss my second flight because of the delay on Allegiant Air now I m stuck in MCO.

Good, but a bit late on take off after loading. Don't like charging for carry ons!

First time flying with them and will definitely fly again in the future. Crew was so nice and friendly, fought was seamless. They are simple planes, no entertainment, but it’s fine for a short flight or if you have personal devices Rates are competitive, and they did so well with keeping the flight on time after a tropical storm, where other airlines had delays and cancellations.

They boarded passengers that sat in the back of the plane first, making boarding very efficient.

I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.

The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.
