Smooth flight

Delays in boarding caused me to reschedule to another flight, which the attendant was damn near unable to arrange. The reschedule somehow caused me to lose my window seat even though I was on the same exact flight. This overbooked flight ended up being full of all kinds of grumpy and upset passengers (rightfully so). Uncomfortable seats just made it that much worse. Poor job overall

It's great to have widebody service in Harrisburg instead of regional jets and turboprops. United made everything as nice as they could have.

Two negatives. First, we had to hold on the ground for an hour because of a computer issue which caused us to abort the takeoff roll. The crew handled it well, and we had auxiliary power for the wait. We actually waited longer for the brakes to cool than the reboot. Next, the AC was overpowering. Cold plane.

The seats were really bad, it was our first trip on a 787 and I will never do it again. Not as bad as the Airbus from MIA but considering it's 13 hours it was totally rubbish. We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats.....

They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............

Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.

It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

The flight had no pilot assigned to the flight yet the attendants still boarded us. Then we waited on the plane for an hour before exiting the plane. The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them.

The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too.

Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service

Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.

Boarding process was horribly handled. Food was inadequate. Stewardess was saccharine. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely. I was told this wasn’t an international flight and therefore no free alcohol. Aero Mexico flight to Mexico City had much better food, free alcohol and more attentive service personnel. Also delays because of equipment problems.

The reschedule somehow caused me to lose my window seat even though I was on the same exact flight. This overbooked flight ended up being full of all kinds of grumpy and upset passengers (rightfully so). Uncomfortable seats just made it that much worse. Poor job overall

It's great to have widebody service in Harrisburg instead of regional jets and turboprops. United made everything as nice as they could have.

Two negatives. First, we had to hold on the ground for an hour because of a computer issue which caused us to abort the takeoff roll. The crew handled it well, and we had auxiliary power for the wait. We actually waited longer for the brakes to cool than the reboot. Next, the AC was overpowering. Cold plane.

Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.

It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

Escape row seat in a non-escape row wasn’t too fun or comfy. Took half the flight to connect to the WiFi to watch movies to discover that the selection was limited and poor selections at that.

Long boarding time, very long disembarking time. We were told we had to check our bags at the gate when we found there to be enough headroom above us for our bags after.

The seats were really bad, it was our first trip on a 787 and I will never do it again. Not as bad as the Airbus from MIA but considering it's 13 hours it was totally rubbish. We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats.....

Smooth flight

Delays in boarding caused me to reschedule to another flight, which the attendant was damn near unable to arrange.
