All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.

Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end

No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.

Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.

unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.

TV monitor is not working properly. Long flight needs some entertainment but it didn't work. Food snack should be healrhier compare to what we have given.

Plane was delayed due to issues at the airport. Otherwise the experience was good. The staff was nice. The drinks and food were good for economy. The wifi was fast.

I loved the clean plane, complimentary sandwich, chocolates and drink choices. I loved how far the economy seats recline. I love the free starlink wifi.

I liked the ease of boarding. Didn't like the food. Snack choices were poor, expensive and not much food provided within the snack packs. Crew could be friendlier for a more Aloha experience.

Crew was great as always. Food not good. Getting people on and off would be much faster if all bags were checked except small ( fit on lap ) carry on. Dogs on planes need to be only real service dogs. It's getting out of hand !!!!!!!!
