In general, the service was quite poor, making me wonder how does Delta treat the flight attendants, for they seemed tired and careless. The above did not happen in any of my other flights: Atlanta-Guadalajara, Guadalajara-CDMX, CDMX-Atlanta."

You don't get assigned a seat until YouTube up at the airport... That's fine, not really a big deal. But because you didn't select a seat, they don't let you print or view your boarding pass on your phone, forcing you to go to the checking desk. For someone that has TSA pre check and travels alot, all that extra time adds up and can sometimes cause you to miss your flight. Because there is on "fast line" when you check-in like there is at the security check point. I only have this problem with Delta, never American airlines..."

But, when we landed, as passengers were trying to get off of the plane, the attendants were putting all of the collected luggage at the entry to the jetway. It created congestion. Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

Cons: "Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."

Also food offerings were all foods I could not eat, so I arrived in Philadelphia not feeling well. I have lactose intolerance as do many people and every meal or snack included dairy products. I was able to eat basic carbohydrates but no protein sources other than the almonds I always travel with. When paying $1000 for a flight I should be able to sit with my husband and eat some food. Also the TV screens are very difficult to use, not responsive to touch."

Cons: "On my way to Europe BA lost my custom made titanium crutches that cost over $750. They were moved without my consent to the holding of the plane, with checked baggage. The crutches were not tagged when moved without my permission and are now lost with very little chance of finding them. In the three weeks since they have only replied to one of my emails to say they will not provide compensation even to replace the crutches. It disheartens me they have a lack of care and urgency for equipment that is so vital for daily mobility in people's lives."

Cons: "My number one complaint is the lack of a air valve over the seat. The airflow is very important. Lack of airflow meant that the sunside passengers cooked in the heat from the windows while our cabin mates on the other side were bundled. A bit of air whizzing past would have helped us unstagnate ourselves. Additionally that bit of air on ones face help immeasurably for passengers such as myself who feel a bit of airsickness. Not having that small breath of air was greatly missed. With my compliments to the crew my complaints are about elements they did not have control over - such as running out of food when serving the final snack. Services at the front of the class were good but supplies dwindled and it felt as if the crew were either understaffed or overtaxed because despite genuine best efforts the rear of the class was under supplied. The aircraft itself needed attention in the details - tech such as audio jacks, sub ports were only about 2/3rds functional in my row. I volunteered to have my neighbor charge his phone at my seat as his was very obviously broken. Audio jacks in his seat were broken and my jack necessitated holding the entire flight in order to receive sound. Seats and carpets while clean were worn and in places fraying and thread bare and stained."

They didn't want to help people place their stuff on the over head bins and just watched as people struggled to find space. They also went down the ailse to give food out and were in a rush to do so. The meal options where meat balls and pasta and the meatball option was not good. Then later they served a dessert which was ice cream but didn't let you ask for the flavor. They just gave you whatever came out. They then handed out a flat bread pizza and where in a rush that they didn't give pizza to 3 people."

There should have been someone as passengers reached the end of the concourse from the plan to remind them to get their baggage. I knew but there were at least five around me in line for customs that did not know and I informed them. Wine was awful."

They had us all waiting in these series of lines in ropes and they kept having different flight groups raise their hands and keep them raised and like bustling people around to different grouped lines but it never left the one huge room, then security was a disaster and the guy in charge of everything was like having a panic attack being really sassy and rude to everyone. I was starting to feel scared that I would miss it, it's okay though because 38 other people would also miss it and that's just who was behind me. But then we got to the gate and everything was totally fine like why did there have to be so much ado?!"

Cons: "Upon boarding the plane, the passengers on this "non-stop" flight were informed by crew members that because the plane was so small and old, a fuel stop in buffalo would be needed before reaching our destination in Philadelphia. Much conflicting information was again passed by the crew on how much time would be needed at this extra stop. We all were beyond angry and frustrated. Many passengers were then scared because some thought the plane was unsafe. Then the head of the crew began getting angry and pointedly asked a women who was afraid "do you want off this plane then?", in a very sarcastic tone. We paid for a non-stop flight. The crew said that this happens with this flight all the time and has been going on for 10 years. Why in the world is this plane stills being used on trans-Atlantic flights?! This is unacceptable on all levels. The captain said that 80% of the passengers had connecting flights. Schedules were ruined. All passengers should receive some sort of refund."

With all our meals was a comp glass of wine if you liked and if you wanted a refreshment at any time it was no problem . Entertainment , the lates moves that where out in the theaters. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."

Pros: "Despite numerous delays, we made it to Philadelphia. We were alerted to the delays in a timely manner. We were also treated to a snack cart and cupcakes to celebrate the first day of direct flights."
Cons: "A long delay. Patience is everything and the staff and crew were very friendly."

Pros: "Not much here. The seats were ok, but the rest of the flight the airline was just poor."
Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Pros: "It was American Airlines flight. Some of the crew members were not very polite but majority complied with providing a good service. The plane and the flight were great. The entertainment was good too."
Cons: "Bad manners from some of the crew members like snapping fingers to get your attention. Very impolite."

Pros: "It was worth while upgrading to premium plus for the first time I was actually comfortable flying the crew is always kind and caring and the food was. Better than usual. Unfortunately Heathrow employees board handicapped people and the are horrible. They didn't come to board us until the plane was 75 percent boarded which is just unacceptable for a wheelchair user who cannot stand. BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Pros: "The crew were all excellent, the people trying to reroute us were all kind (though one accidentally booked me incorrectly), and once the plane got there the flight was very fast."
Cons: "The airline was really late replacing the plane with the mechanical failure. The gates at Philly were much too far apart to actually make that connection - shout out to the Philly staff who sent is an electric car! But it was a panicky experience."

Pros: "We got free upgrades to 1st class as we used to get at USAir! Great surprise."
