Pros: The on flight entertainment was good
Cons: Sleeping was too uncomfortable
Pros: The flight was only half full so boarding was very quick.
Cons: The seats were hard and there was no entertainment system.
Pros: No surprises. On time. Courteous. I suppose the most amazing thing is their app. It tells you when your bags get on! Also I forgot that I had a knife in my pocket. I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta.

Pros: We were able to fly standby on our original 2:30p flight but had to return to DCA for checked baggages later that day
Cons: Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant.
Pros: The warmth service that made me feel at home
Pros: Had a awsome flight! Very comfortable seats, good selection on movies (they give for free) food was very tasty (had grill chicken with rice, green salad, grapes, cheeese, and a chocolate for dessert) crew was very attractive, serving refrigate (o had wine all trip long) it’s been one of my best long distance flight I ever had. Thank you Aeromexico!

Cons: After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware..
