Pros: The crew was spectacular. My son and daughter-in-law (married the day before) were are the flight as well, and the flight crew went out of their way to welcome them.

Pros: The food choices were broad enough for anyone. They came by with water periodically. The movies offered had a good range. The pillow was a surprisingly good size.

Cons: Tight seating. Cold. Arm rests hurt my arms. Foot rest would have been a blessing. Blanket was too thin.

Cons: Our flight was delayed 4 times. We then sat on the runway for an extra 45 minutes because someone’s tv did not work. We missed our set transportation which was already rescheduled 4 times and had to pay $150 Uber to get home

Cons: WiFi and media was not working but it was a short flight and they warned us ahead of time.

Cons: 4+ hour layover in ft Lauderdale turned into almost 6 hrs due to delays but they’re ‘working on getting it out earlier so be there at the original time’....

Pros: The crew was friendly to me on the plane but the gate staff at both Charlotte airport and Las Vegas airport were rude

Cons: The overall experience and when I missed my connecting flight because the plane wasn’t ready and we had to turn around because they let someone who was actively throwing up on the plane than decided she needed to go back we sat in that plane for 2 hours on the tarmac

Cons: The flight was delayed. A terrifying amount of turbulence the entire flight from Philadelphia to Omaha. I arrived later than expected.

Cons: The food. Breakfast sandwich was soggy and kinda gross. Hot towels were not hot. What’s the point if they are lukewarm?

Cons: The “Mediterranean tapas” meal is basically a tiny tiny school lunch, minus the comfort of PB&J. Want dried apricots? You get FOUR. All in all not too bad though. The entertainment/WiFi system is limiting- maybe REMIND us to bring headphones? And no WiFi unless you have T-Mobile? Tease.

Pros: Gate for flight to Paris from Chicago was changed at least 4 times. At the gate boarding was supposed to start at 10:15. Kept getting delayed until 11pm and then it finally got cancelled. Noone directed us on what to do. It is 20hours later and I still haven't made it 6to my destination.

Cons: My luggage is lost and none of the American Airlines have been able to locate it. I will never fly with American Airlines again.

Cons: Leaving late because of lack of luggage space and giving an option to checkin bag when there was actually no room. I’d rather they choose randomly to save time.

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.

Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

Cons: We had a 3 hour delay because of a “minor mechanical issue” that was fixed relatively quickly but took over 2 hours to get “paperwork approved”. We were stuck on the plane the entire time.
