Overall, very pleased with this flight. Boarding could be better because boarding was announced without a microphone so people didn’t know to line up until we heard the staff walking around to announce it. Also, had to stand in line for 10’ before we started moving. My husband who is impatient and cannot stand for too long did not like this. The rest of the flight- crew, food, and entertainment were very good.

Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi

Inflight entertainment is limited. Boarding process is delayed and interrupted.

I upgraded my flight to business and before boarding they told me they will not have food on the flight unless someone declines the food service.

The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.

Nice staff, only one of the food services had a vegetarian option. Premium Economy was good - big seats and footrest. A little slow bringing welcome drink and often didn’t have the prosecco left on the tray - as though they are discouraging choosing that option. My only complaint is the wine/drinks served in a paper cup - I ordered a cognac on our previous flight and it came in the bottom of a paper cup, wine is poured into the cup like it’s a bucket!

Flight was delayed due to air traffic control and technical issues - power outage happened several time during taxiing in Taipei causing further delay for urgent technical check.

Cathay has always been great. Even allowed some leniency on my baggage weight. I believe they are also on the more leg room side of airlines.

Multiple late or canceled flights. Lounge was 100 degrees. Food was terrible. The plane was incredibly old, and best of all, a screaming child for 3 hours. All for the low low price of $2,600 one way Hanoi to Shanghai. No idea how Cathay is ranked so high. Cathay is not much better than American Airlines or Spirit. In the future I will go out of my way to not fly Cathay.

Poor links to cathay meaning it's not possible to check in online or reserve seats. Incorrect information provided by cathay regarding check in and transfer at HKG. Delay in flight required is to be escorted / run to make the connecting flight and no opportunity to use the business lounge. Luggage did not make the connection so we arrived in Manchester with no luggage

Given the Business class airfare, the food variety and quality both were substandard. The crew was not interested to serve other choices and work hard to provide alternatives. Very disappointing food service.

The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.

Unfortunately I ended up beside a person who seemed to have been eating rotten corpses before landing because his breath smelled like Calcutta Sewage mixed with vodka and undigested eggs. Even wearing a mask that smell was so permeating that I couldn't breathe for the whole duration of the flight. I understand this is not CATHAY's fault but nevertheless I as a passenger had to endure this and there wasn't any way to fix it

No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.

I liked that my son and I were reseated next to each other (we had different bookings). I liked that it was a directg flight and mostly on time. I liked that you provided pillows and blankets. Flight attendants were generally courteous. The messaging through wifi did not work well. The food was not good. Seats are very narrow and I felt slightly claustraphobic in the window seat.

It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.

We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD

Absolutely terrible. I booked my ticket with ANA and underpricer/kayak asked me to change all my return flights to United. Customer service does not exist with United. Flight attendants are rude, self-centered, and unhelpful. The food is served cold and uncovered. The in-flight video controllers do not work properly. Premier economy tickets with ANA, allow you access to all airport lounges, while United does not allow access to any lounge. Mockery of an airline.

Not great experience - we were super late boarding due to issues with aircraft. Then when we finally all got onboard and seated and they started taxiing out to the runway they just stopped then turned around and went back to the airport. Apparently the crew “ran out of time” to legally fly us. They mentioned that they were about 2 minutes away from taking off. I understand the rules and safety but kinda wonder why they would have bothered boarding us in the first place? Had to go all the way back and de plane and then wait in a HUGE line to get a hotel (this is somewhere around 2:30am) finally got to hotel by Uber (no shuttle after 20min so gave up) and they ended up putting us all back on the same aircraft at 10am next morning so got about 2.5 hours sleep. They did give us. $250 credit, but it was a São Paulo Brazil flight out of Dulles. The flight and everything was fine.

The flight got cancelled so I don’t know why or what happened. We waited around and didn’t know until so late and they couldn’t really help with anything but had us call the airlines.

Everything is good except the dinner and breakfast. The sandwich is very delicious. Toilet is clean, I only use one of them. Flight attendants are very nice. 👍👍

It’s a United flight operated All Nippon Airways (ANA) operated by Air Japan — it’s already }1 bu default with the Japanese standard, which is respect, punctuality and, ultimately, comfort without compromise.

Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.

All good and friendly However the blasting of music at take of and landing is so annoying and can’t hear anyone speaking .

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Not even free water. NO legroom. Narrow seats. Not enough room to even hold a book at reading distance in front of you.

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time
