Transferring from the Main Terminal to the HumphRey Terminal was a huge, grossly unpleasant inconvenience. Fly direct, use a carrier that connects at the Humphrey terminal, but by all means do not connect with Iceland Air using Alaska in Minneapolis."

Cons: "in Guadalajara, during boarding the cabin was inundated with mosquitoes (I mean not just a few, but many hundred at least). Passengers were simultaneously swatting mosquitoes from the first row to the last row. The mosquitoes then joined us for the duration of the flight; well many of them were swatted as evidenced by the bloody mosquito parts left on the walls and overhead bins. I don't blame the cabin crew for this event, especially since they had to endure it as well. However the attitude was that things like this are just part of flying these days, along with lousy food and shrinking leg room. I guess that's the truth of it though. Also not to be over-reactive but there is a public health component to this; Mexico had 805 cases of zika in 2017. And although in general we may be more at risk from a local mosquito that has fed on an already infected tourist, we should make an attempt to limit the introduction of any infectious vectors.."

I had to pay 600usd or a flight 13 hours later, spend the night in the airport and rearrange transport from MSP to my home in Duluth. I wonder if I could get reimbursed for the 600usd due to the irregularities in changing the departure gate so often; it caused me to miss the flight.."

My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."

It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area."

We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

It would be nice if there was a way to ensure this didn't happen. If people need more than 1 seat, they should be required to pay for more than one seat, and not 'steal' my space. I booked this flight months ago and had everything set so it would be smooth, but it turned into an all day ordeal that Delta offered nothing more then a, sorry for your inconvenience."

I had to sit with a stranger pressed against me for 2 hours and not one of the flight attendants said anything about this 600 pound man sitting in a normal size seat."

Getting up 0300 already put me in a bad mood. I paid extra for a row assignment because I use the bathroom frequently and the girl that was in my seat obviously didn't speak English and I had to suppress that ICU nurse aggression and work with it because it was a short trip. But!!!! She annoyed the hell out of me when I needed to get up to the bathroom and she refused to get up and expected me to Jimmy my way around her in the sitting position and she somehow was in a deep sleep during my 3 minute bathroom trip. I had to tap her a few times to say let me back in and again she refused to get up and I had to Jimmy my way back in. Again the connection flight was far far away in a warm terminal unlike jkf where I had to go outside and catch a shuttle bus but this time I had time to grab food and use the restroom without running like a maniac to my next connection for Delta."

I jumped out of my seat realized I forgot to ask where the bags were placed that were collected on the jet bridge and went back to ask if they were in baggage claim or not and she yelled at me for turning around and told me she could not speak me because I had exited the plane already."

We were told to exit the plane and go to another terminal but never explaned to take the shuttle . I took the Tran and had to go back through security and almost missed the plane. I was the last person to board. This was my 1st time traveling to that airport. No way to know that the Tran would require me to pass through security checkpoint again. Get better communication with people. The lady at the desk was just saying go to terminal A! They should have had a person directing all of us to go to the shuttle and bussed us to the terminal."

Cons: "Everything seemed to go smoothly until we landed & there was no gate for us to deplane. At first we sat for 45 mins is what the pilot said, then he chimed on again & he said 1 hour, then after an hour it was 45 mins. Then 10 more mins which turned to 30. I had missed my ride & I had to find child care for my 5 kids that were waiting for me to pick them up. Landed in time but couldn't get off."

Pros: "The plane had very nice seats and I wasn't squished as usual on other airlines planes."
Cons: "When it came time to board my flight the person told me to go ahead and I was in wheelchair and had to push wheelchair with my bags to the plane myself. Very rushed and not good for me at all. I felt I had no choice in the matter and she was not a nice person to me. She rushed me and scowled and told me to just go.... This survey asks about food and entertainment which there was none off yet I have to answer."

Pros: "The flight there was better than the flight back. Everyone was friendlier and more attentive, but overall I wouldn't say there is anything that I didn't like."

Cons: "Major delays for flight, changed twice."

Pros: "The flight was on time. Crew was fine, but I had limited interaction with them."

Cons: "2 hour delay, packed flight."

Cons: "One hour late taking off but understandable..."

Cons: "Apparently Frontier doesn’t have partnerships with a lot of airlines which meant I had to get my bags, tote them halfway across the country and check them with the airline my connecting flight was on. Since I had a torn ligament in my knee and the connecting flight was in a different terminal, plus having to pay the baggage fees a second time this was less than an acceptable solution for getting my luggage on to the next airplane."

Pros: "The extra fees for checking baggage was a surprise, but the air fares was cheaper than the other airlines."

Pros: "Clean roomy plane. Comfortable seating. Polite helpful professional flight attendants. Smooth ride. Easy on and off. Ontime!"
Cons: "Only water offered complimentary. Charging for a carrying bag. Charging for an early seat selection."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Seemed like a good price until I booked and then had to pay for add on such as a carry on piece of luggage. They also gave a sales pitch onboard about "their" credit card. Seats were crowded and uncomfortable. The flight attendants seemed as if they would have rather been anywhere but helping passengers. Both flights were late not due to weather. After booking this flight with all of the ad ons, I found I could have flown Sun Country or Delta for less - and next time I will use another airline."

Cons: "Seats could be more comfortable"

Pros: "My God what an excruciating 3 hour endeavor. Kicks, screams, and all in the awful pitch of a little brat. Kid wouldn't sit down and wouldn't shut up. Flight was full so when I asked to move there were no other options. In all of the flights of my life, by far the worst experience."

Pros: "The crew is friendly and courteous."
Cons: "I don't like not being able to sit with the person I am flying with unless I pay extra money."

Cons: "Email notification of a 3 hour flight delay 2 hours before flight but I was already on my way to the airport. Then the flight gets cancelled but no email notification was sent and the screen wasn't updated at the gate (the whole time I was there). If I hadn't come back to the gate during the long delay and asked a fellow passenger why they were in line, I wouldn't have known it was cancelled for a long time. The employees at the gate were helpful in refunding our tickets, etc. but overall, not happy with my experience with Frontier Airlines."

Pros: "That I'll never have to fly with Frontier again."
Cons: "Customer service Lost bag Comfort Fees"

Cons: "After arriving, we waited over an hour (landed at 11:30pm) - but didn't see our luggage for over an hour (until 12:45am). When flying this late, it was very disappointing to have this occur, and then have no one available in the luggage area to ask questions of. This is the second time this has happened with your airline, which is why I prefer to travel on other providers."

Pros: "I liked the fact that going forward, I know I will never have to fly Frontier Airlines again."
Cons: "I booked a flight with Frontier based purely on the price difference vs. flying a real airline. This was a huge mistake- due to weather in my connecting (not destination) city, I was told I would be stranded for the next 3.5 days. The only way to get to my destination was to book a flight on a different airline on less than 10 hours' notice. I am familiar with low cost airlines (Spirit domestically and RyanAir in Europe), but the entire experience was pathetic and made me seriously regret not paying a little extra up front to fly a real airline."

Pros: "Individual employees had friendly approach. Not their fault that they are untrsined"
Cons: "3 hour delay and no complementary beverage. Luggage took 1 hour to retrieve. Unacceptable. Felt like Spirit airlines but not inexpensive. Will never fly frontier again"

Pros: "On time with boarding and reasonably courteous staff"
Cons: "Meals were not complimentary and the seating was tight. Uncomfortable to move around"

Pros: "Crew helped me into a seat after I let someone else take mine to sit by their significant other."
Cons: "The seats with more leg room are actually less comfortable. I am a tall guy but my back was sore getting off the plane. Staff was exhausted and came off moody to other passengers. Paying to select a seat is silly on the day of your flight."

Cons: "Baggage fees, seat comfort, temperature of plane,"

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get another flight for 3 days. The airline didn't offer any comps or reimbursements for the extra days."

Cons: "I expect to pay for the little things with frontier, but I was told 12 hours previous to takeoff that my flight was canceled because not enough people booked. I was stuck trying to book another flight that close to departure and had to pay over $300 more. They didn't do anything to help."

Pros: "The flight was on time and everything went smoothly from the loading to departing to cruising to landing and exiting."
Cons: "The flight attendants in the front of the plane were unprofessional and seemed annoyed by having to do their jobs. One kept dancing and snickering behind the panel. The seat at the window in the 4th row was probably the least comfortable seat I've ever sat in."

Pros: "Customer service streamlined the boarding well."
Cons: "I cannot believe there were so many hidden fees! So much money for checking in ANYTHING!! $30 for a carry-on is unheard of – for a checked in bag, fine, but charging for carry-on and then *raising* the price at check-in?! That is absurd. Also, charging for a seat selection? What does it matter if you're flying Economy?! And then charging for the most basic airplane food and beverages! Is that an indication of going broke or something?? Finally, as if adding insult to injury, you can forget about sleeping on the plane. The chair backs don't lower."

Cons: "Baggage fees weren't advertised when I booked the tickets. There was $27 of additional fees added onto ticket price, but no free water on flight. The flight attendant announcing information struggled with conveying her message clearly and professionally."

Cons: "I don't have respect for a company that doesnt take care of its paying customers. The 45-minute pre-board rule is almost criminal. It's hidden deep into their website where no one can see. And for business travelers like me, you don't always get to the airport before 45 minutes before as you bounce from meeting to meeting. Never flying Frontier again after they stole hundreds of dollars from me."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled and there was no effort to get me onto another flight any sooner than they possibly had to. When they finally did get me on a flight a day and a half later instead of an hour layover I had a 9 hour layover and when I asked if it was possible to get on an earlier flight I was given attitude and treated very rudely and dismissed in spite of how polite I was. In addition to getting in two days late and coming in at 3am, my luggage was lost and there was no one who could assist me in the entire airport and when I called their customer service I was eventually hung up on, after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, as it was after hours. When I did get a hold a representative the next day they were very put out that I didn't want to make the two hour drive to the airport to get my luggage and instead wanted it delivered. Worst experience I've ever had after many years of heavy travelling. Absolutely terrible."

Pros: "Crew was overall competent and polite. Plane was clean. Price was very good."
Cons: "Seats are too close together for comfort. Food service was a joke, but we knew that going in. However, my wife asked if the ice water was free (every food/snack item costs money), and the look my wife received from the flight attendance was not what we considered polite or courteous."

Cons: "Nickeled and dimed for everything on frontier, i.e.: choose your seat, carry-on luggage, beverage, etc. I'll only consider them for short flights. Didn't have much interaction with them with no luggage and no beverage - not much to say there."

Cons: "Frontier baggage handlers ripped the large front pocket off my almost new suitcase. This was about the third time I used the suitcase. Because it was ripped off along the zipper, they won't take responsibility. I get to pay them an extra $35 to haul my suitcase, they ruin it,and I have to buy a new one. That isn't right! I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Lost my bag and did not have a rep readily available. Also, when a rep was located, I had to fill out a form by hand since they do not track bags digitally?!? Over the next day, I was not called or updated on the bag. I had to call all day to get someone and they did not deliver it in a timely manner. Horrible experience."

Pros: "Crew on plane was nice."
Cons: "I specifically bought a bag to match Frontier's ridiculous '1 free personal item, everything else you have to pay policy,' and the employee at the check-in (which I wouldn't have had to even interact with if they accepted mobile boarding passes) tried to make me pay for it. If I wanted to pay for my bag I might as well have gotten a flight with SunCountry, Delta or Southwest and had more legroom, in-flight snack, free carry-on, etc."

Cons: "The boarding took way too long. Nobody's fault I suppose, but people didn't seem to know to move quickly and get out of the aisle."
