Given the Business class airfare, the food variety and quality both were substandard. The crew was not interested to serve other choices and work hard to provide alternatives. Very disappointing food service.

Given the Business class airfare, the food variety and quality both were substandard. The crew was not interested to serve other choices and work hard to provide alternatives. Very disappointing food service.

Crew and food were great in-flight. We had a 2 hour delay, no communication, and just got left in a limbo. The crew arrived late and they were running checkouts on the plane (which is important, but why not doing it earlier?) Cathay did nothing to about the delay, and a lot of people missed their connection flights. I had to run and got stuck at checkpoint, which made my entire trip very unpleasant. Got to my gate 5 mins prior to them closing it.

Great service from crews and delicious dishes, snacks and drinks. Egg tarts and local dimsum are delicious.

The experience was efficient, on time, and provided great service.

one hour transit not good. cathay pacific is not helpful at all

Trip was fine. My only complaint was that when the passenger in front of me reclined her seat (which was, in essence, the whole flight except landing and take-off,) it was uncomfortably claustrophobic for me and very difficult for my husband to get in and out of his window seat. Also uncomfortable to watch the entertainment because the screen was right in your face.

The flight was just ok, but the vendor made it exceptio ally bard to manage my own reservation and would not give me access. The blocked all of the one time pins to come to their email address which caused me.to go through them eceryrime to get seats see rhe reservation and even get wheelchair access for my sick 71 year old uncle. They only xommunicates via a bot which gave me incorrect info. I thought this was Kayak and not underprivileged. They ruined his trip, did not get him aisle seats and made it impossible to purchase extra leg room. It was a horrible experience. He was taken to hospital on arrival only to find he had blood clots and pnemonia while trying to navigate the airport. This vendor is very irresponsible and the airline could not access his info.

There were delays at boarding and landing. These events resulted in a tight transfer time in HK. Poor signage for transfers. Finally, lost luggage at final destination.

It was good. The planes needed to be updated though, they were dated and the entertainment systems were old. Service was amazing. The pre-booked meals were lacklustre.

The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.

Food and welcome services were good , however we experienced issues with the entertainment system and poor headsets

Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

For a domestic flight, seats are ok, but fir us as tall dutchies, the legroom is too small. However, for a short and affordable flight, is not a big problem. Staff is still very nice and a complementary water very welcome.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.

I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.

The flights were on time which was great give. It was holiday travel season and there’d been some weather issues. The only complaint and this is every time with United is the terrible seat design. The head rest is not built for comfort and having my neck bent forward for a cross country trip reminded me while I try not to take United flights as a rule.

Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

Not great experience - we were super late boarding due to issues with aircraft. Then when we finally all got onboard and seated and they started taxiing out to the runway they just stopped then turned around and went back to the airport. Apparently the crew “ran out of time” to legally fly us. They mentioned that they were about 2 minutes away from taking off. I understand the rules and safety but kinda wonder why they would have bothered boarding us in the first place? Had to go all the way back and de plane and then wait in a HUGE line to get a hotel (this is somewhere around 2:30am) finally got to hotel by Uber (no shuttle after 20min so gave up) and they ended up putting us all back on the same aircraft at 10am next morning so got about 2.5 hours sleep. They did give us. $250 credit, but it was a São Paulo Brazil flight out of Dulles. The flight and everything was fine.

It was probably one of the worst flights I’ve been on. The restrooms were never cleaned or stocked. The food was very subpar, and i usually enjoy airline food, so I was disappointed. It was just all around a bad experience. The only saving grace was the flight attendants.

Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.

Flight was good but there are way to many announcements for credit cards etc.

I understand that the food on the airplane wouldn’t be fantastic. However, it wasn’t good at all. 😭

The flight got cancelled so I don’t know why or what happened. We waited around and didn’t know until so late and they couldn’t really help with anything but had us call the airlines.

Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.

Overall a very poor experience - booked premium economy tickets but due to last minute flight delays , all my itinery went for a toss and had to fly economy class with no access to lounge or any compensation by united airlines to make up for the flight delays . i had expected better experience than that from united.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.
