Cons: "THERE was NO flight! WTF were you sending me reminders for!!!!! There was complete disruption here, preparing for a surprise flight that did NOT exist!"

Cons: "They decried it as a pre-screening, which implies it is for everyone (perhaps because of an international flight...?), but when we arrived- they simply scanned our boarding passes without any additional questions."

Cons: "I did not like how we were treated by the United Airline Crew front desk when we were getting our boarding pass, they immediately say that due to myself having a Philippine Passport and A US Green Card holder they needed to check with Japan Immigration and in the end of waiting they said that we can’t board the plane because of my citizenship status and I needed to get a Japan VISA, I felt discriminated for something I do not know about when I purchased the tickets via online it doesn’t even show if there were any requirements needed in order for me to travel to Japan. My overall Review is a big ZERO and Unsatisfactory of how they treat their customers."

Cons: "getting off the plane was very time consuming despite being already landed. Not entirely sure why but this was the first time getting off a plane took some time. im sure the staff was working hard but I’m unsure why it took some time."

Cons: "In boarding, putting groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line works poorly. The size limits on carry-on bags and personal items was smaller than other airlines, unnecessarily so for the latter given the size of the space under the seat in front. United is inconveniencing customers without any justification."

Pros: "The price was decent. The plane was delayed by about 20 minutes, and they worked hard to get us on the flight quickly so we could make our connector flights."
Cons: "For a 5 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was one cookie. For the 4 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was a very small bag of pretzels. There is no TV. They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

Cons: "We had to return to Newark due to problem with the plane. So we prepared for a crash landing, but there was little information as to how long it would take to land. So we circled for about 1 hour, waiting to crash land, Little information from the cockpit, and the steward was not prepared for the scenario. Upon normal landing, there was no information as to the next step. Disappointing."

Cons: "The entertainment on board was limited, shoddy, and frankly disappointing. Why you are asking customers to download the United app instead of providing onboard entertainment like almost every other airline in the world is unknown to me. In comparison with other airlines (particularly airlines in Asia), it was downright egregious. The airlines top people obviously have no interest in providing any comfort for the those who are unwilling to pay the extra money. I do not understand why the airlines believes people should have to pay for their own meal on a 7 hour flight when they've already shelled out the money for the flight. In addition, why should I have to pay an extra $89 for a so-called premium aisle seat? It's completely inexplicable that the state of all airlines in America have fallen to this level."

Pros: "We flew in comfort the entire trip! Plenty to drink and eat. Too much actually. The business class cabin was clean, seats ample and comfortable. It definitely made the 6-7 hours of flying more bearable."

Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."
