Cons: "The issues started with another JetBlue Plane having mechanical problems. This led the JetBlue personnel to plane swap where the Newark Flight took our Boston Flight and gave us the broken plane. This practice of plane swapping to avoid Airport Penalties is absurd. Terrible Experience!"

Cons: "The flight was terrible it seemed like this was the first time the pilot drove a plane. Even two pilots that were sitting were speaking about how terrible the flight was. And the flight attendants were acting like they had no home training, no manners/ professionalism and always had an attitude. These flight attendants were making jokes about a belligerent passenger instead of trying to help fix the situation. This was my first time ever taking a JetBlue flight and will sure be my last, especially when I paid 100 dollars more for this flight than what United was offering- I should of took United."

Pros: "Our experience leaving tampa to San juan was absolutely perfect! We were starting our honeymoon and as a courtsey, the attendant who checked us in, was absolutely so sweet. She even upgarded us to even more space seats at no extra charge."
Cons: "The flight back to tampa from san juan was a complete nightmare! We arrived at the gate 15 minutes before and was extremely upset to find out that the gates were closed. The pilot and the attendants saw that we were banging on the door and yet they just stared at us. The plane wasnt detached from the terminal which is why I didnt understand why they couldnt let me in unless they sold my seat. An attendant finally came out by the name of Chanel (the AD Lead). All she did is rebook me for 2 days later and told me that that flight might get cancelled due to the hurricane. She wasn't even trying at all to help me. She had a rude attitude and told me that she will be back to help me. Yeah right! She came back 3 hours later! I could not stand to even look at this unprofessional employee. I paid extra to fly jetblue as I have been told they have great customer service. Pshhhh.... I myself had to call jetblue and spoke to melinda (customer service supervisor) she was trying everything in her power and it really showed. An attendant came and started checking the next flight out of puerto rico to ft. Lauderdale. Melinda put me on stand by for the flight and ecen spoke directly to the Natalie who was checking guests on the flight. Two seats came available for me and my husband to get back to florida. We then rented a car and drove 4 hours back to tampa. I was just completely disgusted on how Chanel handled the whole situation. I told her that I had medical treatments the next morning in tanpa that I could not miss but yet she did not at all seem to care. As a lead I thought she would at least put me on stand by to go to ft. Lauderdale. That wasnt even an option for Chanel. She was completely worthless and had a stupid look on her face when she saw me get on the plane to fy. Lauderdale. Something she could have helped me with instead of saying she would be right back and left me for 3 hours later with no help. Jetblue, I say this in the kindest of ways, please fire chanel. People like that will only cost you guys more in the future as you will loose so much clientel due to the unprofessional conduct and customer service she gave. Hire more Natalie's and Melindas who help you regardless of the situation and not Chanel who didnt care and was a bother to her to put in the same type of customer service that Melinda and Natalie gave me."

Pros: "We needed to de-plane due to an oil issue, but we were given constant updates and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We were then rebooked to a later flight, given food and beverage whIle we waited, and even received a voucher for a future flight. Other airlines don't even come close to this kind of customer service. With JetBlue, a 9 hour delay (safety concern) didn't even seem that bad. Great staff, great values, great service!"

Your crew communicated this to your BOS office who sent 2 persons waiting for me at the gate to transfer me to the Hainan Airline terminal. I was also allowed to be the first to deplane. This level of service is superb and first rate."

Cons: "Jetblue cancelled the flight 1 hour prior to departure. I had ordered a pkg through Kayak and had a departing flight to Asia from NYC leaving 2 hours after arrival. Instead of booking me on another flight that night to NYC, Jetblue rebooked my ticket for two days later. Even though I shared that we had prepaid the hotel stay and would lose that time in addition to a shortened trip, Jetblue did nothing to help. We were beyond devastated. We found our own ticket to NYC from Delta without help from Jetblue. This experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and destroyed my preference for Jetblue."

We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

Cons: "The space and seats were uncomfortable. I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

(Oh yeah - we were late taking off to start my vacation from Philly because a crew failed to arrive to "start the engines of the aircraft," per captain's announcement. The entire aircraft boarded and sat, again, for 30 minutes without any air conditioning or air flow in the cabin.) Blah experience. Blah employees. And two different captains announced the reasons for delay with an "annoyed tone.""

After an announcement that a new aircraft "might"arrive but we may have to fly the next day, I had my travel agent book a flight with Southwest. Only reason ever given was that there was an "odor" on the aircraft....awesome. I know aircraft issues happen, but the communication was horrible."

Cons: "I had booked an international flight with British Airways and it ended up being American Airlines. There was no notification of this change and I was not happy. I found AA to be subpar. The plane itself didn't have individual screens and my view was obstructed by other seats. The food was terrible and I got sick later, possibly from the bad airline food. Overall I got to my destination on time, but unhappy as I had chosen an airline and was forced to use another."

Cons: "Plane was very warm upon boarding due to issues with auxiliary cooling but informed it would change as engines turned on . I sat in row 20 and it was very cold during flight. Flight attendant inquired about comfort. It improved for about 10 minutes and returned to cold state . Noticed that one attendant put on some kind of jacket due to coldness . Nearby passengers retrieved blankets from their carry on baggage. Glad I had at least a light jacket to throw over me and that my legs were partially covered. Guess it's better to be too cool than too hot. Otherwise. It was s great flight ."

One of the flight crew members even found me at customs to return a toy we had inadvertently left that belonged to my 13 month old. She certainly did not have to do that, so we are very thankful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name."

Allowing people with children to board first and get off the plane first would make things better for all passengers. Planes are also outdated. We have been traveling with other airlines that have individual screens. Much easier for people to travel on long flights when they have individual entertainment."

We waited an hour along with 60 other people before any of your staff decided to come to work. I walk with a cane and there were several seniors would had to wait in line. I think it is ridiculous that you do not have staff at the kiosk for your early morning flights. This type of service is unacceptable!"

Cons: "Even though the ticket is cheap, you have to pay outrageous prices for literally everything else. You have to pay to reserve a seat (any seat) otherwise they can separate your family on the plane. You have to pay for drinks (even water) no matter how long your flight. You don't get a free carry on bag and if you don't book the bag before you get to the airport it can cost you north of 45$ to check it. The accommodations themselves were not great. The chairs have no cushioning, don't recline, are so close together that I couldn't cross my legs, and the tray table is 4 inches wide and couldn't even hold my laptop. The flight attendants on both flights were extremely rude and ran into me with the drink cart twice. One of the flight attendants when asked if the AC would be turned on since the flight was pretty warm asked if the woman wasn't just having hot flashes. She was upset tingly abrasive. The flight was delayed on the Tarmac for over an hour because the team couldn't load the baggage on the flight. The flight team didn't give us any explanation of the delay beyond that, they didn't update is on the expected time delay and they never apologized for the delay. When we did finally get going the flight crew was very rude with asking people to sit back down. Worst of all was that after all of that they lost my luggage. Despite a 2 hour layover and 1 hour delay at the gate specifically because they weren't done loading the luggage Frontier couldn't manage to get my luggage from gate 42 to gate 44... The whole experience was awful. I would never fly with them again no matter how cheap the ticket."

Pros: "I loved the price of the tickets. My children spend the summer between Iowa and Alabama. So we travel a lot. I normally drive to Kentucky to meet up with Grandma to let them go north for part of the summer. However, this year I have planned a honeymoon, and even planned going to Virginia two weekends back to back. I thought I would fly to St. Louis from Atlanta to cut down on the driving. (I tend to get sick on road trips anyway, a flight would be nice). I found these tickets for around $50 each. I needed 3. Got them. The flight to St Louis was quick. We landed 20 mins ahead of schedule. (Made my return trip great as I was back on the same plane and was sorta freaking out about making it back to the gate in time) Landed in St Louis walked to baggage claim met up with Grandma returned with time to spare. The return flight was the same. I did not like the seats. I ended up with a massive migraine no fault of the airline but I would have loved to have been a little more comfortable. It has been a long time from my last flight and this one. The price of baggage went up. (As well as tickets which is one reason its been a while) I did notice that the airline is wanting you to prepay for baggage when you purchase the tickets. In the long run makes in SO MUCH EASIER! And with the most recent issues with TSA and getting through security that speeds things up. I paid for one checked bag. And using the frontier site was cheaper than I would have been charged at the airport. Overall I can't complain. I did make it to and from my destination on time and safely. My bag was in one piece. The seats not being the best is a minor detail. Oh. And unlike some of the other flights this one did not offer free drinks and snacks. I've flown Southwest, and Delta I was offered a soft drink and a small bag of something. I was offered to purchase these from this line. Found it odd."

Pros: "I specifically loved all of the crew members on my flights to Orlando and back home. They gave me a few good laughs with their jokes and funny expressions. Another great factor of using Frontier is that they keep you up to schedule with your flight by sending you emails from the morning of until your flight departs to insure you don't miss a gate change or flight delays."
Cons: "The only downfall of using this airline is that the customer is not informed before hand that you have to pay an additional, but small, cost to choose your seat. The customer is also charged for a carry on unlike some other airlines who allow 1 free carry on."

Pros: "Cost of the flight was substantially less than another airline I was looking into and it was a nonstop flight, whereas the other airlines had 1 or 2 stops. Both flights were on time...everything went smoothly. Flight attendants were very pleasant."

Cons: "Bait & Switch or Bait & Pile Two plane tickets priced at 156.00 ended up costing 364.00 because I wanted to sit with my wife and we each wanted to bring one carry-on bag! Refused to pay an ADDITIONAL 45.00 each to sit in comfortable seats!"

Pros: "I loved the gate agent. She gave me a row of seats to myself. I also loved the flight attendants. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. The pitch between the seats were decent. They definitely respect the passenger and provide excellent pricing. I traveled without bags or personal item. I understood exactly what I was doing. Going to Vegas for 24 hours for next to nothing."
Cons: "I felt the snacks were overpriced. It was kind of funny seeing the flight attendants use debit or credit cards for each item on their cart."

Cons: "Actually the tickets were cancelled due to my wife"s (KARAMJIT K UBEROI ) sudden sickness and in spite of promise by your customer service to re credit to my Credit Card, later on denied the same .However a flight credit for the amount was provided to use within three months .We were harassed by making repeated faxes and make calls nearly dozen times."

Pros: "INITIALLY, I was thrilled with the low price. That changed radically when I found out that Frontier charges for everything except air. The crew was polite and informative and let us know what was happening with our hour-plus delay."
Cons: "Didn't like the new seats and the tiny tray--very uncomfortable and practically useless. That said, I wasn't going to use the tray anyway (couldn't even put a tablet on it) for food, as Frontier is charging for food and water. At the time, I was not aware that I would be charged separately for baggage, including carry-on bags. If I had been, I would have MAILED my luggage to my final destination, as it would have been cheaper. My family of four turned out to have five bags, which added approximately $500 to the roundtrip cost of the tickets, or MORE than it cost for the tickets. That's right, flying the people (who weigh more than luggage) turned out to be cheaper than flying the bags. Look, if you want to encourage people to check bags, make checking the bag FREE. If you're just looking for a revenue stream, then you should be up front about what the costs will be. (But then people would be less inclined to book your "cheaper" tickets, wouldn't they?) Also, the flight wound up being delayed for over an hour, though my phone and the Frontier website continued to show "on time" status."

Pros: "The seats had a surprising amount of legroom, and the staff was nice (though i'm not sure why there were as many as a normal flight from another airline, since they don't do anything beyond the safety demo)"
Cons: "You are not adequately made aware that you will be charged for carry on unlike other airlines. And in doing so, the price of the ticket goes from being impressively cheap to being more than a flight from another airline that has more included amenities, like actual refreshements and free carry-ons. You also get charged for just selecting a seat, not a special seat, but ANY SEAT AT ALL. So the price you initially see when searching for flights is quite misleading. In reality, you should ad at least 50 bucks to any frontier ticket to get a truer picture of what the price would be for a normal passenger with a single carry-on that wants a particular seat."

Thanks for nothing and I will be sure to let all know on social media of this constant problem I continue to have with your airline"

Pros: "I had to pay more for the nicer seat but it was worth it."
Cons: "I had to pay for early boarding. I had a medical bag that I wanted to ensure was stowed in a safe place. They never called the early boarding for those that paid. They called those who needed assistance, military and those who were previously on the plane. Then all passengers. If you wanted a refreshment you had to pay for that choosing from a really dirty menu. I flew home on American Airlines, paid the same fare as Spirit, had a comfortable seat I didn't pay extra for and was also given drink and snack included. It was all considered cheaper than flying Spirit and less frustrating."

It was a severe storm in Philadelphia... I have several other workers stated we were bumped. Because of a mechanical problem with another plane. I check back with family in the Philadelphia area. It did not storm nor rain. So spirit customer service told untruths. As per company overhead. The aircraft was extremely crowded. Crying babies. Adults who did not take a bath. Overall disgusting for my first time ever flying with Sprint. What a lasting impression"

Tried the only two passwords we use to no avail. I also called and paid for our baggage the night before our flight with a customer service rep, Carla, and when we got to the airport, the kiosk showed that we had not paid."

When I get to check in they charged me $55 for checked back and $50 for a carry on (never have heard of this). I was there an hour early, and when I look at my boarding pass it said we board 45 minutes prior to take off. After running to gate, found out otherwise. Chose my seat when I bought ticket, but was given the last back corner seat on plane and I am 6'3" so could not move. The whole company is a joke and everything about them is a lie. Horrible experience."

Pros: "We didnt receive our suitcase in GA (12/22). we waited at the airport for 3 horus and they couldnt figure out where the suitcase went. Then we filled a claim form. my Fatherinlaw was in the car waiting for us for 3 hours. We went home and realized my meds are in the suitcase. I called a few times but they still couldnt track the bag. We had to go shopping for clothes because we had a party that night and I had to buy cosmetic, clothes, toilterites, etc. it was a waste of time. Time I could be spending with my family. Me, my husband and my inlaws called a few times next day (12/23) asking for an update but no one had a clue where the bag is. At this point, we had no idea where to bag is so we had to go shopping again and buy more clothes for next few days. Again, more time, money, gas in car, other people time that had to drive us invested… it was very frustrating. I take a lot of meds which makes me anxious and this created a huge stress on my Christmas vacation. All of my gifts I got for our family was in the suitcase. This was a very frustrating time for me and my husband, not knowing if the family will have gifts ontime. Also, my laptop charger was in the suitcase so I had to take days off from work. We called again a few times on 12/24. we called in again and no answer. We drove all the way to the airport and spoke to a really nice lady. We were at the airport for hours. She couldn’t track the luggage so we went home disappointed. Keep in mind, this was Christmas eve and I could have spent all this time shopping, driving to the airport, to busy stores. By this time I gave up on the bag and accepted we have lost it… I was very very upset because all of my gifts, new clothes I got for the vacation, my cosmetic, my husband’s electronics… We had more than 3K worth stuff in the suitcase. I couldn’t even get hold of the customer service to talk to someone. This was Christmas eve.. and my husband was still trying to call someone. Finally got hold of someone and they said that the bag was in Philly and will get to the house next day 1pm. Ok, great, atleast they could track the bag… Anyways, 1pm next day, no bag..we tried calling all day, but no answer. Finally my husband got hold of someone and they said that the bag will be deliver Xmas night. WOW! But ok. Whtever at this point. We waited all evening.. then called again. They didn’t answer. Finally around 10pm they answered and told my husband that we are 5th in line for the bag delivery and they wont be able to get to us until late in the night. My husband agreed to the time. They called us 230am and asked to verify address which I am glad they did because they had a wrong address. Anyways, my husband was on the phone texting/ calling for directions and finally the bag came at 4am…. The suitcase was damaged. Gladly nothing was missing… HOWEVER, the frustration for the whole week made my Christmas trip a really bad one… I am very big on customer service so it frustrates me that we were not able to contact anyone to get answer.. I understand that the luggage could get lost but not being able to track it for days while you are on vacation in a different state??!!! It was the most frustrating thing me and my family had to deal with. Also, I paid $50 both sides to check in a bag which I didn’t use. I got the bag 4am 12/26, the day I flew back home… so I paid all that money to check in my bag for stuff I never used. Glad I was able to give gifts to my family the day after Christmas. Also, all the stuff I bought for the week including clothes, cosmetic, charger so I can work from home, etc. I had to ship the stuff back which I paid for…. AWFUL experience."

Cons: "Flight was delayed with no explanation given, Spirit charges exorbitant bag fees even for carry-on luggage, which isn't made very clear when you book. Charging more for carry-on bags instead of checked bags means that I had to waste even more time waiting for my bag to come through baggage claim on both legs."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled and they did nothing to help me get another flight. They tried pushing me back 4 days and said I was taking the risk booking with them. I ended up having to scramble to find a new flight and paying a lot more money. I was not happy."
