Everything is excellent. I will try to fly with Cathay Pacific on my future trips whenever possible, and I will recommend it to my friends as well.
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)

Very bad. Flight got delayed and missed my transfer flight twice. Had to stay overnight in Hong Kong and the next flight booked was also delayed.i had the worst experience flying from Singapore to San Francisco. Lots of delays and rerouting.
The only problem I had was not being able to download my boarding passes prior to arriving at the airport. Everything else was perfect.
My sister and I were booked on flight CX844 from Hong Kong to New York, following a layover from Hangzhou. The scheduled layover was already over 7 hours, and the flight to New York was set to depart at 2:00 AM. At 11:00 PM, I was informed that the flight was delayed until 6:45 AM, significantly extending an already lengthy layover. I spoke with a representative to inquire about rescheduling or hotel accommodation, but she rudely insisted that company policy only offered a $150 food voucher, which was unhelpful as I had already eaten and most places were closing. She refused any alternative support or access to the Cathay Pacific lounge to make my wait more bearable. As a loyal Cathay Pacific customer, flying with the airline every year, I was deeply frustrated not only by the delay but by the poor service and unprofessional attitude I encountered. I believe this situation could have been handled with more care and flexibility.
Cathay Pacific handle my plane delay very well. I will book with Cathay Pacific again in the future trips.
It as great, my in flight entertainment was malfunctioning though.

We were taking the flight MU 8649 from Shanghai to Osaka and the original boarding gate was 20 and we didn’t receive any notification or broadcast about gate changes, and by the time we missed the original boarding time we check thr electric board and realized the gate was changed to 208 Also the flight was delayed by almost an hour and the crew member didn’t provide any explanation, after we finally boarded the aircraft was very hot, the crew member told me the air conditioning was not working and tried to calm passages down by offering iced water, all of us sat in the aircraft for another 40 mins before it finally took off

did not get a notification about seat selection ahead of time. We didn't end up sitting together.
Overall I had good experience with China Southern airline. Nothing to claim. I hoped they could improve the meal quality that is.
The connection between LA and Atlanta was too much stress
The airport didn‘t give me the ticket. I called customer service to ask for a refund but they kept giving me a perfunctory response and refused to refund me.

We bought an upgrade to Business Class at the airport but did not realise that it was not the regular Business Class. The 787 Dreamliner was very dated with the seats not as comfortable as other airlines and some things were almost coming off. We were then told that because it was an upgrade at the airport, we get to sit in the BC cabin but will be served economy class food. So when everyone else got served in china ware, we were given the tray you got in economy class. The wifi does not work. It only connects to watch movies (which is the same as what you find in the ICE) but the internet does not work. The cabin crew while were friendly, were not responsive. Overall, I will never fly China Southern again.
Had some luggage loading delays but it was still a good experience
My two luggage issue during my trip from kansai osaka to Shanghai. 1st booked tickets online, a iliitle hard time to follow all questions when I booked tickets. I haven't selected 2 luggage so that Spring Airline of osaka crew charged $181 US Dollar with my 2 luggage fee. Also, crew member mentioned I maybe be able to get money some back because I should got differe rate, the rate of luggage should was matched with tickets I ordered from edreams. I did try to access edream at the day I was changing my boarding pass. Therefore, I hope Kayak if can help me getting some my luggage fees back, I will appreciate a lot. Thank you, Jie egusa
This is a terrible airline. Worst seats I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!
VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.
Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Not even free water. NO legroom. Narrow seats. Not enough room to even hold a book at reading distance in front of you.
The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Flight was okay. Seats were a bit cramped and not that comfortable, especially for a 7-hour flight, but you get what you pay for. Food has to be bought also so plan ahead. But if you can tolerate it then it’s not a bad deal! Staff are nice too.
Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!
Flight has change gate in the last moment and announce last call . Our experience is we are booked flight from Dps to ho - Vietnam .my flight actual time was 2:05 pm but flight departure 1 pm . Service was not good
No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.
