Pros: Very poor airline and all related services were very low standard

Cons: I suggest don’t travel on this cheap airline.

Cons: they were rude. unhelpful about retrieving my lost baggage. and after assuring me that i would be refunded ... they refuse to.

Cons: My 6:00 AM flight was cancelled but didn't find that out until I got to the airport at 4:45AM. The two options Spirit gives you is to put you on the next flight tomorrow at 6AM or refund your money. I was lucky to purchase a flight on an airline with a real schedule for later that morning. That flight was practically empty. It is a shame that Spirit doesn't have the customer service to accommodate it's passengers on to other flights. Low cost fares are appealing but more of a hassle than they are worth when the airline has little to no contingency plans. An I'm sorry and a $15 voucher can't get you back 24 hours of time or the money folks who choose low cost carriers have to waste on getting back and forth to the airport or spend on hotels in the area.

Cons: I was in coach. I am 6’2” and my legs were pressed against the seat in front of me for the full 4 hours. Uncomfortable.

Cons: Staff. Boarding. Fellow Passengers.

Pros: Crew was really great trying to defuse a challenging delay with really great customer service.

Cons: Both flights between Boston and New Orleans were delayed due to mechanical issues. We waited on the plane for 1 1/2 hours before returning to gate to correct the problem. Then needed to top off the fuel. I appreciate safety precautions but makes me concerned about the quality of the equipment.

Pros: The crew was attentive and friendly.

Cons: My entertainment screen never worked for more than 30 seconds. I had to watch whatever my neighbor was watching.

Cons: Movies not working. Aircraft kinda worn. Late departure and arrival due to weather

Pros: The flight crew were very good.

Cons: We arrived late in Dallas, due to weather. Our flight to LA had already locked the door, the lady working the desk when we got there, said we had missed the flight and walked off. Two more ladies came to the counter, but would not help us, finally a fourth lady came and helped us.

Cons: No food offered. Premium seating that I paid for was so narrow there was no way I could sit next to the person next to me and not have their elbows on me.

Cons: Plane was old and dirty, would not recommend.

Pros: On time with easy boarding and very helpful staff.

Cons: Healthier snacks instead of just candy and cookies... an apple for example would be great.

Cons: Coffee was bad. Seated in the very last row although there were many seats open. Flight was delayed three times.

Pros: Crew was awesome! Clean plane, I’m 6’4” and the 20 dollar seat option was great for leg room. Snacks for purchase.

Cons: No WiFi functioning so nothing to do for five hours when you counted on having WiFi. Now I will always bring a book

Pros: Crew was friendly and helpful. Efficient in boarding and disembarking. On time and reliable gate assignments. Comfortable seats with ample leg room. Option to check bag at the gate made for more room for overhead items. Desirable options for snacks and drinks. Complementary TV/ WiFi.

Cons: Quality of TV/WiFi could be of higher quality. Can’t think of anything else.

Cons: I know this flight was considered local so they get away with no serving food but Phoenix to Honolulu is 7 hours long. they need to consider that other passengers took that flight as connection to a previous flight mine was Charlotte to Phoenix 4:45 duration

Cons: The gate was changed but it was not updated to the app. Many of us were waiting in the wrong gate until 10 mins before departure.

Cons: Too often the video screen I’m given doesn’t charge up and it has to be replaced mid flight. This happened again during this flight when 2 screens didn’t charge and had to be replaced before the movie ended. The crew was helpful, but this problem is annoying.

Cons: At the very least you can offer free water. After paying so much for a flight, I do not appreciate being charged $3 for water. A little customer service goes a long way. I am not too sure I will fly with spirit again. It’s the principle of matter. It was a huge turn off.

Cons: The seats were too cramped together. They over priced the carry on luggage. The return trip from Houston to Philadelphia, I was in the airport from 5am until 11pm in the airport. In Houston, we spent 1.5 hours on the hot airplane with no AC then they deplaned and put us back on another plane for 1 hour and then those trying to get to Philadelphia were asked to deplane again. When about 10 of us got off this flight, they told us unfortunately there were only three seats available to Atlanta and then Philadelphia. I had to beg for one of the seats because I would have been fired from my job and I had patients already scheduled to see the following day. In Atlanta, I had to spend more money to eat dinner and wait from 4pm until 8:45pm when we finally boarded the air craft because it was constantly delayed every hour. Lastly, when I got to Philadelphia at 10:30pm I spent another 30 minutes filling paper work out because they lost my luggage and the other passage that flew with me as well. Spirits never even offered a food voucher or explained to us why everything was delayed or even apologized. It was a terrible experience.

Pros: Crew provided first class service and were in good spirits for a very full flight. Full first class beverage service

Cons: No food except cookies and salty crisps in first clsss. There was ample time for a full breakfast.
