Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.

Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.

Very stressful to locate United Airline boarding area, delayed flight, changing boarding area again to another location with all tiredness 😩. But flying was fine.

Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time

Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
