Pros: Alaska Airlines is the best.

Cons: Rude crew

Pros: Made the extended flight more comfortable
Cons: Stay clear of Diane who transferred from Columbus, OH and now works in the San Diego Airport. She targets anyone over 250 pounds and classifies them as oversized and will go through hell to charge the customer for an additional seat. Even when the plane is at half capacity.

Cons: First class seat broken wouldn’t recline. No food in first class? Cracker box not food.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: Frustrating having to wait over an hour to get to the gate

Pros: The boarding process was simple enough
Cons: The flight attendants weren’t the nicest. We weren’t greeted or sent off with thank you or smiles. The airline ruined my suitcase somehow. They broke 2 of the 4 wheels.

Pros: Flight was okay. More expensive than other airlines, but the only available flight I could get to align with my vacation time.
Cons: I was in the middle of the plane. They ran out of their signature meal before even getting to our row...and they still had over half the plane to go.

Pros: Crew was good, boarding was fine and unboarding as well.
Cons: A 6hr flight and you get one cup of soda or coffee, but water they come with like 3 time. Also you get one pack of cookies with 2 ginger snaps inside. No tv unless $10 or download their app thing.Even if night flight i would like more rounds with drink an more than snaps for $ of ticket!!!

Pros: Allowed some clearly intoxicated drunken (tourist, non-local) passenger to board, who proceeded to throw up. Got on my wife and some other passengers. All Alaska did was allow passenger to deplane while a clean-up crew spent over an hour de-grossing out the main cabin area. Unable to push back
Cons: Alaska should have allowed us to know the guy;s name, so we could sue him for the inconvenience. Alaska should have denied him boarding and sued him for the inconvenience/clean-up crew expense

Pros: The flight crew was excellent felt i could request anything without a problem.

Pros: The male steward was very nice
Cons: Flight was delayed on tarmac for 2 hours better communication

Cons: This was an Alaska Airlines operated flight. The in flight entertainment system wifi kept making you relog in over and over, and on ios devices you had to keep hitting "cancel" and then "use without internet" to even get the damn thing to work in the first place.

Pros: Excellent all

Pros: Friendly crew. Great movie selection through gogo inflight entertainment!

Pros: The crew and seat were comfortable.I like Alaska airline. It was first time I used this airline.

Cons: My bag arrived with a huge gob of grease on it which ruined my shirt It also appeared to have been run over or dragged which damaged the strap and plastic buckle The bag also now has a hole in it The baggage service personnel were very friendly and accommodating

Cons: Premium charges to change seat First checked is $30

Pros: Crew was wonderful.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Seats had decent leg space.
Cons: Not the airline’s fault 100% but getting a bag checked in Honolulu was a nightmare. Kiosks didn’t turn on until 9:30a and no desk assistance until shortly thereafter then immediately overwhelmed by issues with the kiosks. Needed my full 4hrs transfer, everything took a very long time.

Pros: Crew was great!
Cons: Ran out of some food items. (I should have ordered what I want d when I checked in for my flight.)

Pros: Great on time too
Cons: Very happy

Pros: Very faster arrived.
Cons: No meals.

Pros: The leg room in between seats is good and snacks are offered regularly.
Cons: It was so cold but they don’t have any blankets, not even one that you can buy .

Cons: Two rows up from us, I kid threw up all over the center aisle as we were pulling away from the gate. We returned to the gate to allow a cleaning crew to board and clean. However, the cleaning job was rushed and left remnants of the throw up behind which smelled the whole 2.5 hour flight. It really felt unsanitary and unsafe being that it’s unknown what caused the child to get sick. It very well could have been a stomach virus and could have infected the people in rows around the incident due to the mediocre cleaning job. I understand that it’s important to keep flights on-time, especially for connecting flights, but the safety of the passengers and their health should ALWAYS be the #1 priority.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: We didn’t know that Alaska Airlines doesn’t have blankets for its passengers. We were not prepared, because this was our first time flying with Alaska Airlines. We were so cold during our flight from Honolulu to Washington DC.

Pros: I'm used to being spoiled by Hawaiian Airlines. By comparison to Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian is a lot warmer with customer service, they are more efficient, they give you a free meal for trans-pacific flights, and they give you a screen or full entertainment system (depending on what kind of airplane you get). Alaska Airlines, by contrast, is a lot more bare-bones. I hardly had any contact with the flight attendants (when I did, they were nice enough I suppose), there was no food on the flight unless you paid a good penny for it, the seats were pretty average, and there was nothing really to watch (not even a common screen for movies, and this was a trans-pacific flight). You had to order their entertainment iPads. So I pretty much slept. That said, both Alaska and Hawaiian have good prices. Alaska had better options for departure and arrival times.
Cons: The bare bones aspect (see other side).

Cons: They pack you in like sardines and we as customers are supposed to like this. The seating sucks, the leg room sucks. My Hawaiian flight was great, great customer service, seating and leg room was great. If I could have and should have flown Hawaiian instead of Alaska. I like Alaska Airlines but truely the plane I was on was old, crowded and hated the flight. Alaska could step up to the plate and provide a better experience. If I gauged my experience on Alaska through today's flight I would never fly them again. Really Alaska I know you can do better.

Pros: The crew was very kind and the in flight entertainment was perfect. I didn't have headphones so I was ready to purchase some, but Alaska gives them out for FREE. The seats were also one of the most comfortable (for coach standards) I've been in.
Cons: Not a huge deal but I'm one of those people who are alwayscold and got cold on the flight. Unfortunately they don't have blankets but I had a hoodie that flight attend got down for me that worked just fine. Also, no complimentary food, so just make sure to stock up before boarding.

Pros: I'm glad they successfully fixed the mechanical issue before we got into the air.
Cons: I do wish they would have checked the plane for the mechanical issue previous to boarding. The plane pulled away from the gate only to return to have its thrust reverser fixed when an error message had shown up. It would have been nice for that to have been handled before.

Pros: We upgraded to first class and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and it was a perfect end to our honeymoon!

Cons: Food and wine way over priced.

Pros: I'm a big fan of Alaska Airlines and their partner Horizon Airlines. I travelled from Edmonton to Denver via Seattle last night. All the staff if pleasant and treats you as a valued customer.

Pros: The crew was great. The flight was basically beyond max capacity in terms of food & bathroom but they handled it well.
Cons: - Ran out of food. There were a lot of people asking to buy food but no food available. - Crazy lines to the bathroom -- the plane was probably too small for the number of people and the length of the flight?

Pros: Seat was comfortable and in-flight service was very good.
Cons: Gogoinflight didn't work for at least the first 30 minutes of flight. I upgraded to first class, but there was no service until we were above 10,000 feet. I don't know if this was a one-time thing, or if other airlines are just better at accommodating first class.

Pros: Loved the fact they had shows that you could watch through your phone just connect with their internet, they were very nice and fast at giving drinks.
Cons: Plane was not the most comfortable, and super cold (could also be the fact I forgot my jacket and was wearing tank top) you have to download app to watch movies before actually watching them on plane. There's no way you can download app in airplane.

Pros: I like the fact that we can download the app and watch movies for free.
Cons: The food is not included. Even a snack.

Pros: The first-class flight attendants would sometimes help the main cabin passengers and were generally in a better attitude and much more helpful.
Cons: The plane was changed and my "Premium" seat was downgraded. The seats were uncomfortable and much too cramped. I paid $89 extra for premium seating, and when cancelled upon, was only offered a $25 credit for future travel plans. Since I cannot count on Alaska, I'm not sure how soon my "future," travel plans will be ...

Pros: I liked the fact that I could charge my mobile device in flight. I also liked the fact that there were allergy-sensitive menu choices. Menu prices were OK, about the same that I could buy from a restaurant in Honolulu.
Cons: I didn't know that in order to watch the entertainment, you need to download an app first. I also didn't know that you could reserve meals beforehand. Happily, that wasn't an issue; the only thing I was interested in eating was still available when they got to me, even tho I was sitting at the very back of the plane. The meal was not delicious.

Pros: -The tablet entertainment option was great since there was no inseat entertainment. The cost of of the tablet was cheap and allowed you access to everything, which is different from other airline a-la-carte purchasing of different entertainment. -Crew was great, food/beverage service was also great.
Cons: -At HNL there was poor signage to get from the rental car return to the airline. Once we got into the terminal it really wasn't clear if we should go left or right, We wound up asking an American employee where Alaska was. -After the checked bag agriculture inspection it was not clear that you go to the kiosks there right after the inspection. I think it partially wasn't clear because there were multiple large groups traveling with tons of luggage and you go straight to the kiosks and then back track to hand over your checked bag. The line for checking the bag vs needing help wasn't clear either. Luckily there were Alaska employee's there helping at the kiosks and with the bag checking so it did go smooth but could definitely be better.

Pros: Almost everything. First time flying with Alaska Airlines thought the food would be better o thought the food would be better on such a long flight but it was enough to snack on until I got to Seattle great experience in between flights was able to get an earlier flight to Denver
Cons: Wish there was a little bit more offered for food but overall a fantastic experience mahalo

Pros: I like the options they provide for food and love the charging stations on the seats.
Cons: I found the aisle seats to be more uncomfortable than the inner seats. There was less room under the seat for baggage and feet and I got my elbow banged pretty bad by a cart (I had fallen asleep). I also think it is lame to be charged for basically everything but a drink and a cracker on a 5+ hour flight. We get nickle and dimed for everything. $10 for each food item, $10 for a movie screen (what happened to the good old days with free in flight movies?). We have to pay to check luggage ($25 bucks). We normally avoid flying if humanly possible because it is in general too much stress and too expensive but we prefer Southwest airlines if they will go to our destination. Bags are included with their tickets!

Pros: Glad I discovered Alaska Airlines!

Pros: The flight was OK except that they ran out of food to sell and apparently you could order ahead of time but at least for us in the back of the plane was nothing left.

Pros: Clean. Very good cheese and fruit plate. Safe and comfortable flight. I would fly Alaska again.
Cons: Video player battery would not charge in spite of being plugged in, so battery died about 30 minutes prior to landing. Attendant did not offer replacement or refund.

Pros: They were able to switch me to a aisle seat last minute. Clean plane.
Cons: Female flight attendant ( don't know her name but she was wearing little eyeglasses,) was not very nice. I asked her what kind of juice she had and she grabbed the card from the seat in front of me and without saying a word stuck it in my face. Very impatient. she seem to be in a hurry so I was irritated and asked her to just give me a water. When I asked for water, she replied by saying "After all of that, that's all you want? ". Very unpleasant experience.

Pros: Roomy seats and plenty of legroom
Cons: The whole experience of making a connection in SEA detracts from the travel experience. There is little room for passengers to sit while waiting for their Alaska flight. It causes masses of people in the walkways, and makes it hard to walk through, or get out of the way for others. It may not be the airline's fault, but as I said, it detracted. I don't remember SEA being that overcrowded on previous trips. Our incoming flight was delayed due to weather. Again, not the airline's fault, but we were told we'd be able to make up the time and be on time in DEN. We were still late.

Pros: I always love the food in first class on Alaska. Great crew.
Cons: Rattle and vibration noise on lift off in plane. Don't know where it came from but as much as I fly, I've never heard it before.

Pros: I was able to sneak onto this flight thanks to the crew. I was booked for a later flight that day and got to the airport early enough to jump on a much earlier one. Those snack packs you sell are just amazing. I wish I had one right now!
Cons: I was stuck next to someone who stank already without having a bad problem with passing gas later in the flight, but that's not the airline's fault. Still, made the ride a bit rough for me. After a while I became less discreet about covering my nose.

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: No plug ins for accessories

Pros: My favorite airline to travel from Denver to Puerto Rico, round trip, and in Atlanta I will make the stopover, I also feel so safer to travel with my cat ... they are the best airline in everything
Cons: Let people who travel with pets earn extra points for taking them with Delta

Pros: The accommodation to the military service members!
Cons: Air fresheners should be used on the airplane.

Pros: Delta is doing a great job keeping everything calm and clean during this pandemic!

Cons: Nothing all excellent

Cons: The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers.

Cons: It was great! Nice job Delta !

Cons: For options none. No drink carts at all. Had coffee once after I asked. Poor quality entertainment. Just a huge waste of money.

Pros: Christina brown was amazing at gate

Cons: The main economy seats were far too narrow.

Pros: I always have a consistently good experience on Delta. Everything was great.

Pros: Good crew, my seat did NOT recline.
Cons: Plane was somewhat crowded.

Cons: My flight was delayed almost 3 hours. Not good. Once in the air it was fine.

Pros: Everything ok. I was hoping to buy food but glad to see almonds as one of the free snacks. Delta seems to be upping its game a bit lately.
Cons: No US carrier seems able to master smooth boarding without standing waits.

Cons: Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags.

Cons: 1.5 hour delay...no reason given!

Pros: The seat was great, I wish all seats on the plane were that comfortable
Cons: Nothing, everyone was great

Pros: The male crew member was excellent. He was responsive and speedy with trying to find a solution. He gave me a few flyer miles for my trouble and was empathetic, which is rare.
Cons: The tv/monitor didn’t work so there wasn’t any entertainment for the majority of the flight.

Pros: Not comfortable a little but scary on the flight to Detroit. Way better coming back to Denver

Pros: Good entertainment selection and great crew
Cons: Seats are more uncomfortable relative to other airlines

Cons: First delay notification: 1 hour 20 minutes 1 hour later, Second delay notification: 3 hours 15 minutes 2 hours later: Third delay notification: 3 hour 50 minutes Fourth delay notification: 4 hours 25 minutes Fifth delay notification: 4 hour 32 minutes No explanation for reason. Last time flying Delta.

Pros: Inflight experience was fine. TVs didn’t work but Flight attendants are friendly on Delta, cramped seating - but not unlike other airlines.
Cons: Regular fare seat assignment not available prior to gate . Airport concourse F - poor - limited services. Customer Service seemed uninterested and unable to provide service both on phone and at gate. I’m a frequent United flyer & today’s Delta service experience made me more loyal to UA.

Pros: Early and middle seat was open!
Cons: Coffee tasted like fish. :(

Pros: Delta cramps people into these planes and forces you to put your bags under a seat because they stuff at the overhead spaces. They nickel and dime you for every single thing. There was even one person I saw who had to pay for his headphones to listen to the onboard entertainment. I think Delta should quit being so cheap with the profits they make and give it back to your flying customers. It borders on gouging.
Cons: Delta cramps people into these planes and forces you to put your bags under a seat because they stuff at the overhead spaces. They nickel and dime you for every single thing. There was even one person I saw who had to pay for his headphones to listen to the onboard entertainment. I think Delta should quit being so cheap with the profits they make and give it back to your flying customers. It borders on gouging.

Pros: Entertainment choices were excellent, many new movies available, so I was able to see movies is been meaning to watch. There were drinks available.
Cons: The air vents barely trickle out any air anymore. No relief to be had. Airline crews say hi and goodbye but that doesn't make them friendly.

Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot
Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Pros: We boarded close to on time, no hassles. Allowed my husband and me (retired military) to board early, thank you.
Cons: LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation.

Pros: Not much. Boarding by "zone" works ok, but is no quicker than most other boarding methods.
Cons: Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there.

Pros: Boarded quickly and we made up plenty of time when we were only 15 mins late for take off.
Cons: Baggage broke our baby stroller. Banged up, heavy deep scratches, and won’t lock properly nor will it release the brake phone portly where one wheel won’t unlock without much luck. Waiting to see how they correct this very expensive issue. And the vegan tapas option for food was not good at all. Ended up staying hungry for the duration of the flight. But my wife enjoyed her turkey sandwich.

Pros: The crew are very nice on both flights and they were very courteous the seats.T
Cons: The seats were not that comfortable.

Pros: Love the built in tv’s with free entertainment.
Cons: The plane got delayed on the runway and the shut the engines off so the plane got super hot, but even after we got up in the air it never cooled down. Normally I’m freezing on flights, but I just sat sweating this whole flight. It was terrible.

Pros: The seats had plenty of leg room and the crew was was very kind.
Cons: My seat was uncomfortable and I was seated in the only row of the aircraft without entertainment for a four hour flight. Then on top of that the passenger next to me removed his shoes and you could smell his feet from a mile away but the flight attendants never requested for him to replace his shoes.

Pros: It got me home, eventually.
Cons: Poor communication, a 6 hour delay followed by a 7 hour layover (during which we had to sleep on an airport floor because Delta couldn't offer us any hotel vouchers). Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!

Cons: My daughter was stuck in SLC for 5 hours because there 1 cancelled flight and 1 delayed flight. It was very upsetting not knowing when she going to arrive in Denver.

Pros: Love the inflight entertainment and the usb plug for phones. Flight left on time and go in a little early
Cons: Did not love getting charged $2 for headphones and the girl sitting next to me getting them for free. Super annoying

Pros: The entertainment unit allowed me to watch the Denver Broncos game live which helped lessen the delayed departure and uncomfortable seating.
Cons: Uncomfortable seating....too crowded!! We had a delayed departure by 30-40 minutes because of a computer download issue. Too many folks carrying carry-ons delayed boarding. I wish folks were not encouraged to go that route but to check baggage. This time of year gets even tougher with folks carrying Christmas presents and over sized personal items. Ugh. Not fun to travel this time of year.

Pros: Great ground staff and flight crew, except they should as warn and apologize regarding the limited gate as access so far from the check-in.
Cons: Signage is terrible. Delta sign out side is obscured as and too small. Construction is no excuse for the confusion. Delta is not readable on the overhead signs and airport is too dark at night. Everything is hard to find.

Pros: We had terrible turbulence for probably 4 of the nearly 5 hour flight. The turbulence were the Pitts, but the plane, amenities, staff and amenities were top nothcj! Highly recommende Delta.
Cons: Bad turbulence

Pros: The boarding process was smooth, friendly staff.

Pros: The plane, crew was clean, newer and had TV's in the backrests. Remember to bring headphones! Seats are tight, but the crew was friendly and may the flight experience positive.

Pros: Overall, the flight was very smooth and I thought the crew did a great job.
Cons: I know this is a federal regulation, but I have to mention it as it is part of the boarding process. For the life of me, I can't understand why it is necessary to go through security again after re-entering the country. Understandable that I have to go through customs, but going through security again is ridiculous.

Pros: Free in flight entertainment
Cons: One of my bags went to Santa Fe

Pros: Entertainment
Cons: This is my third flight this year with Delta and every time we wait for the "crew" to get off from another flight. And as soon as they get there we can board. It's getting very annoying. Fix it.

Pros: Delta is the best airline to use because they care about you as a customer. They will do everything they can to make your flight as enjoyable as possible. I would not recommend any other airline to use but DELTA !!
Cons: Nothing to input. All was great.

Pros: It was a smooth ride and overall very enjoyable flight as the entertainment was very enjoyable and a lot to choose from
Cons: It was a smooth ride and overall very enjoyable flight as the entertainment was very enjoyable and a lot to choose from

Pros: Staff as always was very attentive and courteous. The board process proceeded smoothly and we were able to depart a few minutes early.
Cons: One attendant did display a slight level of un-professionalism after spilling a drink on my mom and not apologizing. I chalk it up to her embarrassment and she probably just forgot.

Pros: WiFi, good flight attendants
Cons: Would like to see Direct TV along with Delta Suite so can watch live TV

Pros: One male attendant from the first class cabin - super sweet and attentive to our needs even tho we're not seating in the premium cabin
Cons: Junior attendants in economy comfort seat - so lazy and whiny!

Pros: From the Ground crew to the Flight crew, you can feel the genuine care and thoughtfulness of everyone! They even remember you, if you fly often enough, and let you know how much they appreciate your business.

Pros: Everything basically
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Service and media

Pros: Crew was good and mostly attentive.
Cons: Had to move seat three times because the audio/video didn’t work in my seat. Was very frustrating

Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: turbulence

Pros: 1st class flight attendant sat through the entire flight (except for offering drinks and food early in flight). There were passengers NOT wearing masks through the flight but she wouldn't know that since she never left her seat
Cons: just about everyting

Cons: IFE was not streaming movies, WiFi on but not loading

Cons: Spacing people out until this covid is over

Cons: DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES DURING A PANDEMIC. They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all.

Cons: There are too many announcements on the screen before you can start watching entertainment. It takes about 15 minutes.

Cons: Not a thing. Good airline, all the way around

Cons: Short flight, would have appreciated if when asking for pretzels the flaggt attendant didn't hand me the spare bag of his pockets.

Pros: Really enjoy flying first class.
Cons: Excellent

Cons: The flight had an emergency oxygen failure an hour into the flight, so we had to turn around and go back to the departure city for 4 hours. Extremely annoying on an overnight flight.

Pros: The trip started off poorly with a day delay and rebooking hotel and car at final destination. Not to mention our final destination is San Antonio not Phoenix. We were not rebooked for a flight from PHX to SAT. But after a few hours we were finally booked. We didn’t really appreciate the 7 hour layover at 0100 in the morning and nowhere to get a meal or even coffee. However, the flight had the same crew from the night prior and they were excellent. The flight was open so we were able to get more leg room, less waiting time for the bathroom, and pretty much one on one service from our flight attendants. With all the struggle in the beginning, this particular flight was actually the best flight I have been on.
Cons: We were ok with the hotel and meal vouchers however, again, the only part of our itinerary looked at was the first flight, not the second into SAT. Had we not questioned the agent, we would have been stuck in PHX with no room, no car, and if we eventually would have gotten a flight, our reservations for car and hotel in SAT would have been cancelled and I would have been out $1700. I already lost money but it could have been worse. Basically, I am paying for a car and room that I am not currently in. Reimbursement for that would have been nice. Either way we will still travel using the travel service and this particular airline in the future.

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Appreciated the pilot keeping us informed re: turbulence and avoiding it

Pros: Crew was tight, friendly, flight comfortable & painless.

Cons: There was literally no entertainment for over three hour flight and our flight was delayed an hour while we were on the plane.

Pros: On time flight. We were even a little early.
Cons: Those seats are just crammed in there aren’t they?

Pros: Comfortable seats, nice crew, decent entertainment.

Pros: The crew was great. No leg room, seats and isles were too narrow. Had a soggy turkey wrap both going to and coming from Honolulu. It was not what I expected from AA. Will not fly AA again on a long haul.
Cons: Everything!

Cons: No AC, and after boarding there was an issue with the; we had to deboard and wait nearly an hour to load onto another plane.

Pros: Overall good value for money for a Economy seat. The aircraft is of a recent make & model with the latest amenities on board. Crew is friendly & departure well on time.
Cons: Exit seats on row 12 are NOT exit seats although they are sold as such. They have regular leg room. Only the left must seat has more leg room as the row in front in that spot does not have 3 seats.

Pros: Overhead bins were newly done with plenty of space since carryon can be placed vertical on side. Decide holder built into the seat was very nice.

Pros: Jesus, the flight was phenomenal! He lightened up the atmosphere with his wit and grace.

Cons: The sound on the entertainment system in my seat didn't work well. Also, the flight was really late getting in to Denver.

Pros: Fine for a domestic flight. Normally, American Airlines offer a small snack to go with the drinks. But on this particular flight, they went the United way and offered nothing but drinks. Crew was pleasant enough during the flight, although they didn't greet half of the passengers entering or exiting the plane.
Cons: Flight was a little late taking off and therefore getting to Denver. But there was no announcement about it. There was one announcement from the captain, but it was so soft that I couldn't hear anything. Upon landing and arriving at the gate, we stood there for a while with no lights on and seatbelt sign on, but no explanation of what was going on. There was no welcome to Denver message either. Maybe their announcement system was down.

Cons: Flight departure was delayed for 30 mins by a flight attendant not showing up on time.

Cons: Flight crew was late and didn’t try and make things move faster to make up time. Kept saying they wanted to go Puerto Rico and that’s where they should have been going.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 90 minutes because the incflight mint flight was late

Cons: the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies.

Cons: Food

Pros: The crew was amazing - agreeing to work extra because it was Christmas eve and they wanted us all to get to our destinations for Christmas. They were very gracious and helpful.
Cons: We were over an hour late to leave. I understand the reason for the delay because of weather. What I was disappointed in is that the delay was not announced until our actual scheduled time to leave. It meant people coming to pick me up didn't get the change information in a timely manner.

Cons: The gates closed early and I missed this flight! Horrible service, never flying American again.

Pros: The first leg had awesome pasta. Then, on the 2nd leg, Philly to Denver, they had a "pay for meal" option for turkey with Chutney sandwich - again, delicious. I should add that the service was very good as well.

Pros: Friendly crew. Due to the apparent regularity of excessively delayed American Airlines flights, they had the staff at O'hare bring a cart filled with cheap canned juice and Diet Soda to lessen the blow of their consistently delayed flights.
Cons: Like every other American Airlines flight I've ever been on, it was delayed. Including the American flight from Denver to Chicago. We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours.

Cons: Long delay

Pros: Crew
Cons: Small plane

Cons: Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!

Pros: Missed the flight. Money was not refunded.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it.

Pros: The crew were as nice and accommodating as they could be considering the situation.
Cons: Three planes with "maintenance" issues and not able to fly? Including flights that weren't ours. Boarding, re-boarding, leaving four hours late and waiting an hour for bags in Denver.

Pros: I fly this route with American pretty often. The cabin crew was good. Everything else seemed sub par.
Cons: Our take off was delayed, officially due to fueling the plane, but if the plane wasn't fueled ahead of time, someone failed to do their job properly. Also, while I'm starting to think that A320s just suck mechanically for landing (they always seem to land harder than a 737), this one seemed a little extra rough.

Pros: We were able to get to Denver
Cons: Jammed in like sardines, rude flight staff, extremely hot aircraft for November

Pros: Flight not entirely sold out. So they let my 14 month grandson have an empty seat between my daughter and I. That was a great gift since he doesn't sleep and is jumping and crawling all over the place. And I'm sure the other passengers were breathing sighs of relief!! Also super smooth landing and nice flight attendants.
Cons: Flying with an active 14 month old toddler boy and of his "stuff" is nothing less than anxiety provoking. Not much the airline can do..

Pros: Crew
Cons: Had to board three times, two different planes. I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly.

Cons: When your on your honeymoon it sure would be nice to have a seat next to my husband like we requested.

Pros: Free Meal was a welcomed surprise. Very smooth flight.
Cons: Except for one gentleman the rest were kind of surly flight attendants. No personal video system. Old plane.

Pros: The plane was new on the interior and comfortable.

Cons: Row 39 seat F extremely uncomfortable!!!!

Pros: The crew was fine
Cons: No open seats at all. Old cramped A319

Cons: Video entertainment did not work properly. Stewardess reset it but audio was totally garbled. I tried it with three different sets of earphones.

Pros: It got me on the way
Cons: An outlet and letting me get into Canada

Cons: More comfortable seats. More distance between passengers.

Cons: The boarding and social distancing being funny with the process

Pros: Everything

Pros: Very good and safe
Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Clean aircraft helpful staff

Cons: Smelled like pee for half time we were up and announcer was very annoying , she sounded like she is about to pass out , short of breath like she needs an ambulance. Statement about wearing masks was just too much... we get it - we wear masks.

Pros: I liked my seat
Cons: There was a stewardess that was very mean and not accommodating when I asked for a mask

Pros: Very organized and helpful. I felt safe.
Cons: Different types of snack. Nothing serious to complain about.

Pros: Yes

Pros: The crew was nice. When I finally arrived in Denver, Marlin in customer service was the only saving grace for United for me. When I asked for options for an earlier flight into Rapid City so I didn’t have to wait 24 hours and miss my visit with my sister, he looked at different hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis) to see if they had any available flights into Rapid, he checked for double bookings, and when he couldn’t find anything, he put me on the standby list for the first flight out in the morning and wrote down the flight information for all of the United flights from Denver for the following day. Marlin provided excellent customer service and was a huge credit to the company.
Cons: The flight was supposed to leave at 3:56 pm and didn’t leave until 7:30 pm. I would estimate at least 15-20 people missed connecting flights because of the delay. According to the United app, the delay initially started in Portland due to mechanical issues, which took over 3 hours. Then, there was a weather delay in San Francisco according to the gate agent - there was a ground hold and no planes were landing or flying out. At some point, I would think another plane would have been an option rather than delaying a flight for this long and disrupting holiday travel for so many people.

Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Pros: None
Cons: lots

Pros: For all the turbulence that we heard about, the flight was extremely smooth which I attribute to the pilot's skills
Cons: We kept on being told that there was going to be turbulence and that it would be too rocky to serve food/drinks - but there was limited turbulence and the flight was very smooth. There was also a delay in leaving as there was an extra bag in hold but they 'couldn't find it'.

Pros: That I eventually made it home.
Cons: Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach.

Pros: Good trip and on time
Cons: N/A

Pros: Seats were comfortable, we were in first class. United provided a good selection of recent movies.
Cons: United stewardesses have little to no interest in their duties. Questions were clearly an annoyance to them. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed

Pros: The crew was friendly, and the flight time was an hour shorter than scheduled. But those are silver linings to real problems I encountered.
Cons: This flight was actually from Denver to Kona. There was 1.5 hour delay due to mechanical issue with plane, so we had to switch gates and planes. That wasn't so bad. What made it bad was an extra 45 minute delay because apparently maintenance forgot to sign off on the new plane. Also, the space below the seat for my feet and carry-on was unacceptable. All the aisle seats like mine had only half the space of the window seats for their feet. If you're in an aisle seat on that plane, it's impossible to fit anything but the size of a small purse under the seat in front of you. And the middle seat fares only a bit better. Finally, with 7 hours of flight time plus about an hour waiting to depart from gate on plane, the crew ignorantly decided to hand out the Hawaii form to fill out within 2 minutes of preparing to land. Many people didn't have time to fill out the form before being required to put tray tables up. Fortunately, these forms aren't as serious as going thru customs, but it's stupid to pass out the forms that late into the flight expecting people to complete them.

Pros: The flight attendants were so nice, and although our flight was delayed and hour and fifteen minutes and our layover was an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to make our connection! Since our connection to Portland in Denver was the last flight of the night, they were able to hold it for us. This was wonderful because there weren’t many flights out that weren’t booked solid for the next day. The attendants on this flight were great about updating us with information for the connections and telling us when we would land in Denver.
Cons: The plane was delayed over an hour for cleaning. It was frustrating to say the least.

Pros: For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once.
Cons: Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense.

Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: This was a smaller plane (4 seats across). Knowing this, they didn't bring enough luggage carts, so they only brought some of the luggage to the baggage claim and didn't tell us this. 5-6 of us waited and waited and finally asked someone who told us that they had to go back to the plane to get the rest of the luggage. Those of us still waiting got to wait another half hour for our luggage. Talk all they want, United just can't seem to get it right. PS: those of us who had to wait were the ones who got to the San Antonio airport the earliest and thus our luggage was on the plane first.

Pros: Excellent flight
Cons: At check in time being told I needed a eta visa to enter Canada!

Pros: Gate agent was nice and friendly.
Cons: The loading process is horrible as usual and by the time I got on board there were no overhead bins available for my bag. I had to go back four rows and really shove my bag into a bin--and my bag isn't ovesized. After leaving the gate, we sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because there was some kind of incident in the back of the plane. Some of the crew headed to the back of the plane wearing latex gloves and later a passenger went into a lavatory to change his pants. I think someone threw up on the poor guy. What I didn't like was no one telling us why we weren't taking off, and no apology when we did! Later in the flight, I was asleep when the crew went up the aisle with a food cart and pinched my foot!

Cons: Seats to small. But I am 6'3"" and my son traveling with me is 6'5".

Pros: The crew onboard the United flights were very friendly and capable. Plus I downloaded the United app and was able to watch any show I could think of but Landed on Westworld, cause I can never catch-up.
Cons: Virtually no food included on an $800 dollar 5 hr flight. I even upgraded economy elite. In the equivalent range Alaskan gives a very nice fo-meal in a box. Finally, I arrived for my flight from San Luis Obispo an hour and 45 minutes early and stood in line to check my small bag for the first 45 minutes. At which point the desk agent made the announcement she would no longer take bags. Luckily my bag was small enough to be considered a carry on so I just went to security. I don't know what people with large bags behind me did? then it takes another 45 mins to get through security at which point they see my 5 inch knife on X-ray machine. Which I packed 3 days earlier when I planned to check my bag. Lost the knife, fine, my fault, goodbye favorite pocket knife. but now I am randomly selected for explosives LOL by TSA. I get to the gate the gate agent scans a ticket for the person infront of me. I step up and the same gate agent puts her hand over the scanner and says sorry it is late!? There were 6 other people behind me and this is a 22 person plane. So I still not upset walk back out of the security area because TSA closes the area in between flights and call United. They get me on the next flight out and rescheduled my following flight only a 3 hour wait. An hour goes by and the first desk agent, they have been holding the first flight because enough people aren't onboard. SLB is a joke.

Pros: Nothing about this airline.
Cons: The crew at the gate was really rude. Zero customer service. She raised her voice at us and another customer who was charged $50 for our carry on. Not only was the flight delayed for over 2 hours. We were not informed that we could not bring a carry on even when we were at the main entrance with an agent for over 30 mins when you entered the airport. All their staff needs new training everyone kept on giving us a different answer. We asked because of this delayed will our room be comp due to the fact we will be missing our connected flight. On the phone the agent said yes. When we got to the airport that agent said no. When we got on the plane that agent said no. When we landed in Denver that agent comp our room. We ended up booking a room making sure we had a place to stay at night. It created more work for us because we were trying to cancel our room took even more time. Definitely wanted to give United the benefit of the doubt that they were at least at the level of American Airlines. The last time we flew United it was delayed for 8 hours they ended up canceling the flight. When we called they said it was the weather and we told that agent it's mechanical issue because we are watching someone remove the engine. We will stick to American Airlines. Free entertainment.

Pros: free movies on the flight with the united app
Cons: The flight attendant was late delaying boarding 20 minutes. Once they started, people were lining up to board. This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this

Pros: The only thing I liked was the fact that there were chargers between the seats
Cons: My flight was delayed for 2 hours due to a "maintenance/paperwork" issue. Because of this I missed my connecting flight to Tampa and was rescheduled but now I must fly yo Newark and then to Tampa. My trip will be completed 12 hours later than originally intended and as such my plans have been upset as well as my self. I will not be flying united ever again after this trip.

Pros: Nothing I won't be flying united again!
Cons: The lady at the gate when boarding was not friendly and was not willing to help us get seats together. I was traveling with my mother, husband and two infant children. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!

Pros: Window seat
Cons: Same experience on ANOTHER 8 hour flight I have NEVER flown on an international flight and NOT received a complimentary meal or two...When I'm flying for 8 hours. On top of that the seats were very small and uncomfortable. I shouldn't feel a person grabbing a magazine or pulling down a tray when I'm sitting in the seat in front of them. I couldn't consistently watch a show or movie for 3 minutes thanks to the wifi and or app on MY Samsung tablet....it's SO sad that you guys couldn't have them already installed like other airlines. This airline is already in hot water, I expected MUCH better customer service. I will do my best NOT to use them again and tell others to do the same.

Pros: The crew was attentive and friendly.
Cons: The connection to TV and movies was patchy and had to pause multiple times for many minutes each time to load.the

Cons: Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in.

Pros: Once flight began it ran quite smooth
Cons: I chose seats when I booked the tickets. So... Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight.

Pros: The friendly crew made flying great!
Cons: Didnt like the fact that there arent many vegan/vegetarian friendly options other then snacks.

Cons: Terrible experience ever!!!!! Didn't get economy plus that I paid for, seats didn't recline and luggage got damaged and was not replaces or compensated for.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice.

Cons: About two hours before my flight, it was canceled after previously making an airplane switch the night before after checking in online. The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?

Pros: Not everyone showed up for the flight, so I got an extra seat to spread out across.
Cons: You should make seats that absorb smell. The guy in front of me smelled like he pooped his pant.

Pros: Smooth boarding. Friendly crew. Got us there on time, despite a late start That included a gate change.
Cons: Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are.

Pros: Great flight attendants. Smooth ride!
Cons: Wasn't to comfy.

Pros: The flight was smooth. And the wine was good.
Cons: I paid for 2 round trip tickets and because my son was not there for the first leg, they resold the seat. So they got my money and the other person's money for the same seat. I wanted both seats and paid for both seats. It is theft and should not be allowed. The flight attendant was extremely rude and dismissive. It is a poor practice. You could have at least asked first before rebooking the seat. At least have offered compensation or something. I probably would have said yes Anyway. It's the principle of the process being wrong to the consumer which only benefits the corporation.

Cons: My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:51 pm. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hours before my flight was to leave and I read the departure board to see that the flight was delayed due to maintenance. Then I saw that it was delayed again because we were waiting for a flight coming in from the Bahamas. Well my flight didn't take off until about 7:30 pm. I arrived in Denver around 10:00 pm which made me miss my shuttle to the Springs. I am a diabetic and was in need of my medication so I needed to get home. I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United.
