Cons: "Why do you require an exit ticket out of Guatemala on my return trip. I flew from Columbia to Guatemala with plans to leave Guatemala by boat last year and had to buy another ticket only to cancel it later. I talked to Immigration in Guatemala and they say there is no reason for you to do this. I just returned from Panama and was asked for an exit ticket from Guatemala again. I have warned all of my friends to travel with other airlines other than Copa only for this issue. I will never travel on Copa again until you fix this."

The e-mail indicated that more information would be forthcoming, but there was no follow-up. My flight was never rescheduled, and I was forced to buy another flight at the last minute from another airline. Because of the cancellation of my original flight, I also missed my connecting flight."

Turns out you have to pay for each bag,bringing my luggage total to $50. Thats when I noticed Copa Airlnes had the same price for airfare plus two free bags! I was sold. Overall great service!"

So, rather than KNOW this while searching for a Captain, they waited for 3 hours and then had to find a 1st Officer to fill in. Result 2.5 more hours of delay. Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

Cons: "It's pay to play. I can see where some people might get all snotty about not wanting to pay for every service, but, for people like myself, it's perfect. For a round trip to Orlando for $70... I don't mind sitting next to strangers in the middle seat, I'll survive not having snack and drink service, and I can keep to myself for 2 hours."
Pros: "Was stuck after hurricane Matthew- only flight that I don't think had a delay! Friendly staff, comfortable seating, plenty of storage space. Would definitely recommend again"

Cons: "The 'best' part: Frontier tried to charge me $104 to correct a mistake in my name during the online check-in process! I called and the customer service person agreed to make the correction without charge but also verified that the company did initially post the charge. In general, Frontier tries to charge for every conceivable aspect of a flight, including ANY seat you select (so you must decline to select any to avoid this) and the little snack bags on flights. Also, the first checked bag costs $35. Use with caution."

Cons: "I paid $30 extra PER SEAT to get each family member a seat that reclined for our red-eye (Denver to Raleigh). Our row had extra leg room, but no ability to recline. My husband and boys were moved to reclining seats (see below). There was NO way to sleep on the $30 extra leg room seat. Ridiculous set up. The online seating chart NEEDS to be more specific and tell customers EXACTLY what kind of extras they are paying for - NOT JUST the price. Reclining seats cost just the same as the extra legroom seats, but doesn't differentiate which are which on the chart NOT GOOD. Also, with birthdates, the online seating didn't catch that my sons were too young to sit in the exit row. REALLY??"

Cons: "The airline service is poor. There was an hour long line to drop bags for those who had checked in online, which is unheard of. Several people missed their flights as a result of the wait. Ultimately, we ended up dumping our liquids and hand carrying our checked bags to the gate. Still, 5 people missed my flight by 5 minutes having checked in and making it through TSA. The airline knew we were there and did not wait 5 minutes. They had to request a waiver for leaving so many people - which was their preferred option. After missing my flight, I had to leave the gate and go back to the main terminal to request a rebooking. Another 30+ minute wait. Apparently the line to drop the bags was also the line to rebook flights, check in, etc. There was no prioritization of check-in by flight, or clear delineation of which service positions were for what purpose. Their was chaos and a sea of angry customers missing flights and cancelling trips."

Cons: "I did not like almost everything. This airline should be called the nickel and dime airlines. Yes, the initial fare was cheap but then They hit you with $40 baggage fee, a $40 carry on fee and the only free item is about the size of a shoebox. $10 to choose your seat. $14 for what they consider a good seat, and $55 for a premium seat. What airline has seats that don't recline?? Are you kidding me? These seats are the equivalent of school chairs with a 1/2 inch padding for "comfort". When they say bare fare they are not kidding. I hope I never have to fly this airline again. This may sound like a joke but I am surprised they don't sell tokens to use the bathroom. "One token for a $1 but if you buy at the online check in you can get two tokens for a $1"."

Pros: "We had boarded the plane, but sat for a couple hours waiting for a radio repair. When it couldn't be fixed, we de-boarded the plane and waited to work with airline staff on new arrangements. I liked how patient and calm the staff was. It really made a big difference, especially when so many people were upset and frustrated. I did not see any of the staff become upset with anyone, not once. It was impressive. And I very much appreciated the arrangements they'd made for me as a single traveler and on my way home after several months of travel. I needed my space and they were so great to work with me. GREATLY appreciated."
Cons: "The length of time to make arrangements was surprising. We waited around in the airport for about 8 hours before new flights had been booked, and hotel, shuttle, and food vouchers were arranged. I understood that this takes some time with that many people. If there's any way to cut down on that wait time in the future, I know many would appreciate it. I was also wondering if the baggage fee that was charged by the new flight with United could be covered by Spirit since I had already paid the fee with Spirit...?"
