Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all
Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.

My seat was so hard and uncomfortable. I took AA to Japan longer flight no tailbone pain. Coming back on JA shorter flight my tailbone was killing me no cushion on seat or just worn out.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class

Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good.
"The Room" is the only way to fly. The service was excellent and the stewardesses we all gorgeous and friendly. The boarding process was delayed and the attendants at the airport were not the best.

Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.

One of the business class panels where we were sitting was broken and it didn’t close. Therefore, the be privacy was limited.
I enjoyed the flight, but a little too much turbulence on the flight. Thank you for the meal and entertainment. This kept my kids entertain during the flight. I have to admit comparing the crew from ANA vs United, there was a sense of more accomodation, friendliness and service compared to United crew. I felt for the United crew, it was just a job and it can be seen in there demeanor and delivery.
Attendants were very kind and frequently offered water and snacks. Food was excellent. For some reason, my IFE system would not play dialogue for any media despite my efforts to change to different language voiceovers, restart the system, etc. so I could not watch any videos.
Choice of movies dated as with the screens. Major room for improvement on the software to sort and select choices.

Tightest knee space ever experienced on any budget airline. Crew polite and efficient, take off and arrival on time. Surprised that they did not offer water on flight except as sales product. Questions about Food and entertainment not applicable since neither are offered.
At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
