No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

The WiFi tv wasn’t working. The flight was over sold and moved several times. The gate assignment appeared on the screens right as we were supposed to board. Because of the flight being over sold we were almost stuck in Cancun for a couple of a days. The flight attendants were unfriendly and would wake you up to pick up other people’s trash.

The reason we chose Volaris to fly from LAX to Mazatlan, Mexico was because of the DATES and TIMES for the NON-STOP flights. When those flights got Totally Changed that was UNACCEPTABLE ! ! ! Also, when my husband Died unexpectedly, the Only statement that Customer Service kept repeating was "they would only offer Credit on a future flight". REALLY?! Volaris was only going to offer CREDIT on another flight to a DEAD PERSON ! ! !

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

When you make the 3 Lines to board de airplane , I believe that you should make only one line first and then call the next and then last ,,, because the number 3 wait to long just standing there ,, my opinion !!!

I didn’t like anything about the flight. It was delayed six hours and I was traveling with my elderly mother. It was a complete inconvenience. Not happy about my experience.

I didn’t like anything, they were the worst airline I ever used, charged 40 dollars if you flight as USA citizen, if you want food you have to pay for it, seats are uncomfortable service is the worst

More options for snacks or drinks ( taking in consideration that a lot of people suffer from Diabetes now days

To check in, it was horrible. their charges are outrageous. too many passengers, few people at the counters
